In addition, the ability of the head portion of the catheter main body 2 to bend and deform slightly due to the first beads 10 extending in the longitudinal direction of the catheter main body 2 being provided at the peaks inside the corrugated wall 202 can be eliminated by reducing the diameter of the catheter main body 2 to achieve more convenient steering of the head portion of the catheter main body 2.
It should be noted that the insertion and extraction may be performed to adjust the length of the stop rod 20 inserted into the catheter body 2.
And in actual practice, the presence of the first reinforcing ribs 10 extending in the longitudinal direction of the catheter main body 2 at the peaks inside the corrugated wall 202 has little, if any, negligible effect on the bending capability of the head portion of the catheter main body 2, and in particular, the effect can be further reduced by reducing the number and thickness of the first reinforcing ribs 10.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, as a first embodiment of the catheter main body, a plurality of support rings formed by connecting spring wires 24 end to end are further included, and the plurality of support rings are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the catheter main body 2 at equal intervals, wherein the support rings are located in the tube wall of the catheter main body 2, and a portion of the spring wire 24 located on the corrugated wall 202 is bent and extended along the corrugated direction on the corrugated wall 202, that is, the shape in the wave crest or the wave trough is bent into a V shape, so that the corrugations and the shape of the spring wire 24 are adapted, specifically, the support rings formed by connecting the spring wires 24 end to end can be placed in an injection mold according to a predetermined position in the process of producing the catheter main body 2, so that the support rings and the catheter main body 2 can be integrally arranged, and the specific injection molding process is common knowledge of a worker in the field of injection molding, which is not described in detail, and the plurality of the support rings are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the catheter main body 2 at equal intervals, that the ability of the corrugated wall 202 to restore the deformation of the corrugated wall 202 is improved, that the outer wall of the catheter main body 2 after the intubation is completed, the intubation tube, the outer wall of the endotracheal tube 2 is enlarged, and the outer wall of the trachea can be sealed to avoid the trachea can be sealed with the trachea tube 2; the pipe diameter of the conduit body 2 is enlarged as much as possible, so that the air inflow is improved; in addition, the support ring can be added on the tube wall of the main body 2 of the catheter to improve the strength and elasticity of the tracheal catheter, so that the main body 2 of the catheter is prevented from bending in the intubation process.
As shown in fig. 11, as a second embodiment of the catheter main body, instead of providing the V-shaped spring wire 24 in the corrugated wall 202, the first rib 10 and the second rib 11 may be molded by an integral injection molding process, specifically, by providing the corrugated wall 202 with the second rib 11 extending from the peak to the valley, connecting the second rib 11 to the first rib 10, and further improving the ability of the corrugated wall 202 to recover elastic deformation by the cooperation of the first rib 10 and the second rib 11.

On the basis of the above embodiment, one side of the flange part 13 close to the lips of the patient is provided with the annular first air bag 17, the first air bag 17 is provided with an inflation port, and when the first air bag 17 is inflated in operation, the first air bag 17 is expanded to eliminate the gap between the flange part 13 and the lips of the patient, so that sealing is realized, gas in the oral cavity of the patient is prevented from being exhaled from the gap between the flange part 13 and the lips of the patient, and the mucous membranes of the lips of the patient can be protected from being damaged by compression.
After the intubate is accomplished, accessible sticky tape is fixed in flange portion 13 with pipe main part 2, need not to be fixed in patient face, improves patient's comfort level, utilizes flange portion 13 to support pipe main part 2, guarantees that it is stable, avoids pipe main part 2 to rock.
And the first pipe 5 and the second pipe 18 both extend from the side of the catheter main body 2, so that the adaptor 9 at the tail end of the catheter main body 2 is not interfered to connect the oxygen supply device.
It should be noted that the cuff 3 of the catheter body 2 is adhered to the elastic film sleeve 4, and both the elastic film sleeve 4 and the cuff 3 have elastic force, so that the normal use of the catheter body 2 and the cuff 3 is not affected.
