In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the functional liquid storage 2 includes a body 21, the body 21 is a hollow structure and is used for containing the functional liquid, a port 22 is disposed at one end of the body 21, the injection assembly 3 is movably connected to the port 22, and the injection assembly 3 is configured to be in one-way communication with the body 21 under pressure. The one-way structure 32 may serve as an intermediate member for connecting the syringe 31 and the body 21, and may have both a connecting function and a one-way function, or may have only a one-way function, and the syringe 31 is directly connected to the body 21.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, in one embodiment, the one-way structure 32 serves as an intermediate member for connecting the syringe 31 and the body 21, and has both a connecting function and a one-way function, and the syringe 31 is connected to the body 21 through the one-way structure 32. Specifically, a stepped hole 311 is formed in the injection tube 31, the one-way structure 32 includes a guide member 321, a first one-way member 322, a second one-way member 323, and a first elastic member 324, the guide member 321 is connected to the interface 22 in a sealing manner, an accommodating cavity 328 is formed between the guide member 321, the injection tube 31 and the functional liquid storage member 2, the injection tube 31 is disposed through the guide member 321, the first one-way member 322 is located between the interface 22 and the injection tube 31, the size of the first one-way member 322 is larger than that of the interface 22, the second one-way member 323 is located in the stepped hole 311, the size of the second one-way member 323 is larger than the minimum size of the stepped hole 311, the first elastic member 324 is clamped between the first one-way member 322 and the stepped hole 311, when the injection tube 31 is communicated with the functional liquid storage member 2, the first elastic member 324 is in a stressed state, the first one-way member 322 seals the interface 22, the second one-way member 323 communicates with the accommodating cavity 328 and the injection tube 31, and when the injection tube 31 is not communicated with the functional liquid storage member 2, the first one-way member 322 communicates with the interface 22, the accommodating cavity 328, and the second one-way member 328. The injection tube 31 moves towards the direction close to the body 21 under the action of pressure, the volume in the accommodating cavity 328 is reduced, the pressure is increased, the first one-way component 322 cannot move under the action of the first elastic component 324 and always keeps the sealed state of the interface 22, the second one-way component 323 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 328 and the injection tube 31 under the impact of the functional liquid, the functional liquid can flow out of the injection tube 31 and be eaten by a user, after the pressure is lost, the injection tube 31 is restored to the initial state under the action of the first elastic component 324, the volume of the accommodating cavity 328 is increased to form negative pressure, the first one-way component 322 does not seal the interface 22 under the action of the negative pressure, the functional liquid in the body 21 enters the accommodating cavity 328 from the body 21 to supplement the functional liquid which flows out just now, and the operation is repeated, and the automatic outflow and supplement of the functional liquid are realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the one-way structure 32 has only one-way function, and the syringe 31 is directly connected with the body 21. Specifically, the one-way structure 32 includes a second elastic member 325, a third one-way member 326 and a trigger member 327, the second elastic member 325 is connected in the body 21, the third one-way member 326 is connected at one end of the second elastic member 325 close to the injection tube 31, the size of the third one-way member 326 is greater than that of the interface 22, the trigger member 327 is connected at one end of the third one-way member 326 away from the second elastic member 325, and the trigger member 327 is located in the injection tube 31 and extends out of the injection tube 31, when the injection tube 31 is communicated with the functional liquid storage member 2, the second elastic member 325 is in a stressed state, the third one-way member 326 is separated from the interface 22, and when the injection tube 31 is not communicated with the functional liquid storage member 2, the third one-way member 326 seals the interface 22. The trigger 327 moves toward the direction close to the body 21 under the action of pressure, and drives the third one-way element 326 and the second elastic element 325 to move toward the direction close to the body 21, the third one-way element 326 is separated from the interface 22, the body 21 is communicated with the injection tube 31, the functional liquid flows out from the injection tube 31, after pressure is lost, the third one-way element 326 is restored to the initial state under the action of the second elastic element 325 to seal the interface 22 again, the functional liquid does not flow out any more, and the function liquid flows out automatically in such a reciprocating manner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the sides of the first unidirectional element 322, the second unidirectional element 323, and the third unidirectional element 326 for sealing are all provided with an arc-shaped surface, for example, the first unidirectional element 322, the second unidirectional element 323, and the third unidirectional element 326 are all spheres, ellipsoids, or hemispheres. The first elastic member 324 and the second elastic member 325 are both cylindrical springs.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the functional fluid is continuously consumed as the user uses it, and the user may choose to purchase a new functional mouthpiece 100 when it is spent or is about to be spent. In order to save the purchase cost, be provided with the function liquid and supply the mouth on body 21, be provided with the through-hole corresponding to the position of function liquid supply mouth on casing 1, the user can select to purchase function liquid and supply the dress, carries out the filling to function liquid by oneself, and function liquid supply mouth sets to and opens one-way under the pressure effect, avoids appearing the problem of weeping behind the filling.
In some embodiments of the present invention, injection assembly 3 is constantly moving relative to body 21 during use by a user, and body 21 is of a rigid construction for structural reliability and longevity.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the body 21 is a hollow structure, one end of which is provided with the interface 22, and the other end of which can be directly provided with a closed structure. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the body 21 may be configured as a negative pressure bottle structure, the functional liquid storage part 2 further comprises a piston part 23, one end of the body 21 far away from the interface 22 is configured as an opening structure, and the piston part 23 is connected to one end of the body 21 far away from the interface 22 and is connected with the inner side of the body 21 in a sliding manner. The negative pressure bottle is in the form of a one-way structure 32 including a first one-way member 322, a second one-way member 323, and a first elastic member 324, and because negative pressure is continuously generated, the piston member 23 is continuously moved toward the mouthpiece 22 under the action of the negative pressure, and the functional liquid in the functional liquid storage member 2 can be completely squeezed out by the piston, so that liquid residue is avoided. In addition, the negative pressure bottle can also control the amount of the functional liquid flowing out at every time, avoids the problems that the flowing out is too much to cause waste and the flowing out is too little to influence the taste, and indirectly improves the experience of a user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in other embodiments, the body 21 may be provided as a flexible structure, i.e. with a certain amount of deformation. When the temperature difference is larger, the flexible structure has higher adaptability.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in addition to the functional liquid in the syringe 31 being discharged by the pressure action when the flexible structure is adopted, a pressing opening is provided on the housing 1 in the area corresponding to the body 21, and the injection of the functional liquid is assisted by the user manually pressing the body 21. The number of the pressing openings can be one, or two or more, in one embodiment, two pressing openings are provided, and the two pressing openings are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the housing 1, so that the user can apply pressure to the body 21 conveniently.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to facilitate the user to check the usage of the functional liquid, the body 21 may be set as a light-transmitting member, a light-transmitting area is disposed in an area of the housing 1 corresponding to the body 21, the usage of the functional liquid, for example, the remaining amount, can be clearly seen through the superposition of the light-transmitting area and the light-transmitting member, the user may determine the number of times that the functional liquid is still usable, may adjust the purchase time according to the remaining amount, and ensure that the user can use the functional liquid continuously.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as previously described, the functional fluid is continuously consumed as the user uses it, and the user may choose to purchase a new functional mouthpiece 100 when the consumption is spent or about to be spent. However, in order to save the purchase cost, the body 21 is provided with a functional liquid supplement port, so that the user can select to purchase the functional liquid supplement port to fill the functional liquid by himself. In other embodiments, in addition to filling and supplementing the functional liquid, the functional liquid storage member 2 may be detached, and a new functional liquid storage member 2 is replaced to complete the supplementation of the functional liquid. Therefore, the functional liquid storage member 2 is provided to be detachably connected to the housing 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the detachable connection may be in a variety of ways, such as a threaded fit, a screw fit, a snap fit, a rotational fit, a magnetic attraction fit, and the like. Specifically, can be for the direct nature of functional liquid storage 2 and casing 1 between can dismantle the connection, can be for the indirect nature of functional liquid storage 2 through injection subassembly 3 and casing 1 between the direct nature of dismantling the connection realization can dismantle the connection, still can be for the direct nature of functional liquid storage 2 and injection subassembly 3 respectively and casing 1 between can dismantle the connection. In the following, only the detachable connection between the functional liquid storage part 2 and the housing 1 is taken as an example for description, and other connection manners are within the protection scope of the present application. In one embodiment, the functional liquid storage part 2 is detachably connected with the housing 1 by a snap fit. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the housing 1 includes a first portion 14 and a second portion 15, the first portion 14 is detachably connected to the second portion 15, the first portion 14 and the second portion 15 are both hollow, one end of the first portion 14 is a suction port 11, one end of the second portion 15 is an air inlet 12, an air passage 13 is formed between the suction port 11 and the air inlet 12, and at least a part of the injection module 3 and the functional liquid storage member 2 are located in the second portion 15. The detachable connection between the first part 14 and the second part 15 may be a screw fit, a snap fit or a rotational fit. In one embodiment, the first portion 14 and the second portion 15 are threaded, and the first portion 14 and the second portion 15 are separated by applying opposing forces to the first portion 14 and the second portion 15, respectively, and then the functional fluid storage member 2 is removed from the second portion 15. Since the syringe assembly 3 and at least part of the functional fluid storage element 2 are located within the second portion 15, a point of application of force is provided to the user for ease of disassembly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in another embodiment, the housing 1 includes a body and a sliding cover, the body is provided with a window, the window is slidably connected with the sliding cover, and the size of the window is larger than or equal to the sum of the sizes of the functional liquid storage part 2 and the injection assembly 3. The user exerts the effort to the sliding closure and makes its relative body slide to show out the window, the user can take out injection subassembly 3 and functional liquid storage member 2 from the body through the window, puts into the body with brand-new injection subassembly 3 and functional liquid storage member 2 through the window again, slides the sliding closure with the sliding closure to opposite direction at last, makes its closed window, accomplishes the change of functional liquid storage member 2.
In some embodiments of the invention, in one embodiment, the sliding direction of the sliding cover relative to the body may be along the axial direction of the body.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in another embodiment, the sliding direction of the sliding cover relative to the body may be around the circumference of the body.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, the functional liquid carrier 6 may have a small size difference, and in order to avoid the functional liquid carrier 6 from falling off during the inhalation process of the user after the functional liquid carrier 6 is inserted into the air inlet 12, a fixing member 8 is disposed in the air inlet 12, the fixing member 8 is configured to fix the functional liquid carrier 6 with different sizes, and the functional liquid carrier 6 is configured to receive the functional liquid flowing out. The fixing part 8 can deform under the action of external force, and the functional liquid carrier 6 can be clamped and fixed by the aid of elastic force of deformation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, in one embodiment, the fixing member 8 is a ring-shaped silicone member. The annular silica gel piece is the same to the everywhere fixing force of function liquid carrier 6 everywhere, avoids the too big damage that causes function liquid carrier 6 of certain direction fixing force.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, in one embodiment, the fixing member 8 includes a plurality of silica gel fixing points, the silica gel fixing points are uniformly arranged in the air inlet 12 at intervals, and the fixing forces of the silica gel fixing points are the same for all positions of the functional liquid carrier 6, so as to avoid damage to the functional liquid carrier 6 caused by an excessive fixing force in a certain direction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the functional nozzle 100 further comprises a power supply part 4, a heating part 5 and a control part, wherein the power supply part 4 and the heating part 5 are respectively electrically connected with the control part, the power supply part 4 is electrically connected with the heating part 5, the power supply part 4 is disposed in the housing 1, the heating part 5 is disposed in the housing 1 and close to the air inlet 12, and the heating part 5 is configured to heat the atomized functional liquid. Through power supply 4 and the cooperation of heating member 5 make its atomizing for fog to the functional liquid that flows, the user inhales from the suction inlet, and atomizing functional liquid can be followed the air and inhaled by the user together, and the taste of the functional liquid after atomizing is better. In another embodiment, the functional liquid carrier 6 is a cigarette bullet piece containing cigarette liquid thereon, the functional liquid contained in the functional liquid storage member 2 is flavoring liquid, the functional liquid carrier 6 is inserted into the housing and triggers the injection assembly 3 to open unidirectionally to flow the functional liquid onto the functional liquid carrier 6, and the heating member 5 is activated to heat the functional liquid carrier 6 and the functional liquid to atomize the functional liquid for final use by the user.
In some embodiments of the invention, the control member can realize targeted heating atomization according to the type of the functional liquid aiming at different types of functional liquids with different heating temperatures.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the control component is a PID controller, and the functional suction nozzle 100 further comprises a temperature detecting component connected to the housing 1, the temperature detecting component is electrically connected to the control component, and a detecting end of the temperature detecting component is located in the housing 1 and is disposed near the heating component 5. In some embodiments of the present invention, the heating member 5 may be a heating wire or a heating sheet. The heating member can select resistance wire or graphite alkene heating.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the heating member 5 may be provided in one, with the heating member 5 being provided in the housing 1 near the air inlet 12. In some embodiments of the present invention, the heating member 5 may be linear, sheet-shaped, or annular. In some embodiments of the present invention, when a rechargeable battery is used, in order to facilitate charging, a charging interface 17 is disposed on the housing 1, and the charging interface 17 is electrically connected to the power supply unit 4. The charging interface 17 can be a micro usb interface, a lightning interface or a type/C interface.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as the heating element 5 is arranged to heat and atomize the functional liquid, a heat insulation structure may be added to provide a user experience. Specifically, the functional nozzle 100 further includes a first thermal insulator disposed between the heating member 5 and the housing 1. The effect of first heat insulating part avoids heat transfer to casing 1's surface to cause the problem of scalding the user as far as possible on the one hand, and on the other hand reduces thermal scattering and disappearing, improves the atomizing effect of heating. In some embodiments of the present invention, the functional nozzle 100 further comprises a second thermal insulation member disposed between the heating member 5 and the power supply member 4 and the control member to prevent heat generated by the heating member 5 from affecting the performance of the power supply member 4 and the control member. The second insulation may be fiberglass, asbestos, rock wool, silicate, aerogel blanket, vacuum panel, or the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the user uses the functional mouthpiece 100, the functional liquid carrier 6 is inserted from the air inlet 12, and after the injection of the functional liquid is completed, the heating element is activated to heat the functional liquid to atomize the functional liquid, and then the functional liquid is inhaled by the user. When the functional liquid storage member 2 is installed in the housing 1, the processor may display information of the installed functional liquid storage member 2 on the display 7, and the user may know information of the functional liquid storage member 2 through the display information, such as a number, a taste, a dosage, and the like. As the functional liquid is continuously consumed as the user uses it, the user can clearly see the usage of the functional liquid, and when the consumption is used up or is about to be used up, the user is reminded to purchase a new functional mouthpiece 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the housing 1 is a suction port 11, and the other end is an air inlet 12, and the whole housing is a hollow structure, so that small dust or foreign matters can easily enter the interior of the housing 1, and affect the injection assembly 3, the power supply unit 4, and the like, and therefore, the functional suction nozzle 100 further includes a first cover body fastened to the suction port 11. The first cover body can be made of hard materials or flexible materials. In one embodiment, the first cover body is made of a flexible material, so that the first cover body has better sealing performance and can achieve the waterproof and dustproof effects. Similarly, the functional suction nozzle 100 further includes a second cover body fastened to the air inlet 12. The second cover body can be made of hard materials or flexible materials. In one embodiment, the second cover is made of a flexible material, so that the second cover has better sealing performance, can achieve waterproof and dustproof effects, and simultaneously prevents the injection assembly 3 from being triggered by mistake due to the entering of foreign matters.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in other embodiments, the functional mouthpiece 100 further comprises a shutter rotatably connected to an end of the housing 1 near the air inlet 12, the shutter being configured to block or unblock the air inlet 12. When the user uses the functional suction nozzle 100, the shielding piece is rotated to open the air inlet 12, the user can insert the functional liquid carrier 6 into the air inlet 12, and when the functional suction nozzle 100 is not used, the shielding piece is rotated to close the air inlet 12, so that the injection assembly 3 is prevented from being mistakenly triggered due to the entering of foreign matters.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, a limiting member 9 is disposed in the housing 1, and the limiting member 9 is configured to limit the insertion depth of the functional liquid carrier 6, so as to prevent the functional liquid carrier 6 from being inserted deeply and causing damage to the injection tube 31.
In some embodiments of the invention, the stop 9 is, in one embodiment, an annular protrusion in the housing 1. The limiting part 9 and the shell 1 can be two independent parts which are connected in a detachable connection mode, and the limiting part 9 and the shell 1 can also be of an integrated structure, so that the processing and the manufacturing are convenient.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the mouthpiece 11 is flat and smooth, which improves the comfort of the user.

Claims (32)

1. A functional suction nozzle, comprising:
a shell, wherein the shell is of a hollow structure, one end of the shell is a suction port used by a user, the other end is provided with an air inlet, and an air channel is arranged between the suction port and the air inlet;
the functional liquid storage part is arranged in the shell and used for containing functional liquid;
and the injection assembly is arranged in the shell and close to the air inlet, and is arranged to enable the functional liquid storage part to be communicated with the injection assembly in a one-way mode under the action of pressure.
2. The functional spout of claim 1, wherein the functional fluid storage member comprises:
the injection device comprises a body, wherein the body is of a hollow structure and is used for containing the functional liquid, one end of the body is provided with a port, the injection assembly is movably connected onto the port, and the injection assembly is arranged to be communicated with the body in a one-way mode under the action of pressure.
3. The functional mouthpiece of claim 2, wherein the injection assembly comprises:
an injection tube;
the injection tube comprises a body, a one-way structure and a pressure sensor, wherein the one-way structure is connected to the body and is arranged to enable the body and the injection tube to be communicated in one way under the action of pressure.
4. The functional nozzle of claim 3, wherein the syringe is coupled to the body by the one-way structure, the syringe having a stepped bore therein, the one-way structure comprising:
the guide piece is connected with the interface in a sealing mode, an accommodating cavity is formed among the guide piece, the injection tube and the functional liquid storage piece, and the injection tube penetrates through the guide piece;
a first one-way member positioned between the hub and the syringe and having a size greater than a size of the hub;
a second unidirectional element positioned within the stepped bore and having a dimension greater than a minimum dimension of the stepped bore,
the first elastic piece is clamped between the first one-way piece and the stepped hole, when the injection tube is communicated with the functional liquid storage piece, the first elastic piece is in a stressed state, the first one-way piece seals the interface, the second one-way piece is communicated with the accommodating cavity and the injection tube, when the injection tube is not communicated with the functional liquid storage piece, the first one-way piece is communicated with the interface and the accommodating cavity, and the second one-way piece seals the accommodating cavity.
5. The functional nozzle of claim 3, wherein the syringe is coupled to the body, the one-way structure comprising:
a second elastic member connected within the body;

The functional nozzle as defined in claim 2, wherein the body is provided with a functional liquid replenishment port, and the housing is provided with a through hole at a region corresponding to the functional liquid replenishment port, the functional liquid replenishment port being configured to be opened in one direction under pressure.
7. The functional nozzle of claim 2, wherein the body is a rigid structure.

The functional nozzle according to claim 2, wherein said functional liquid storage member further comprises a piston member, an end of said body remote from said mouthpiece is provided in an open configuration, and said piston member is connected to an end of said body remote from said mouthpiece and slidably connected to an inside of said body.
9. The functional nozzle of claim 2, wherein the body is a flexible structure.
10. The functional spout of claim 9 wherein the housing is provided with a push opening in an area corresponding to the body.
11. The functional nozzle of claim 2, wherein said body is a light transmissive member, and a region of said housing corresponding to said body is provided with a light transmissive region.
12. The functional spout of claim 1 wherein the functional fluid reservoir is removably connected to the housing.
13. The functional suction nozzle as set forth in claim 12, wherein said housing includes a first portion and a second portion, said first portion being detachably connected to said second portion, said first portion and said second portion each having a hollow structure, said first portion having said suction opening at one end thereof, said second portion having said air inlet at one end thereof, an air passage being provided between said suction opening and said air inlet, and at least a part of said injection assembly and said functional liquid storage member being located in said second portion.
14. The functional nozzle of claim 13, wherein the first portion and the second portion are threaded, snap fit, or magnetically attracted.
15. The functional nozzle of claim 12, wherein the housing comprises a body and a sliding cover, the body is provided with a window, the window is slidably connected with the sliding cover, and the size of the window is greater than or equal to the sum of the sizes of the functional liquid storage member and the injection assembly.
16. The functional nozzle of claim 15, wherein a sliding direction of the sliding cover is parallel to an axial direction of the body.
17. The functional nozzle of claim 15, wherein a sliding direction of the sliding cover surrounds a circumferential direction of the body.
18. The functional nozzle as recited in claim 1, further comprising a power supply, a heating element, and a control element, the power supply and the heating element being electrically connected to the control element, respectively, the power supply being electrically connected to the heating element, the power supply being disposed within the housing, the heating element being disposed within the housing and proximate to the air inlet, the heating element being configured to heat and atomize the functional liquid.
19. The functional nozzle of claim 18, wherein the control member is a PID controller, the functional nozzle further comprising a temperature detecting member connected to the housing, the temperature detecting member being electrically connected to the control member, a detecting end of the temperature detecting member being located within the housing and disposed proximate to the heating member.
20. The functional nozzle as claimed in claim 18, characterized in that the heating element has a heating temperature in the range of 50-500 ℃.
21. The functional nozzle as recited in claim 18, wherein the heating element is provided with at least one.
22. The functional nozzle of claim 18, wherein the heating element is annular.
23. The functional suction nozzle as set forth in claim 18, wherein the power supply member is a dry cell or a rechargeable battery.
24. The functional nozzle as recited in claim 18, wherein a charging interface is disposed on the housing, the charging interface being electrically connected to the power supply.
25. The functional nozzle of claim 18, further comprising a first thermal shield disposed between the heating component and the housing.
26. The functional nozzle of claim 18, further comprising a second thermal shield disposed between the heating and power supply members and the control member.
27. The functional mouthpiece of claim 18, further comprising:
the memory is arranged in the shell and used for storing information of the functional liquid storage part, and the information comprises a number, taste and dosage;
the processor is arranged in the shell and is respectively electrically connected with the memory and the power supply part so as to acquire information of the memory, the power supply part and the functional liquid storage part and store the information into the memory;
the display screen, the display screen set up in on the casing, and respectively with the treater with power supply unit electric connection, the display screen is used for showing information with the power supply state of power supply unit.
28. A functional suction nozzle according to any of claims 1-26, wherein fixation means are provided in the air inlet, said fixation means being arranged for fixation of functional liquid carriers of different sizes for receiving the outflowing functional liquid.
29. The functional nozzle of claim 28, wherein said securing member is a ring-shaped silicone member.
30. The functional suction nozzle as set forth in claim 28, wherein the fixture includes a plurality of silicone attachment points.
31. The functional suction nozzle as claimed in any one of claims 1-26, wherein said suction opening is flat.
32. The functional nozzle of any of claims 3-5, wherein at least one syringe is provided and the at least one syringe is in one-way communication with the syringe.
