Background
For an industrial axial flow fan, because the working environment of the industrial axial flow fan is generally a tunnel type, the moisture in the air is heavy, a large amount of air flows onto an external motor when the industrial axial flow fan is used, so that the external motor is attached with a large amount of water, the water enters the motor to cause operation problems, even electric leakage, and if a sealed waterproof motor is adopted, the heat dissipation effect of the sealed waterproof motor cannot be well solved, so that the temperature of the motor is too high, and electric wires are burnt out; in order to solve the problem that the waterproof capability and the heat dissipation performance of a motor cannot be considered, a waterproof fan motor is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a waterproof fan motor, aiming at overcoming the defect that the motor used by the existing industrial axial flow fan cannot well solve the waterproof problem.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a waterproof fan motor comprises a shell, a motor body structure and a waterproof oil seal; a motor body structure is arranged in the shell, and an output shaft of the motor body structure is rotationally connected to the front part of the shell; the front part of the shell is provided with a waterproof oil seal which is sleeved at the position of an output shaft of the motor body structure; the device also comprises an air filtering mechanism and a heat dissipation mechanism; the bottom of the shell is connected with an air filtering mechanism for purifying external air; the shell is connected with a heat dissipation mechanism.
More preferably, the motor body structure comprises a motor shell, a rotor mechanism and an internal driving fan; a motor shell is fixedly connected inside the shell; a rotor mechanism comprising a stator and a rotor is arranged in the motor shell; an output shaft of the rotor mechanism is rotationally connected with the motor shell; an output shaft of the rotor mechanism is rotationally connected with the shell; the rear part of the output shaft of the rotor mechanism is fixedly connected with an inner driving fan.
More preferably, the air filtering mechanism comprises a fixing frame, a filter screen, an attachment baffle and a water absorption assembly; the bottom of the shell is provided with a rectangular through hole; the bottom of the shell is fixedly connected with a fixing frame; a filter screen is fixedly connected to the lower side inside the fixing frame; an attachment baffle is fixedly connected inside the fixing frame and is positioned above the filter screen; the inside rigid coupling of mount has the subassembly that absorbs water, and the subassembly that absorbs water is located and adheres to the baffle top.

More preferably, the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a heat dissipation pipe, a rear cover, an installation box, a fluid director, a carrying frame, a toothed ring, a supporting seat, a connecting seat, a rotating shaft, a flat gear and an air guide fan; four radiating pipes which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction are fixedly connected to the shell; the rear part of the shell is fixedly connected with a rear cover in a sealing way; the front part of the shell is provided with an installation box; the left part and the right part of the installation box are respectively fixedly connected with a fluid director; a carrying frame is fixedly connected to the front part of an output shaft of the rotor mechanism; a toothed ring is fixedly connected to the carrying frame; four supporting seats which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction are fixedly connected to the front side in the installation box; each radiating pipe is internally provided with a connecting seat; a rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the front and the rear adjacent supporting seats and the connecting seat; a flat gear is fixedly connected to the front part of each rotating shaft; the four flat gears are all meshed with the same gear ring; an air guide fan is fixedly connected to the rear part of each rotating shaft.

More preferably, the device also comprises a sealing ring, a spring rod, a cover plate and an adsorption piece; a sealing ring is fixedly connected to the end part of each radiating pipe; four spring rods which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction are fixedly connected to each sealing ring; the telescopic parts of every four adjacent spring rods are fixedly connected with the same cover plate; an adsorption piece is respectively arranged in each radiating pipe.
More preferably, a circular hole is formed in the center of the cover plate, and the inner diameter of the circular hole is larger than the shaft diameter of the rear portion of the rotating shaft.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention designs the corrugated attachment baffle and the water absorption component, when the water molecule content in the gas is larger, the attachment baffle condenses part of the water molecules in advance, the condensed water molecules do not have the upward climbing capacity and only drop, and the air passing over the attachment baffle can be absorbed by the water absorption component to absorb redundant water gas in time, so that the air entering the shell is dry;
2. the invention utilizes the rotating inner driving fan to absorb the heat inside the motor shell, and simultaneously cooperates with the air guide fan to pump the hot air inside the shell to be discharged outwards; complete air flow is formed in the shell, so that heat dissipation is realized while certain waterproof capacity is achieved;
3. when the motor casing is stopped, the end parts of the radiating pipes are partially sealed, so that a flow passage for air in the mounting box to enter the radiating pipes is very small, and when a small amount of air enters the radiating pipes, the long-strip-shaped adsorption piece in the radiating pipes can fully adsorb water vapor, so that the air in the casing is kept dry, water drops are prevented from being attached to the motor casing, and the waterproof performance is improved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description, but the invention is not limited to the scope of protection and application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a waterproof fan motor, including a housing 1, a motor body structure, and a water-proof oil seal 7; a motor body structure is arranged in the shell 1, and an output shaft of the motor body structure is rotatably connected to the front part of the shell 1; the front part of the shell 1 is provided with a waterproof oil seal 7, and the waterproof oil seal 7 is sleeved at the position of an output shaft of the motor body structure;
the device also comprises an air filtering mechanism and a heat dissipation mechanism; the bottom of the shell 1 is connected with an air filtering mechanism for purifying external air; the shell 1 is connected with a heat dissipation mechanism.
The motor body structure comprises a motor shell 201, a rotor mechanism 202 and an internal driving fan 203; a motor shell 201 is fixedly connected inside the shell 1; a rotor mechanism 202 including a stator and a rotor is installed inside the motor casing 201; an output shaft of the rotor mechanism 202 is rotatably connected with the motor shell 201; the output shaft of the rotor mechanism 202 is rotationally connected with the shell 1; an inner driving fan 203 is fixed to the rear of the output shaft of the rotor mechanism 202.
The air filtering mechanism comprises a fixed frame 3, a filter screen 4, an attachment baffle 5 and a water absorption assembly 6; the bottom of the shell 1 is provided with a rectangular through hole; the bottom of the shell 1 is connected with a fixed frame 3 through bolts; a filter screen 4 is fixedly connected with the lower side in the fixing frame 3; an attachment baffle 5 is fixedly connected inside the fixing frame 3, and the attachment baffle 5 is positioned above the filter screen 4; the fixed mount 3 is fixedly connected with a water absorption assembly 6, and the water absorption assembly 6 is positioned above the attachment baffle 5.
The attaching baffle 5 is a wave-shaped plate, and a ventilating through hole is arranged at the wave crest.
The water absorption component 6 is made of porous materials, and water absorption materials are filled in the water absorption component.
The heat dissipation mechanism comprises a heat dissipation pipe 8, a rear cover 9, an installation box 10, a fluid director 11, a carrying frame 12, a toothed ring 13, a support seat 14, a connection seat 15, a rotating shaft 16, a flat gear 17 and an air guide fan 18; four radiating pipes 8 which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction are fixedly connected to the shell 1; the back part of the shell 1 is fixedly connected with a back cover 9 in a sealing way; the front part of the shell 1 is provided with an installation box 10; the left part and the right part of the installation box 10 are respectively fixedly connected with a fluid director 11; a carrying frame 12 is fixedly connected to the front part of the output shaft of the rotor mechanism 202; a toothed ring 13 is fixedly connected to the carrying frame 12; four circumferentially and uniformly distributed supporting seats 14 are fixedly connected to the front side in the installation box 10; each radiating pipe 8 is internally provided with a connecting seat 15; a rotating shaft 16 is rotatably connected between the front and the rear adjacent supporting seats 14 and the connecting seat 15; a flat gear 17 is fixedly connected to the front part of each rotating shaft 16; the four flat gears 17 are all meshed with the same gear ring 13; an air guide fan 18 is fixedly connected to the rear part of each rotating shaft 16.
The baffle plate on the fluid director 11 is arc-shaped, so that water drops are effectively prevented from entering.
The connecting base 15 is provided with a plurality of through holes.
The device also comprises a sealing ring 19, a spring rod 20, a cover plate 21 and an adsorption piece 22; a sealing ring 19 is fixedly connected to the end of each radiating pipe 8; four spring rods 20 which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction are fixedly connected to each sealing ring 19; the telescopic parts of every four adjacent spring rods 20 are fixedly connected with the same cover plate 21; each radiating pipe 8 is internally provided with one adsorption member 22.
The cover plate 21 is provided with a circular hole in the center, and the inner diameter of the circular hole is larger than the shaft diameter of the rear part of the rotating shaft 16.
The waterproof fan motor is applied to a horizontal environment, one surface of the mounting fixing frame 3 is a mounting surface, after the whole waterproof fan motor is mounted, when the waterproof fan motor is started, an output shaft on the rotor mechanism 202 starts to rotate under the matched operation of the rotor mechanism 202 in the motor shell 201, the inner driving fan 203 at the rear side of the output shaft on the rotor mechanism 202 timely sucks away heat in the motor shell 201 while rotating, but the heat is gathered in the shell 1 under the wrapping of the shell 1; under the rotation of the output shaft on the rotor mechanism 202, the output shaft drives the carrying frame 12 inside the installation box 10 to rotate, the gear ring 13 fixedly connected to the carrying frame 12 rotates, the gear ring 13 drives the four flat gears 17, taking the operation of a single flat gear 17 as an example, the flat gear 17 drives the rotating shaft 16 to rotate, the rotating shaft 16 rotates on the supporting seat 14 and the connecting seat 15, the rotating shaft 16 drives the air guide fan 18 to rotate while rotating, therefore, the air guide fan 18 pumps hot air inside the housing 1 to be discharged outwards, the hot air passes through the connecting seat 15 to form wind power, the formed wind power blows the cover plate 21 to move, the cover plate 21 is separated from the sealing ring 19, and at the moment, the four spring rods 20 are all in a stretching state, so that the hot air is intensively discharged inside the installation box 10, the hot air inside is diffused outwards, the air deflectors 11 are well isolated from outside water, and water drops are flicked after falling on the air deflectors 11, thereby effectively preventing water drops from entering the installation box 10 and achieving a waterproof effect; in this in-process, the air of bottom is taken the lead to be realized filtering by filter screen 4 on the mount 3, the air is beaten on adhering to baffle 5 afterwards, it is the ripple board to adhere to baffle 5, when aqueous molecule content is great in the gas, can realize condensing in advance on adhering to baffle 5, and the hydrone that condenses does not possess the ability of upwards climbing and only can drip, cross the air that adheres to baffle 5 and then can be adsorbed by subassembly 6 that absorbs water, absorb away unnecessary aqueous vapor in time, thereby make the air that enters into the inside of shell 1 be dry gas, consequently make and form complete air flow in shell 1, realize the heat dissipation when possessing certain waterproof ability.
