lining rod 33, the cutting fluid is sprayed from the first group of nozzles 43 and the second group of nozzles 51 to play a role in cooling and outside the drilling position of the molybdenum round pipe 18, and the condition of internal cracking of the molybdenum round pipe 18 during drilling is reduced, meanwhile, the storage tank 52 arranged in the inner lining rod 33 can collect the sprayed cutting fluid to facilitate the recycling of the cutting fluid, two groups of rubber plates 6 are respectively fixed on two sides of the second pressing plate 21 and used for shielding the cutting fluid and the scraps from splashing, the two groups of arc plates 61 are fixed on the outer wall of the rubber plates 6 in a matching way, the arc plates 61 are also made of flexible materials, when the rubber plates 6 are impacted by splashes, shaking is generated, the arc plates 61 and the rubber plates 6 collide with each other to generate mutual vibration, the residue of the cutting fluid and the scraps is reduced, the cutting fluid and the scraps flow to the inner part of the storage tank 7 to be collected in a mixed way, the scraps are filtered and collected by the filter screen plate can be filled into the inner part of the storage tank 4 to circulate, and the effect of the recycling of the cutting fluid is achieved, meanwhile, the filter screen plate 71 is arranged in a slope shape, scraps generated by drilling can slide down to the inside of the operation table 1 along the slope of the filter screen plate 71, the scraps can be collected conveniently, the scraps are filtered again by using the filter screen 9, a pipeline is also arranged in the filter tank and is communicated with the storage box 4, cutting fluid falling into the filter tank can be recycled, after the drilling is completed, a worker holds the handle 81 to pull the collection box 8 out of the inside of the operation table 1 in a hand way, the scraps filtered on the filter screen 9 can be treated, pollution caused by the scraps is reduced, the baffle 91 is fixed at the position above the middle of the collection box 8 and is used for shielding part of the falling cutting fluid, the
