Most of the conventional vehicles use a mechanical key or an electronic key for unlocking or starting, and the keys have the problem of inconvenience in carrying. In some embodiments, a user may install a digital key APP on an electronic device (e.g., a mobile terminal), through which the vehicle is controlled. The electronic device in the embodiment of the application can be a portable device such as a smart phone and a wearable device. The wearable device may be, for example, a smart card, a smart watch, a bracelet, and the like.
Currently, the control of vehicles using digital keys can be realized by short-range wireless communication technology, and the control of vehicles can include, for example: unlocking and locking the vehicle, controlling the starting of the vehicle, controlling the air conditioner, the seat and the window of the vehicle, and the like. That is, control of the vehicle using the digital key may be achieved through interaction of the electronic device and the vehicle.
The digital key related service in the embodiment of the present application refers to a service related to digital key management, and for the digital key related service, the service can be completed only by the participation of a remote cloud server (or referred to as a remote cloud). The related services requiring the remote cloud server parameters may include, for example, generation of a digital key, activation of the digital key, sharing of the digital key, destruction of the digital key, and user account management of the digital key.
As can be seen from the above, some services related to the digital key require the participation of a remote cloud server, and when the digital key needs to acquire these services, it is necessary for the electronic device and the vehicle to be able to communicate with the remote cloud server. This places high demands on the quality of the communication between the electronic devices and the vehicle and the remote cloud server.
In the event that the electronic device and/or the vehicle cannot communicate with the remote cloud server, the electronic device cannot acquire the digital key related service. For example, in the case of poor network signals, no network or downtime of a remote cloud server, especially in an underground parking lot without a network, the electronic device and/or the vehicle cannot communicate with the remote cloud server, so that the electronic device cannot obtain the services related to the digital key. In this case, the remote cloud server cannot provide the user with the function of the digital key well, thereby affecting the user experience.
In addition, when the electronic device needs to acquire the digital key related service, the electronic device can only acquire the digital key related service through the remote cloud server, so that the acquisition mode of the digital key related service is not flexible enough.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present application provides a method and an apparatus for implementing a digital key, where a local area network is established between an electronic device and a vehicle, and then the vehicle can provide digital key related services for the electronic device through the local area network, so that an acquisition manner of the digital key related services can be more flexible.
In addition, because the digital key related service in the embodiment of the application can be provided by a vehicle, the embodiment of the application can provide the digital key related service for the electronic device through the local area network under the condition that the vehicle and/or the electronic device cannot communicate with the remote cloud server, so that the digital key related service can be provided for the electronic device in any environment, and the user experience is improved.
The embodiment of the application can deploy the local cloud service in the vehicle, so that the vehicle has the capacity of the local cloud service. Generally, a vehicle (e.g., a smart car) itself has a processor (e.g., a Central Processing Unit (CPU)), and thus, the embodiment of the present application may deploy the local cloud service by using the processor on the vehicle. For example, a vehicle may be equipped with some hardware modules and server systems required by a server, i.e., the vehicle may be modeled as a server device, i.e., the vehicle may have the functionality of a local cloud service. The hardware module may include, for example, a storage hard disk and/or a memory bank, etc. The server system may be, for example, an operating system such as a windows system, a Linux system, or the like. Of course, if the vehicle itself has the hardware and server system required by the server, the functions of the local cloud service can be realized by directly using the hardware and server system.
When the vehicle can be viewed as a server device, deployment of the local cloud services on the vehicle can be achieved in a manner similar to the deployment of remote services on a server. The capacity of the local cloud service on the vehicle can be set according to actual needs. For example, a digital key related service may be deployed on a vehicle. That is, the services provided by the vehicle may have the ability to generate, activate, share, and destroy the entire life cycle of the digital key as the services provided by the remote cloud server. The inability to communicate with a remote cloud server may refer to a poor network signal, no network, or a server failure (e.g., down), etc.

As one example, the electronic device and the vehicle may establish a second short-range wireless communication connection to establish a local area network. If no bluetooth connection is established between the vehicle and the electronic device, the vehicle may establish a bluetooth connection with the electronic device before sending the WiFi password to the electronic device. For example, the electronic device can establish a bluetooth connection with the vehicle before sending the third request to the vehicle. The vehicle can utilize the bluetooth connection to send the wiFi password to electronic equipment, and electronic equipment can utilize the bluetooth connection to receive the wiFi password that the vehicle sent.
Because bluetooth communication is a relatively mature and simple communication mode at present, and most vehicles and electronic devices support bluetooth communication, the mode of sending connection passwords to the electronic devices through bluetooth has lower requirements on the performance of the vehicles and the electronic devices, and the complexity of the design of the electronic devices and the vehicles can be reduced.
The embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the security mode of bluetooth connection. For example, the bluetooth connection may be a bluetooth connection that is established only after pairing. The devices participating in the digital key sharing process may include two electronic devices and a vehicle. Digital keys APP are installed on the two pieces of electronic equipment, one piece of electronic equipment already completes activation of the digital keys and can normally perform function use of the digital keys, and the other piece of electronic equipment already completes login of the digital keys APP. After the bluetooth communication channel is established, if the first electronic device and/or the vehicle cannot communicate with the remote cloud server, the vehicle may send the WiFi password to the first electronic device over the bluetooth communication channel. After receiving the WiFi password, the first electronic device can initiate a WiFi connection request to the vehicle, and then the establishment of the local area network is achieved.
The second electronic device starts the digital key APP. After the digital key APP is started, if the second electronic device detects that communication with the remote cloud server is impossible or detects that the second electronic device is in a wireless environment, the second electronic device may output indication information to indicate that the user is approaching a vehicle corresponding to the digital key. The indication of the indication information may be similar to that described above.
In some embodiments, after the user approaches the vehicle, the second electronic device may also guide the user to manually connect to a WiFi hotspot of the vehicle by way of a guided pop-up window to establish a local area network with the vehicle.
After the first electronic device and the second electronic device establish the local area network with the vehicle, the first electronic device and the second electronic device can access the local cloud service on the vehicle through the local area network, and the process is similar to the activation process of the digital key.
The user can initiate a digital key sharing request through a digital key APP of the first electronic device, the sharing request can be sent to a WiFi hotspot through a local area network, and the WiFi hotspot sends the sharing request to a local cloud service of a vehicle. The local cloud service of the vehicle can return a response message of the sharing request to the digital key APP of the first electronic device through the local area network, so that the initiation process of digital key sharing is completed.
In addition, the local cloud service of the vehicle may also send the digital key to the second electronic device over the local area network. That is, the second electronic device may receive the digital key shared by the first electronic device from the vehicle. The vehicle may send a notification or push message to the second electronic device. The acceptance process of sharing the digital key is completed through the digital key APP on the second electronic device. Thus, the sharing process of the digital key is completed.
In some embodiments, with the vehicle in a communicative connected state with the remote cloud server, the vehicle may synchronize data of the digital key-related service to the remote cloud server so that the remote cloud server may update the database of the remote cloud server with the data, thereby providing better service to the user.
The data synchronization process is described below in conjunction with fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 5, the remote cloud server receives data of the digital key related service transmitted by the vehicle at step S510. Wherein the vehicle is configured to provide digital key related services to the electronic device.
In step S520, the remote cloud server updates the database of the remote cloud server according to the data of the digital key related service.
For example, when the vehicle enters the networked environment from the non-networked environment, the vehicle may report the relevant data generated by the local cloud service to the remote cloud server. The related data may include data related to a digital key generated by the digital key APP and/or data related to a user account in a lan environment. After the remote cloud server receives the relevant data, the relevant data can be compared with the locally stored data to generate the data related to the full-scale digital key of the vehicle and/or the data related to the user account.
In some embodiments, the remote cloud server may also send the full amount of digital key related data and/or user account related data to the vehicle. And after the vehicle receives the full amount of data, updating the database data of the local cloud service for use in the next interaction process with the digital key APP.
The method embodiment of the present application is described in detail above with reference to fig. 1 to 5, and the apparatus embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 6 to 9. It is to be understood that the description of the method embodiments corresponds to the description of the apparatus embodiments, and therefore reference may be made to the preceding method embodiments for parts not described in detail.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 600 may include a processor 610, a memory 620, and a computer program 630.
Wherein the computer program 630 is stored on the memory 620, the computer program 630, when executed by the processor 610, causes the electronic device 600 to: establishing a local area network with a vehicle; after the local area network establishment is completed, acquiring a digital key related service of the vehicle from the vehicle by using the local area network.
In some embodiments, the electronic device further performs the following: starting a digital key APP on the electronic device; detecting whether the electronic device can communicate with a remote cloud server for providing the digital key related service; if the electronic equipment cannot communicate with the remote cloud server and the digital key APP has a to-be-activated or to-be-shared digital key, outputting indication information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that a user approaches to a vehicle corresponding to the to-be-activated or to-be-shared digital key; and after the user approaches a vehicle corresponding to the digital key, establishing a local area network with the vehicle.
In some embodiments, the obtaining the digital key related service of the vehicle from the vehicle using the local area network comprises: transmitting a first request to the vehicle, the first request requesting activation of a digital key of the electronic device; receiving a response message of the first request sent by the vehicle, the response message being used to activate a digital key of the electronic device; or sending a second request to the vehicle, the second request being for requesting sharing of the digital key of the electronic device; or receive a digital key from the vehicle that is shared by other electronic devices.
In some embodiments, the establishing a local area network with a vehicle comprises: establishing a first short-range wireless communication connection with the vehicle; receiving, over the first short-range wireless communication connection, a connection password sent by the vehicle for a second short-range wireless communication connection; based on the connection password, sending a third request to the vehicle, the third request requesting establishment of a second short-range wireless communication connection with the vehicle to establish the local area network.
In some embodiments, the digital key related services include one or more of: digital key generation, digital key activation, digital key sharing, digital key destruction, and digital key user account management.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may further include a transceiver, and the processor may enable communication between the electronic device and the vehicle by controlling the transceiver. For example, the processor may send a request message to the vehicle, and obtain a response message from the vehicle, etc. by controlling the transceiver.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application. The vehicle 700 may include a processor 710, memory 720, and computer programs 730.
Wherein the computer program 730 is stored on the memory 720, the computer program 730, when executed by the processor 710, causes the vehicle 700 to: establishing a local area network with the electronic equipment; after the local area network is established, providing the digital key related service of the vehicle for the electronic equipment by utilizing the local area network.
In some embodiments, the providing the electronic device with the digital key related service of the vehicle using the local area network includes: receiving a first request sent by the electronic equipment, wherein the first request is used for requesting to activate a digital key of the electronic equipment; sending a response message of the first request to the electronic device by using the local area network, wherein the response message is used for activating a digital key of the electronic device; or receiving a second request sent by the electronic equipment, wherein the second request is used for requesting to share the digital key of the electronic equipment; and sharing the digital key of the electronic device to other electronic devices in the local area network.
In some embodiments, the vehicle further performs the following: synchronizing data of the digital key related service to the remote cloud server while the vehicle is in a communicative connection with the remote cloud server.
In some embodiments, the establishing a local area network with an electronic device includes: establishing a first short-range wireless communication connection with the electronic device; transmitting a connection password for a second short-range wireless communication connection to the electronic device over the first short-range wireless communication connection; receiving a third request sent by the electronic equipment based on the connection password, wherein the third request is used for requesting to establish a second short-range wireless communication connection; establishing the local area network with the electronic device in response to the third request.
In some embodiments, the digital key related services include one or more of: digital key generation, digital key activation, digital key sharing, digital key destruction, and digital key user account management.
In some embodiments, the vehicle may further comprise a transceiver, and the processor may enable communication between the vehicle and the electronic device by controlling the transceiver. For example, the processor may send a request message to the receiving electronic device, and send a response message to the electronic device, etc. by controlling the transceiver.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a remote cloud server according to an embodiment of the present application. The remote cloud server 800 may include a processor 810, a memory 820, and computer programs 830.
Wherein the computer program 830 is stored on the memory 820, and when the computer program 830 is executed by the processor 810, causes the remote cloud server 800 to: receiving data of the digital key related service transmitted by a vehicle, wherein the vehicle is used for providing the digital key related service for the electronic equipment; and updating the database of the remote cloud server according to the data of the digital key related service.
In some embodiments, the remote cloud server may further include a transceiver, and the processor may enable communication between the remote cloud server and the electronic device by controlling the transceiver. For example, the processor may receive data or the like of the digital key related service transmitted by the vehicle by controlling the transceiver.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a computer program product provided in an embodiment of the present application. The computer program product 900 may include computer programs/instructions 910, which when executed by a processor, enable any of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application to be performed.
The methods in the present application may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, it may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer programs or instructions. When the computer program or instructions are loaded and executed on a computer, the processes or functions described herein are performed in whole or in part. The computer may be a general purpose computer, a special purpose computer, a computer network, a network device, a user device, a core network device, an Operations Administration and Maintenance (OAM), or other programmable device.
The computer program or instructions may be stored in a computer readable storage medium or transmitted from one computer readable storage medium to another computer readable storage medium, for example, the computer program or instructions may be transmitted from one website, computer, server, or data center to another website, computer, server, or data center by wire or wirelessly. The computer-readable storage medium can be any available medium that can be accessed by a computer or a data storage device such as a server, data center, etc. that integrates one or more available media. The usable medium may be a magnetic medium, such as a floppy disk, hard disk, magnetic tape; optical media such as digital video disks; but also semiconductor media such as solid state disks. The computer readable storage medium may be volatile or nonvolatile storage medium, or may include both volatile and nonvolatile types of storage media.

Claims (14)

1. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a computer program; wherein the computer program is stored on the memory, and when executed by the processor, causes the electronic device to:
starting a digital key APP on the electronic device;
detecting whether the electronic equipment can communicate with a remote cloud server for providing digital key related services;
if the electronic equipment cannot communicate with the remote cloud server and the digital key APP has a to-be-activated or to-be-shared digital key, outputting indication information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that a user approaches to a vehicle corresponding to the to-be-activated or to-be-shared digital key;
after the user approaches a vehicle corresponding to the digital key, establishing a local area network with the vehicle;
after the local area network establishment is completed, acquiring a digital key related service of the vehicle from the vehicle by using the local area network.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the digital key related service of the vehicle from the vehicle using the local area network comprises:
transmitting a first request to the vehicle, the first request requesting activation of a digital key of the electronic device; receiving a response message of the first request sent by the vehicle, the response message being used to activate a digital key of the electronic device; or
Sending a second request to the vehicle, the second request requesting sharing of the digital key of the electronic device; or
Receiving a digital key shared by other electronic devices from the vehicle.
3. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein establishing a local area network with the vehicle comprises:
establishing a first short-range wireless communication connection with the vehicle;
receiving, over the first short-range wireless communication connection, a connection password sent by the vehicle for a second short-range wireless communication connection;
based on the connection password, sending a third request to the vehicle, the third request requesting establishment of a second short-range wireless communication connection with the vehicle to establish the local area network.
4. The electronic device of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the digital key related services include one or more of: digital key generation, digital key activation, digital key sharing, digital key destruction, and digital key user account management.
5. A vehicle, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a computer program; wherein the computer program is stored on the memory, which when executed by the processor, causes the vehicle to:
receiving a third request sent by an electronic device, wherein the third request is used for requesting to establish a local area network, and the third request is sent by the electronic device when the electronic device cannot communicate with a remote cloud server for providing digital key related services, a digital key APP on the electronic device has a digital key to be activated or shared, and the electronic device is close to the vehicle;
responding to the third request, and establishing a local area network with the electronic equipment;
after the local area network is established, providing the digital key related service of the vehicle for the electronic equipment by utilizing the local area network.
6. The vehicle of claim 5, wherein the providing the electronic device with the digital key related service of the vehicle using the local area network comprises:
receiving a first request sent by the electronic equipment, wherein the first request is used for requesting to activate a digital key of the electronic equipment; sending a response message of the first request to the electronic device by using the local area network, wherein the response message is used for activating a digital key of the electronic device; or
Receiving a second request sent by the electronic equipment, wherein the second request is used for requesting to share the digital key of the electronic equipment; and sharing the digital key of the electronic equipment to other electronic equipment in the local area network.
7. Vehicle according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that it also performs the following operations:
synchronizing data of the digital key-related service to a remote cloud server if the vehicle is in a communicative connection with the remote cloud server.
8. The vehicle according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the establishing a local area network with the electronic device comprises:
establishing a first short-range wireless communication connection with the electronic device;
transmitting a connection password for a second short-range wireless communication connection to the electronic device over the first short-range wireless communication connection;
receiving a third request sent by the electronic device based on the connection password, wherein the third request is used for requesting to establish a second short-range wireless communication connection;
establishing the local area network with the electronic device in response to the third request.
9. A vehicle according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the digital key related services comprise one or more of: digital key generation, digital key activation, digital key sharing, digital key destruction, and digital key user account management.
10. A remote cloud server for providing digital key related services for an electronic device, the remote cloud server comprising: a processor, a memory, and a computer program; wherein the computer program is stored on the memory, which when executed by the processor, causes the remote cloud server to:
receiving data of the digital key related service sent by a vehicle, wherein the vehicle is used for providing the digital key related service for the electronic equipment through a local area network between the vehicle and the electronic equipment;
updating a database of the remote cloud server according to the data of the digital key related service;
wherein the local area network between the vehicle and the electronic device is established after the electronic device sends a third request to the vehicle, the third request is sent by the electronic device when the electronic device cannot communicate with a remote cloud server for providing digital key related services, a digital key to be activated or shared is included in a digital key APP on the electronic device, and the electronic device is close to the vehicle.
11. A method for implementing a digital key, wherein the method is applied to a vehicle, the method comprising:
receiving a third request sent by an electronic device, wherein the third request is used for requesting to establish a local area network, and the third request is sent by the electronic device when the electronic device cannot communicate with a remote cloud server for providing digital key related services, a digital key APP on the electronic device has a digital key to be activated or shared, and the electronic device is close to the vehicle;
responding to the third request, and establishing a local area network with the electronic equipment;
and after the local area network is established, providing digital key related services for the electronic equipment by utilizing the local area network.
12. A method for implementing a digital key, the method being applied to an electronic device, the method comprising:
starting a digital key APP on the electronic device;
detecting whether the electronic equipment can communicate with a remote cloud server for providing digital key related services;
if the electronic equipment cannot communicate with the remote cloud server and the digital key APP has a to-be-activated or to-be-shared digital key, outputting indication information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that a user approaches to a vehicle corresponding to the to-be-activated or to-be-shared digital key;
after the user approaches a vehicle corresponding to the digital key, establishing a local area network with the vehicle;
after the local area network establishment is completed, acquiring a digital key related service from the vehicle using the local area network.
13. A method for implementing a digital key, the method being applied to a remote cloud server for providing digital key related services for electronic devices, the method comprising:
receiving data of the digital key related service sent by a vehicle, wherein the vehicle is used for providing the digital key related service for the electronic equipment through a local area network between the vehicle and the electronic equipment;
updating a database of the remote cloud server according to the data of the digital key related service;
wherein the local area network between the vehicle and the electronic device is established after the electronic device sends a third request to the vehicle, the third request is sent by the electronic device when the electronic device cannot communicate with a remote cloud server for providing digital key related services, a digital key to be activated or shared is included in a digital key APP on the electronic device, and the electronic device is close to the vehicle.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising: computer program/instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 11-13.
