The water outlet valve cover 5 is a round soft water outlet valve cover 5, the center of the water outlet valve cover 5 is provided with a valve rod hole, the diameter of the valve rod hole is larger than that of the water outlet 13, and polyurethane materials are adopted; the water outlet valve cover 5 is arranged at the lower end of the lifting valve rod 4, normally covers the water outlet 13, is used for opening and closing the valve cover of the water outlet 13, and is covered to prevent dust and short fibers from accumulating on the water outlet 13 to form dirt and causing blockage.

The main working process of the invention is as follows: under the control of the PLC program control system 16, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 1 extends out to drive the water outlet valve cover 5 to automatically close the water outlet 13 so as to store water (the water outlet 13 is normally closed), and when circulating water is accumulated in the water film dedusting bin 13 for 1/4 of the bin (an airflow channel of the water film dedusting bin 12 is not submerged), the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 1 contracts to drive the water outlet valve cover 5 to automatically open the water outlet 13 so as to discharge water and clean dirt.
12 dust deposition process and self-cleaning principle of the water film dedusting bin: (1) deposition and blockage prevention of dust: when the drain port 13 is closed to store water, (1.1) deposition of dust: circulating water is gradually accumulated in the water film dust removing bin 12, hot air flows pass through the water film dust removing device 14, dust and short fibers carried by the hot air flow are adsorbed by a water film and are settled on the bin bottom of the water film dust removing bin 12 and the water outlet valve cover 5, and a layer of sludge is gradually accumulated; (1.2) drain port 13 is anti-clogging: because the water outlet valve cover 5 covers the water outlet 13 (the water outlet 13 is mainly blocked, and the vertical section of the water outlet is not easy to block due to the gravity action), the water outlet 13 is effectively prevented from being blocked due to the accumulation of dust and short fibers on the water outlet 13; meanwhile, in the valve closing process, the lower end of the lifting valve rod 4 washes away dirt on the upper edge of the water outlet 13 (dirt possibly formed in the water discharging process) so as to facilitate washing; (2) self-cleaning of the bin bottom and the water outlet 13: when the water outlet 13 is opened to discharge water, (2.1) the valve cover is cleaned: the dirt on the water outlet valve cover 5 is cleaned in the cover opening process; (2.2) washing the bin bottom and a water outlet 13: a large amount of accumulated water in the water film dedusting bin 12 intensively flows back to the multistage circulating water supply device 17 from the water discharge port 13, and because the large amount of accumulated water has certain pressure intensity and potential energy, the flowing water automatically washes away (takes away) the sludge at the bin bottom of the water film dedusting bin 12 and simultaneously washes away dirt at the water discharge port 13; the drain opening 13 is covered to prevent blockage, and the automatic blockage clearing of the drain opening 13 is realized by utilizing two modes of dirt flushing by using the lifting valve rod 4 and dirt flushing by using accumulated water.
The automatic water storage, flushing, anti-blocking and dirt cleaning device 11 for the water film dust removal bin, provided by the invention, has the prominent substantive characteristics and remarkable progress that: by additionally arranging the water film dedusting bin self-cleaning device 11, a valve can be automatically closed to enable the water film dedusting bin 12 to store water and cover the water outlet 13 to prevent blockage, dirt on the upper edge of the water outlet 13 is washed loose at the lower end of the lifting valve rod 4 in the valve closing process, and the valve can be automatically opened at regular time to wash sludge at the bin bottom and the dirt on the water outlet 13, so that the self-cleaning of the bin bottom and the water outlet 13 is realized, and the development trend of a self-cleaning water film dedusting mechanism of a closed filter cake dryer is represented; the technical bias that the water outlet 13 of the wet and narrow water film dedusting bin 12 cannot be automatically cleared is overcome, the automation level and the production efficiency of the water film dedusting mechanism are improved, the potential safety hazard caused by the overflow of the water outlet 13 blocking the water film dedusting bin 12 is eliminated, the fault rate of related heat exchange equipment is reduced, and the technical effect is remarkable.
Example 2
A water film dust removing mechanism, namely the self-cleaning water film dust removing mechanism of the enclosed filter cake dryer, uses the automatic water storage flushing anti-blocking cleaning device 11 (short for water film dust removing cabin self-cleaning device) of the water film dust removing cabin provided by the invention; the water film dedusting mechanism consists of a water film dedusting device 14 (a water spraying film forming device), a water film dedusting bin self-cleaning device 11 and a circulating water supply device 17; has the functions of spraying water to form a film, adsorbing dust, preventing the dust from entering the heat exchange chamber 15 and automatically cleaning the dust removal bin. The invention is manufactured according to the relevant standard of the drier in the mechanical industry in China, which is a common technical part with the prior art.
The water film dust removal device 14 comprises a water spray pipe and a water spray nozzle thereof, a water film dust removal bin 12 and a condensate water recovery tank, is integrally arranged at the upper part in the heat exchange compartment 15, and can spray water to form a film and adsorb dust so as to prevent the dust from blocking a dust filter and an air convection channel and influencing the heat exchange effect; the condensed water recovery tank can recover the sprayed water, so that the recovered water with dust flows back to the high-level purification water tank.
The water film dedusting bin self-cleaning device 11 comprises a lifting cylinder 1, a cylinder seat 2, a valve closing adjusting rod 3, a lifting valve rod 4 and a water outlet valve cover 5 which are sequentially connected into a whole, wherein the cylinder seat 2 and the lifting cylinder 1 are arranged on the top of a water film dedusting bin 12 and are communicated with a PLC (programmable logic controller) system 16 in parallel, other parts are positioned in the water film dedusting bin 12 and are aligned with a water outlet 13, and the water outlet valve cover 5 is normally covered on the water outlet 13; the lifting cylinder 1 drives the lifting valve rod 4 and the water outlet valve cover 5 to move up and down; the valve can be automatically closed to enable the water film dedusting bin 12 to store water and cover the water outlet 13 to prevent the water outlet 13 from being blocked, dirt on the upper edge of the water outlet 13 is washed loose at the lower end of the valve rod in the valve closing process, sludge at the bin bottom and the dirt on the water outlet 13 can be washed by automatically opening the valve at regular time, and the bin bottom and the water outlet 13 are self-cleaned.
The circulating water supply device 17 is a multi-stage water purification circulating water supply device 17 and comprises a bracket with a base, a high-level purification water tank, a middle-level purification water tank, a low-level sewage discharge water tank, an electric water supply pump, a sewage discharge submersible pump, a water supply pipeline and a sewage discharge pipeline; the integral device is arranged outside the heat exchange chamber 15 and is communicated with the water film dust removal device 14 through a circulating water supply pipeline; is used for circularly supplying water for the water film dust removal device 14 and precipitating, purifying and overflowing return water with dust into clean water reaching the standard for recycling.
The working process of the water film dedusting mechanism is as follows: (1) circulating water supply: the high-level purified water tank and the middle-level purified water tank are filled with clean water for the first time, and the electric water supply pump continuously pumps the clean water to the water film dust removal device 14; (2) spraying a film and absorbing dust: the water film dust removal device 14 sprays water to form a film and adsorb dust; the condensate water recycling tank can recycle sprayed water, and the recycled water with dust is temporarily stored in the water film dedusting bin 12 and flows back to the high-level purification water tank at regular time; (3) self-cleaning of the dust removal bin: the self-cleaning device 11 of the water film dust removing bin automatically closes the valve to enable the water film dust removing bin 12 to store water and cover the water outlet 13 to prevent the water outlet 13 from being blocked, the lower end of the lifting valve rod 4 is opened to wash away dirt on the upper edge of the water outlet 13 in the valve closing process, and the valve is automatically opened at regular time to wash sludge at the bin bottom and the dirt on the water outlet 13, so that the self-cleaning of the bin bottom and the water outlet 13 is realized; (4) multi-stage water purification: the return water with dust is precipitated, purified and overflows to a middle purification water tank through three compartments of the high purification water tank, and then is precipitated and purified by the middle purification water tank to form standard-reaching circulating clean water so as to prevent a water spray nozzle of the water film dust removal device from being blocked; (5) diving pollution discharge: the sediment in the high-level purified water tank and the middle-level purified water tank enters the low-level sewage draining water tank through a sewage draining pipeline, the sewage in the low-level sewage draining water tank is drained by a submersible sewage draining pump at regular intervals, and manual slag removal is avoided at the bottom of the water tank; (6) the water circulation path is: the middle purified water tank → the electric water supply pump → the spray pipe → the water film dust removing cabin 12 (temporary storage and timed discharge) → the high purified water tank → the middle purified water tank.
The water film dedusting mechanism provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the automatic water storage flushing anti-blocking and dirt removing device 11 of the water film dedusting bin has the following advantages: by additionally arranging the water film dedusting bin self-cleaning device 11, a valve can be automatically closed to enable the water film dedusting bin 12 to store water and cover the water outlet 13 to prevent blockage, dirt on the upper edge of the water outlet 13 is washed loose at the lower end of a valve rod in the valve closing process, and a valve can be automatically opened at regular time to wash sludge at the bin bottom and dirt on the water outlet 13, so that the bin bottom and the water outlet 13 are self-cleaned, and the development trend of a self-cleaning water film dedusting mechanism of a closed filter cake dryer is represented; the technical bias that the water outlet 13 of the wet and narrow water film dedusting bin 12 cannot be automatically cleared is overcome, the performance, the automation level and the production efficiency of a water film dedusting mechanism are improved, the potential safety hazards of blockage of the water outlet 13 and overflow of the water film dedusting bin 12 are eliminated, the fault rate of related heat exchange equipment is reduced, continuous safe production of a closed filter cake dryer is guaranteed, and the product is improved, upgraded and developed to increase efficiency.

Claims (3)

1. An automatic water storage, washing, anti-blocking and dirt cleaning device of a water film dust removal bin comprises a lifting cylinder, a cylinder seat, a valve closing adjusting rod, a lifting valve rod and a water outlet valve cover; the method is characterized in that: the lifting cylinder is an SDA 32X 30 type ultrathin cylinder for driving a lifting valve rod, the stroke of a piston rod of the lifting cylinder is 30mm, and the lifting cylinder is connected with an air source pipeline and an electromagnetic valve thereof; the cylinder seat is a square plate type cylinder seat, the center of the cylinder seat is provided with a piston rod hole, four corners of the cylinder seat are provided with mounting holes, and the length and width of the cylinder seat are larger than the width of a top hole of the water film dust removal bin; the valve closing adjusting rod is used for adjusting the tightness of the valve cover of the water outlet during the assembly of the automatic accumulated water blockage removing device, and comprises an adjusting rod main body and a compression nut, wherein the adjusting rod is made of stainless steel materials; the upper end of the lifting valve rod is provided with a valve rod screw hole matched with the external thread section of the valve closing adjusting rod, the lower end of the lifting valve rod is provided with external threads, the length of the lifting valve rod corresponds to the height of the water film dedusting bin, and the lifting valve rod is made of stainless steel materials; the water outlet valve cover is a round soft water outlet valve cover, the center of the water outlet valve cover is provided with a valve rod hole, the diameter of the valve rod hole is larger than that of the water outlet, and the water outlet valve cover is made of polyurethane material; the interconnection relationship is: the lifting cylinder is vertically arranged on the cylinder seat, the valve closing adjusting rod is arranged at the lower end of a cylinder piston rod, the lifting valve rod is arranged at the lower end of the valve closing adjusting rod, and the water outlet valve cover is arranged at the lower end of the lifting valve rod to form the automatic accumulated water and dust dual blockage removing device; the lifting valve rod with the valve of the automatic accumulated water and dust cleaning double blockage removal device extends into the water film dedusting bin and is aligned with the water outlet, the cylinder seat is arranged on the top hole of the water film dedusting bin, the lifting cylinder is positioned at the top of the water film dedusting bin and is connected with the air source pipeline and the electromagnetic valve thereof, and the electromagnetic valve is communicated with the PLC program control system; the valve can be automatically closed to store water in the water film dedusting bin and cover the water film dedusting bin to prevent the water outlet from being blocked, dirt on the upper edge of the water outlet is washed loose at the lower end of the valve rod in the valve closing process, and the valve can be automatically opened at regular time to wash sludge at the bottom of the bin and dirt on the water outlet, so that the bottom of the water film dedusting bin and the water outlet are automatically cleaned.
