Description

Safety belt spring bolt and car
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to a safety belt lock tongue and an automobile.
Background
The tongue is located at the turning point of a shoulder belt end, which restrains the pelvis of the occupant in a restrained condition, and a lap belt end, which protects the upper body of the occupant from moving forward, in a three-point safety belt (also called a webbing). The latch tongue is connected with the webbing by means of its webbing slot, so that the latch tongue can move freely on the webbing. Thus, the length of the two ends of the webbing on the seat belt can be matched to the occupant, so that the webbing can be uniformly attached to the occupant.
A typical force-limiting retractor may, in a crash situation: when the safety belt coiler locking, the meshbelt tension of shoulder belt end and waistband end rises in step, reaches certain tension after, shoulder belt end meshbelt tension just no longer rises, and waistband end tension can be greater than the shoulder side this moment, because the meshbelt (also known as safety belt) can remove along the spring bolt trough of belt, the tension of waistband end can transmit the shoulder side, makes shoulder below and locates the atress increase, and then leads to passenger's chest oppression power increase, unable effectual protection passenger safety.
Solutions to the above problem are available, such as solutions provided in patent documents CN106455762B, CN102406286B, and CN113795410A, which can all solve the above problem by locking a safety belt.
However, the current solutions still present the following risks: when the difference between the lateral force of the waistband and the lateral force of the shoulder belt is small, the locking force provided by the locking device is insufficient, the mesh belt at the lock tongue still has large slippage, and the protection effect of the safety belt is reduced. Meanwhile, when the force difference between the waistband side and the shoulder strap side is large, the stroke limit design of the locking device is not carried out, so that the situation that the woven belt is pinched off due to overlarge locking force exists.

The invention provides a safety belt lock tongue, which comprises a lock tongue body 1, a support shaft 2, a locking device 3 and a return piece 4, wherein the support shaft 2 is arranged on the lock tongue body; in a preferred embodiment, the return member 4 is a torsion spring.
The bolt body 1 comprises a steering part 11, a lock catch insertion part 12 and an intermediate connection part 13, wherein the steering part 11 and the lock catch insertion part 12 are connected through the intermediate connection part 13; preferably, the steering portion 11, the latch insertion portion 12, and the intermediate connection portion 13 are integrally connected. The middle connecting portion 13 is provided with a first mounting groove 131, the first mounting groove is used for mounting the support shaft 2 and the locking device 3, wherein the support shaft 2 is fastened and connected with the middle connecting portion 13.
The locking device is positioned between the support shaft 2 and the steering part 11 and limited by the support shaft 2 and the steering part and cannot be separated. The locking device 3 is rotatable about the support shaft 2 between a first position, in which the locking device 3 is away from the latch insertion portion 12, and a second position, in which the locking device 3 is close to the latch insertion portion 12.
One end of the return piece 4 is connected with the locking device 3, and the other end is arranged on the middle connecting part 13; specifically, the return piece 4 is sleeved on the support shaft 2, the intermediate connecting portion 13 is provided with a receiving hole, and a main body portion of the return piece 4 is located in the receiving hole. In a preferred embodiment, the number of the return members 4 is 2, and the return members are respectively arranged at both ends of the supporting shaft 2.
The lock catch insertion part 12 comprises a plastic-coated layer 121 and a metal insert 122, wherein the plastic-coated layer 121 is coated on one end of the metal insert 122; the plastic-coated layer 121 is provided with a locking support portion 123, the shape of the locking support portion 123 is matched with that of the pressing surface 34, in a preferred embodiment, the pressing surface 34 is in a semicircular arc shape, and the locking support portion 123 is in a semicircular groove shape.
The tongue is used in cooperation with a safety belt 100, and the safety belt 100 penetrates through the steering part 11 and wraps the locking device and the support shaft 2.
The locking device 3 comprises a contact surface 31, a connecting surface 32, a chamfer 33 and a pressing surface 34; the support shaft 2 comprises a support shaft top surface 21, a first side surface 22, a support shaft bottom surface 23 and a second side surface 24 which are connected in sequence; in a preferred embodiment, the connection surface 32 and the support shaft top surface 21 are both arc surfaces, and the first side surface 22 and the second side surface 24 are both flat surfaces, specifically, the connection surface 32 is in arc contact with the support shaft top surface 21, and the locking top surface 35 of the locking device 3 is in arc contact with the turning bottom surface 111 of the turning portion 11, more specifically, the support shaft top surface 21 is a semicircular surface, that is, a semicircular arc surface, and the connection surface 32 is a semicircular groove. The contact surface 31 is also a curved surface. In the above preferred embodiment, the supporting shaft 2 can be divided into an upper part and a lower part, the upper part is in a standard circular arc shape, the lower part is in a square shape, and the whole body is in a special-shaped structure. The connecting surface 32 is matched with the supporting shaft top surface 21; preferably, the locking device 3 is further provided with a first mounting location 36 for connecting with one end of the return member 4.
As shown in fig. 3 to 9, the belt latch has an unlocking state and a locking state which can be switched to each other, the unlocking state is switched to the locking state by being pushed by a force difference of the belt, (the force difference is larger than the elastic force of the return member 4) and the webbing is locked, and the locking state is switched to the unlocking state by being switched to the resilient force of the return member 4.
When in the unlocked state, the locking device 3 is located at the first position, the steering portion 11, the support shaft 2 and the contact surface 31 are all in contact with the seat belt 100, and the pressing surface 34 is not in contact with the seat belt 100; the safety belt 100 is slidable relative to the locking tongue. The design that the pressing surface 34 is not in contact with the safety belt 100 enables the safety belt to be in an unlocking state, so that an opposite torque cannot be generated on the locking device 3, the locking device 3 can be rapidly locked, the slippage of the mesh belt at the lock tongue in the whole collision process is effectively reduced, and the passenger protection is better realized. It should be noted that, since the tension on the webbing is linearly increased in the event of a collision, when the locking device is in the unlocked state, the contact surface 31 of the locking device 3 is lower than the bottom surface 23 of the support shaft, so that more force acts on the webbing on the locking device, ensuring quick locking.
In the process of switching from the unlocking state to the locking state, the locking device 3 rotates relative to the supporting shaft 2, namely, the locking device 3 rotates from the first position to the second position; the return piece 4 and the locking device 3 rotate relative to the supporting shaft 2, and the return piece 4 is in an elastic deformation area, so that the return of the woven belt after force is removed can be realized, and the structural arrangement is compact.
When in the locked state, the locking device 3 is located at the second position, and the pressing surface 34 presses the seat belt 100 against the latch insertion portion 12, specifically, against the locking support 123; the safety belt 100 cannot slide relative to the tongue, that is, the webbing is locked.
It should be noted that the greater the force with which the pressing surface 34 presses the seat belt 100 against the latch insertion portion 12, the greater the pressing force, the risk of the seat belt being crushed, and the greater the pressing force, the higher the material requirement for the lock support portion 123. In consideration of this, in the process of switching from the unlocked state to the locked state, the contact surface 31 of the locking device 3 moves to a position higher than the support shaft bottom surface 23, so that more force acts on the webbing on the support shaft bottom surface 23, and the force on the contact surface 31 of the locking device 3 only rises slowly on the basis of maintaining the locked state, thereby relieving the load on the latch inserting portion 12. And when the invention is in the locking state, the chamfered part 33 is designed to abut against the first side surface 22, the locking device 3 is limited by the first side surface 22 of the supporting shaft 2 and cannot rotate further, and the locking state is maintained, so that the risk that the safety belt is crushed due to too large locking force is avoided, and the design can also reduce the load of the lock catch inserting part 12 to a certain extent.
Besides, the locking device of the invention is rotationally switched between the unlocked state and the locked state, and the locking device slides between the unlocked state and the locked state relative to the reference documents CN102406286B and CN 113795410A. The component force in the direction of movement of the locking means is greater; when the difference between the force on the waistband side and the force on the shoulder strap side is small, a larger locking force can be provided.
The invention also provides an automobile, which adopts the safety belt lock tongue.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 4-9 and fig. 4 is a schematic view of a state when a driver does not wear a seat belt, when the driver wears the seat belt and the vehicle collides, as shown in fig. 5-9, a certain force difference is generated between the tension of the webbing on the shoulder belt side 102 and the tension of the webbing on the lap belt side 101, the force difference is greater than the elastic force of the return member, the force difference drives the locking device 3 on the tongue to rotate through the webbing on the lap belt side 101, so as to clamp the webbing tightly, reduce the slip of the webbing, avoid the problem that the tension of the webbing on the shoulder belt side is increased due to the fact that the webbing on the lap belt side pulls the shoulder belt side during collision, and further avoid the problem that the chest compression force is too large, and simultaneously avoid the problem that the pelvis is too large in displacement. When the collision is over, the pressure on the shoulder belt side 102 is equal to that on the lap belt side 101, and the locking device 3 returns to the unlocked state by the elastic force of the return member 4.
According to the invention, the supporting shaft top surface 21 is designed to be a semicircular arc surface, when the automobile is collided and the force difference between the waist belt side and the shoulder belt side is smaller (such as when the automobile is impacted by smaller force), the component force of the safety belt acting on the locking device 3 is larger, namely, larger clamping force can be provided, and the pressing surface is also designed to be a semicircular arc shape, so that the area of the pressing surface acting on the safety belt is smaller, the pressure is larger, and larger clamping force is further provided. In addition, the design that the chamfered part 33 abuts against the first side surface 22 in the locking state prevents the risk that the safety belt is broken due to excessive locking force of the safety belt when the difference between the side force of the waist belt and the side force of the shoulder belt is large (such as when an automobile is subjected to large impact force).
