The invention provides a pest trapping device for a granary.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 16, the barn pest trapping device 10 comprises a housing 100 and a device body 11, wherein the housing 100 can be inserted into a grain stack and is provided with a containing cavity 101 with an opening on the top surface, and the housing 100 is provided with a pest inlet 103 communicated with the containing cavity 102; the bottom end of the device body 11 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 102 of the housing 100, and the top end is located above the housing 100 and detachably connected to the housing 100 at the opening 101.
The main body 11 generally includes a mounting base 200, and one or more of an electrical control box 600, a light module 300, a camera assembly 500, and an insect collecting assembly 400. Usually, the electronic control box 600, the light module 300, the camera module 500 and the insect collecting assembly 400 are detachably connected to the housing 100 through the mounting base 200, and are directly or indirectly mounted on the mounting base 200, however, in other embodiments, there may be no mounting base, and one of the electronic control box 600, the light module 300 and the camera assembly 500 may be directly connected to the housing 100 as a mounting component. For example, the electrical control box 600 is used as a mounting component, and then the light module 300, the camera module 500 and the insect collecting assembly 400 are directly or indirectly mounted on the electrical control box.
Illustratively, the device body 11 includes a mounting base 200 and an electronic control box 600 connected to the mounting base 200, and the mounting base 200 is detachably connected to the housing 100 at the opening.
Further, the device body 11 includes a light module 300, and the light module 300 is connected to the electronic control box 600 and protrudes into the accommodating cavity 102 through the mounting seat 200.
According to the technical scheme, the shell 100 of the pest trapping device 10 for the granary is detachably connected with the device main body 11, so that the device main body 11 can be directly taken down for maintenance and overhaul, and in addition, in the embodiment with the pest collecting assembly, the pest trapping device 10 for the granary does not need to be integrally taken out, and pests in the pest collecting bin can be directly cleaned. In this way, the blockage of the pest inlet 103 on the housing 100 caused by the multiple insertion of the pest trapping device 10 in the granary is avoided. Meanwhile, the integral granary pest trapping device 10 is inserted into the lower part of the grain pile to a certain depth with certain difficulty, and the technical scheme of the invention does not need to draw and insert the whole granary pest trapping device 10 for multiple times, thereby reducing the difficulty of maintaining, overhauling or cleaning pests.
In another embodiment, the housing 100 is provided with a containing cavity 102 with an open top 101, and the housing 100 is provided with an insect inlet hole 103 communicated with the containing cavity 102; the mounting seat 200 is disposed above the housing 100 and detachably connected to the housing 100 at the opening 101; the mounting seat 200 is provided with an insect inlet 201 communicated with the accommodating cavity; when the barn pest trapping device 10 is inserted into a grain pile, the pest inlet 201 is exposed outside the grain pile; and a light module 300 protruding into the receiving cavity 102 through the mounting seat 200.
Thus, according to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the part of the granary pest trapping device 10 inserted into the grain stack is provided with the pest inlet 103, and the part exposed on the surface of the grain stack is provided with the pest inlet 201, so that pest crawling type pests living in the grain stack can enter from the pest inlet 103, crawling type pests living on the grain surface and flying type pests living on the grain surface and above can enter from the pest inlet 201, and the granary pest trapping device 10 provided by the invention can simultaneously trap crawling type pests and flying type pests. In addition, according to the technical scheme of the invention, the light module 300 is arranged on the mounting seat 200, one end of the light module 300 extends into the accommodating cavity 102 and extends along the length direction of the shell 100, so that one light module 300 can simultaneously cover the requirements of trapping light sources at two positions of the insect inlet 201 and the insect inlet 103, and the structure of the granary pest trapping device 10 is optimized.
Wherein, the barn pest trapping device 10 can be inserted into the grain pile, that is, the barn pest trapping device 10 can be not inserted into the grain pile. It will be appreciated that in this implementation it is generally necessary to insert the barn pest trapping device 10 into the grain bulk to simultaneously catch crawling and flying pests.
Generally, the housing 100 forms an accommodating cavity 102, and an opening 101 is further opened on the housing 100, or the housing 100 is disposed with an opening 101 on one side. The periphery of the shell 100 is provided with an insect inlet hole 103 communicated with the accommodating cavity 102, and as the shell 100 is inserted in the grain pile, crawling pests such as insects, silverfish and the like can enter the accommodating cavity from the insect inlet hole 103. In addition, the barn pest trapping device 10 further comprises a mounting seat 200, the mounting seat 200 is mounted on the housing 100 at the opening 101, the mounting seat 200 is provided with a pest inlet 201 communicated with the accommodating cavity 102, and the pest inlet 201 is exposed on the surface of the barn, so that flying pests such as wheat moth and Indian meal moth can enter from the pest inlet 201. The shape of the housing 100 is various, and may be a regular shape such as a cylinder 110, a rectangular parallelepiped, or a cube, or may be other irregular shapes. Preferably, the housing 100 is formed in a regular shape in order to reduce the difficulty of manufacturing and facilitate later cleaning.
For convenience of description, the cylinder 110 will be described as an example.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the barn pest trapping device 10 into the grain bulk, the bottom end of the housing 100 is tapered, that is, the housing 100 includes a cylinder 110 and a cone 120, the cylinder 110 and the cone 120 may be integrally formed or may be separately formed, and for facilitating the processing, the cylinder 110 and the cone 120 are usually separately formed. Specifically, the cylinder 110 has an upper end and a lower end which are oppositely arranged, the end faces of the upper end and the lower end are both provided with openings 101, and preferably, the openings 101 of the end faces of the upper end and the lower end are arranged in an open manner, so that the processing is convenient, and the structure of the cylinder 110 is simplified. The tapered portion 120 closes the opening 101 in the lower end surface of the cylinder 110, and the mounting seat 200 is mounted on the upper end surface of the cylinder 110.
The cone 120 and the cylinder 110 may be detachably connected or fixedly connected. The cone part 120 and the cylinder 110 can be detachably connected, so that the pest trapping device 10 has better use effect in the situation that the pest trapping device is not inserted into a grain pile; the cone 120 is fixedly connected with the cylinder 110, so that the pest trapping device 10 has better use effect in the situation that the pest trapping device is inserted into a grain stack in the granary. It will be appreciated that insect trap container 410 is generally disposed within housing 100 on a side thereof adjacent to cone portion 120, and that cone portion 120 and cylinder 110 may be removably connected when barn pest trapping device 10 is not inserted into a grain stack, to facilitate removal of insect trap container 410 for cleaning the interior thereof. In addition, in a scene that the barn pest trapping device 10 is inserted into the grain bulk, in the process that the barn pest trapping device 10 is inserted into the grain bulk, the friction force applied to the joint of the cylinder 110 and the cone 120 is large, and the strength of the joint of the cylinder 110 and the cone 120 can be enhanced by fixedly connecting the cone 120 and the cylinder 110.
Furthermore, the shapes of the insect inlet hole 103 and the insect inlet 201 can be various, one or more of regular shapes such as a circle, an ellipse, a square or a triangle can be used, one or more of other irregular shapes can be used, and in order to reduce the processing difficulty, one or more of regular shapes are usually used.
Grains in consideration of storage in a granary generally include rice, wheat, beans, coarse grains, and the like, wherein the rice generally includes japonica rice, indica rice, glutinous rice, upland rice, and deep rice, and the like; the wheat includes wheat, barley, highland barley, rye and oat; the beans include semen glycines, semen Phaseoli Radiati and semen Phaseoli; the coarse grains include corn, sorghum, buckwheat, millet (millet ) and millet (broom corn millet), etc. The grains are various in types, have similar and larger shapes, and have a certain range of sizes.
Based on this, in a preferred embodiment, to increase the versatility of barn pest trapping apparatus 10, the pest-entering holes 103 comprise a first hole 103a and a second hole 103b; the first wormhole is arranged in a long strip shape, and the second wormhole 103b is arranged in a circular shape. Thus, the pest inlet holes 103 at least comprising a strip shape and a round shape and the pest holes with two shapes can ensure that the pest holes arranged on the cylinder 110 are not easily blocked, thereby improving the universality of the pest trapping device 10 for the granary.
It is understood that the open area of the first and second wormholes 103a, 103b can be adjusted according to the grain size of the application. For example, the opening area of the insect inlet hole 103 applied to the soybean trapping apparatus is larger than that of the insect inlet hole 103 applied to the rice.
On the basis of the previous embodiment, the first wormholes 103a and the second wormholes 103b are alternately arranged at intervals in the length direction of the cylinder 110; and/or, the first wormholes 103a and the second wormholes 103b are alternately arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the cylinder 110. That is, in this embodiment, there are three cases in the arrangement of the first wormhole 103a and the second wormhole 103 b:
firstly, in the length direction of the cylinder 110, the first wormholes 103a and the second wormholes 103b are alternately arranged at intervals, and other arrangement modes are arranged in the circumferential direction of the cylinder 110, and the adjacent two wormholes 103 are arranged at intervals; secondly, in the circumferential direction of the cylinder 110, the first wormholes 103a and the second wormholes 103b are alternately arranged at intervals, other arrangement modes are adopted in the length direction of the cylinder 110, and two adjacent wormholes 103 are arranged at intervals; thirdly, in the length direction and the circumferential direction of the cylinder 110, the first wormholes 103a and the second wormholes 103b are alternately arranged at intervals. So, set up through alternating interval first wormhole 103a and second wormhole 103b for the wormhole 103 evenly distributed that advances of the different grain of adaptation, thereby prevent that the entering wormhole 103 of local area from leading to the pest can't get into by grain stifled dying.
It should be noted that, firstly, the pest trapping device 10 is usually partially inserted into the grain heap because the grain heap itself has a certain heat, if the pest trapping device 1 of the grain heap with a specific phototaxis is fully inserted into the grain heap, the heat generated by the pest trapping device 10 of the grain heap is too large to cause the grain to catch fire, and secondly, because in the actual scene, the activity interval of the pest in the grain heap is generally from the grain surface to 50cm below the grain surface, the pest trapping device 10 of the grain heap does not need to be buried deeply.
Referring to fig. 7, 15 and 16, in an embodiment, the mounting base 200 includes a base 210 and a supporting frame 220; the base 210 is detachably connected to the housing 100 at the opening 101, and the supporting frame 220 is located above the base 210; the insect inlet 201 is arranged on the support frame 220.
