The preset medicine supervision strategy is to identify whether doctors, pharmacies and medical insurance users have abnormal sales events of the medical insurance medicines or not through the association relationship among medical insurance settlement data of the medical insurance medicines, medical insurance medicine prescription information corresponding to the medical insurance medicine prescription information, medical insurance medicine sales data of each pharmacy and medical insurance medicine purchase data of the medical insurance users.
The abnormal sales events comprise the events of medical insurance user excessive medicine purchase, doctor excessive medicine prescription, non-prescription sales, prescription failure, prescription secondary sales, remote medicine purchase and the like.
The remote medicine purchasing is to determine whether the corresponding medical insurance user remotely purchases the medicine according to the position information of the pharmacy for the medical insurance user to purchase the medical insurance medicine aiming at the medical insurance user. Determining the relation between the distance of each pharmacy position and a preset distance threshold according to the position information of the pharmacy in which the user purchases the medical insurance medicine, if the distance of each pharmacy position is larger than the preset distance threshold, determining that the medical insurance user remotely purchases the medicine, and if the distance of each pharmacy position is smaller than or equal to the preset distance threshold, determining that the medical insurance user does not remotely purchase the medicine.
The preset time period is a time period set for identifying an abnormal sales event within a certain time, for example, the preset time period may be one month, and correspondingly, at the beginning of each month, the medical insurance medicine prescription information, the medical insurance settlement data of the medical insurance medicines, the medical insurance medicine sales data of each pharmacy and the medical insurance medicine purchase data of the medical insurance user in the last month are subjected to combined analysis to identify the abnormal sales event of the medical insurance medicines.
Specifically, in order to identify the events such as overdose of medical insurance users, overdose of medical prescriptions by doctors, prescription failure, prescription secondary sales, unreasonable behavior tracks and the like in a time period set by abnormal selling and collecting time within a certain time. Firstly, respectively judging whether events such as overdose prescription, overdose medicine purchase, prescription failure, prescription secondary sale, remote medicine purchase and the like exist in doctors, medical insurance users and drugstores within a certain time; three execution subjects corresponding to abnormal sales events, namely, doctors, users and drugstores, are respectively identified. Then, aiming at doctors, users and drug stores corresponding to the abnormal sales events, the incidence relation among medical insurance medicine prescription information corresponding to the doctors, the users and the drug stores is determined according to medical insurance settlement data of medical insurance medicines, the medical insurance medicine sales data of each drug store and the medical insurance medicine purchase data of medical insurance users, whether abnormal sales events exist between the execution main bodies corresponding to the abnormal sales events and the rest execution main bodies simultaneously or not is determined, and whether the combination of the correspondence relation of three execution main bodies or two execution main bodies occurs for a plurality of times or not is determined.
In a specific embodiment, the doctor is identified to overdose the medicines within one month, the medical insurance settlement data of the medical insurance medicines is used for determining the association relationship among the medical insurance medicine prescription information corresponding to the doctor, the medical insurance medicine sales data of each pharmacy and the medical insurance medicine purchase data of the medical insurance user, determining whether the corresponding user has the behavior of overdose the medicines, and simultaneously determining whether the corresponding relationship between the user and/or the pharmacy occurs for multiple times. Meanwhile, according to the position information of the medical insurance user selecting the pharmacy, the relation between the distance of each pharmacy position and a preset distance threshold is determined, and whether the medical insurance user remotely purchases the medicine is judged.
According to the technical scheme, the prescription risk problem of the target supervision medicine prescription is audited, and the inquiry result is fed back to the client side of the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy according to the audit result of the prescription risk problem. The intelligent management of the prescription drugs is realized, the supervision efficiency in the sales process of the prescription drugs is improved, and the safety and effectiveness of the use of the medical insurance fund are improved.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a prescription drug supervision apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a scene of prescription drug supervision, and in particular, is more applicable to a case where a fixed-point pharmacy outside a hospital uses a medical insurance to purchase prescription drug supervision. The device can be realized by software and/or hardware, and is integrated in a computer device with application development function.
As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: a prescription acquisition module 410, a prescription flow module 420, a prescription verification module 430, and a prescription verification module 440.
The prescription obtaining module 410 is configured to obtain a target supervisory drug prescription and send the target supervisory drug prescription to a prescription drug supervisory user client; the prescription circulation module 420 is used for receiving target medicine purchasing shop information determined by a prescription medicine supervision user client according to the pharmacy selection operation of the user and establishing an association relationship between a target supervision medicine prescription and a target medicine purchasing shop; the prescription checking module 430 is used for responding to a prescription inquiry request of a prescription drug administration pharmacy client corresponding to the target drug purchasing shop to the target administration drug prescription, inquiring and feeding back an inquiry result; and the prescription verification and cancellation module 440 is used for verifying and canceling the target supervision medicine prescription according to the medicine sales state change operation of the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy client and completing the prescription medicine supervision process.
According to the technical scheme, a target supervision medicine prescription is obtained and sent to a prescription medicine supervision user client, target medicine purchasing shop information determined by the prescription medicine supervision user client according to pharmacy selection operation of a user is received, an association relation between the target supervision medicine prescription and a target medicine purchasing shop is established, a prescription inquiry request of a prescription medicine supervision pharmacy client corresponding to the target medicine purchasing shop for the target supervision medicine prescription is responded, an inquiry result is inquired and fed back, operation is changed according to a medicine sales state of the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy client, the target supervision medicine prescription is verified and sold, and a prescription medicine supervision process is completed. The problem of artifical check prescription supervision degree of difficulty big is solved, the intelligent management of prescription medicine has been realized, the supervision efficiency in the prescription medicine sales process has been improved, the security and the validity of medical insurance fund use are improved.
Optionally, the prescription obtaining module 410 is further configured to:
determining whether the drug excess risk exists in the target supervision drug prescription according to the preset drug knowledge base information;
and when the target supervision medicine prescription has a medicine excess risk, sending prescription risk prompt information to a provider of the target supervision medicine prescription.
Optionally, the prescription verification module 430 is further configured to:
inquiring a target supervision medicine prescription corresponding to the user information according to the user information carried by the prescription inquiry request;
and auditing the prescription risk problem of the target supervision medicine prescription, and feeding back the query result to the client of the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy according to the audit result of the prescription risk problem.
Optionally, the prescription verification module 430 is further configured to:
when the target supervision medicine prescription does not have the preset prescription risk problem, the specific prescription content of the target supervision medicine prescription is used as an inquiry result and is sent to a prescription medicine supervision pharmacy client;
and when any preset prescription risk problem exists in the target supervision medicine prescription, taking the corresponding prescription risk problem auditing result as an inquiry result, and sending the inquiry result to the client side of the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy.
Optionally, the prescription verification module 430 is further configured to:
determining the effectiveness of the target supervisory drug prescription according to the generation date of the target supervisory drug prescription;
and/or determining whether the current drug sales corresponding to the target supervision drug prescription is the prescription secondary sales condition or not according to the current verification and sale state of the target supervision drug prescription;
and/or determining whether the excessive medicine purchasing condition exists in the current medicine sales corresponding to the target supervision medicine prescription or not according to the historical medicine purchasing record corresponding to the user information and the preset medicine knowledge base information.
Optionally, the prescription obtaining module 410 is further configured to:
acquiring a prescription cancelling instruction of a provider of a target supervision medicine prescription;
confirming the verification and cancellation state of the target supervision medicine prescription according to the prescription cancellation instruction;
the target regulatory drug prescription is withdrawn when the target regulatory drug prescription is in an unchecked state.
Optionally, the prescription verification module 430 is further configured to:

The prescription medicine supervision device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the prescription medicine supervision method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a prescription drug administration system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the prescription drug administration system includes: a prescription administration service 510, a prescription administration user client 520, and a prescription administration pharmacy client 530.
The prescription drug administration server 510 is configured to obtain a target administration drug prescription and send the target administration drug prescription to the prescription drug administration user client 520.
The prescription administration user client 520 is used for providing a prescription query interface for the target user to query and display the prescription.
The prescription drug administration pharmacy client 530 is used for inquiring and verifying prescriptions during the sales process of prescription drugs in the pharmacy.
According to the technical scheme, the target supervision medicine prescription is obtained and sent to the prescription medicine supervision user client, a prescription query interface is provided for the target user, the prescription is queried and displayed, and the prescription is queried and checked and cancelled in the process of prescription medicine sales in a pharmacy. Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary computer device 12 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The computer device 12 shown in FIG. 6 is only an example and should not impose any limitations on the functionality or scope of use of embodiments of the present invention. The computer device 12 may be any terminal device with computing capabilities that may be configured in a prescription administration system.
As shown in FIG. 6, computer device 12 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of computer device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the memory 28 and the processing unit 16.
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Computer device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by computer device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 30 and/or cache memory 32. Computer device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 6, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of embodiments of the invention as described.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, computer device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via network adapter 20. The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing programs stored in the memory 28, for example, implementing a prescription administration method provided by the present embodiment, the method including:
acquiring a target supervision medicine prescription, and sending the target supervision medicine prescription to a prescription medicine supervision user client;
receiving target medicine purchasing shop information determined by a prescription medicine supervision user client according to the pharmacy selection operation of a user, and establishing an association relation between a target supervision medicine prescription and a target medicine purchasing shop;
responding to a prescription inquiry request of a prescription drug administration pharmacy client corresponding to the target drug purchasing shop to the prescription of the target administration drug, inquiring and feeding back an inquiry result;
and changing operation according to the medicine sales state of the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy client, checking and selling the target supervision medicine prescription, and finishing the prescription medicine supervision process.
The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of prescription medication administration as provided by any embodiment of the present invention, the method comprising:
acquiring a target supervision medicine prescription, and sending the target supervision medicine prescription to a prescription medicine supervision user client;
receiving target medicine purchasing shop information determined by a prescription medicine supervision user client according to the pharmacy selection operation of a user, and establishing an association relation between a target supervision medicine prescription and a target medicine purchasing shop;
responding to a prescription inquiry request of a prescription drug administration pharmacy client corresponding to the target drug purchasing shop to the prescription of the target administration drug, inquiring and feeding back an inquiry result;

Claims (11)

1. A method of prescription medication administration, comprising:
acquiring a target supervision medicine prescription, and sending the target supervision medicine prescription to a prescription medicine supervision user client;
receiving target medicine purchasing shop information determined by the prescription medicine supervision user client according to the pharmacy selection operation of the user, and establishing an association relation between the target supervision medicine prescription and the target medicine purchasing shop;
responding to a prescription inquiry request of a prescription drug administration pharmacy client corresponding to the target drug purchasing shop to the target administration drug prescription, and inquiring and feeding back an inquiry result;
and changing operation according to the medicine sales state of the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy client, verifying and selling the target supervision medicine prescription, and finishing the prescription medicine supervision process.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the target supervisory drug prescription, the method further comprises:
determining whether the target supervision medicine prescription has a medicine excess risk or not according to preset medicine knowledge base information;
and when the target supervision medicine prescription has a medicine excess risk, sending prescription risk prompt information to a provider of the target supervision medicine prescription.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein querying and feeding back query results in response to a prescription query request from a prescription drug administration pharmacy client corresponding to the target drug purchasing store for the target administrative drug prescription, comprises:
inquiring a target supervision medicine prescription corresponding to the user information according to the user information carried by the prescription inquiry request;
and auditing the prescription risk problem of the target supervision medicine prescription, and feeding back a query result to the client of the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy according to the audit result of the prescription risk problem.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the feeding back query results to the prescription drug administration pharmacy client based on the review results of the prescription risk issue comprises:
when the target supervision medicine prescription does not have the preset prescription risk problem, the specific prescription content of the target supervision medicine prescription is used as the query result and is sent to the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy client;
and when any preset prescription risk problem exists in the target supervision medicine prescription, taking a corresponding prescription risk problem auditing result as the query result, and sending the query result to the client side of the prescription medicine supervision pharmacy.
5. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein the reviewing the prescription risk issue for the target regulator drug prescription comprises:
determining the effectiveness of the target supervisory drug prescription according to the generation date of the target supervisory drug prescription;
and/or determining whether the current drug sales corresponding to the target supervision drug prescription is a prescription secondary sales condition or not according to the current verification and sale state of the target supervision drug prescription;
and/or determining whether the current medicine sales corresponding to the target supervision medicine prescription has an excessive medicine purchasing condition or not according to the historical medicine purchasing record corresponding to the user information and preset medicine knowledge base information.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a prescription cancelling instruction of a provider of the target supervisory drug prescription;
confirming the verification and sale state of the target supervision medicine prescription according to the prescription revocation instruction;
revoking the target regulatory drug prescription when the target regulatory drug prescription is in an unchecked state.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and according to a preset medicine supervision strategy, performing joint analysis on the prescription information of the medical insurance medicines, the medical insurance settlement data of the medical insurance medicines, the medical insurance medicine sales data of each pharmacy and the medical insurance medicine purchase data of a medical insurance user in a preset time period, and identifying abnormal sales events of the medical insurance medicines.
8. A prescription administration device, comprising:
the prescription acquisition module is used for acquiring a target supervision medicine prescription and sending the target supervision medicine prescription to a prescription medicine supervision user client;
the prescription forwarding module is used for receiving target medicine purchasing shop information determined by the prescription medicine supervision user client according to the pharmacy selection operation of the user and establishing the association relationship between the target supervision medicine prescription and the target medicine purchasing shop;
the prescription checking module is used for responding to a prescription inquiry request of a prescription drug administration pharmacy client corresponding to the target drug purchasing shop to the target administration drug prescription, inquiring and feeding back an inquiry result;
