Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hot melt adhesives, in particular to a hot melt adhesive, a preparation method thereof and a removable film label prepared from the same.
Background
The tag is widely applied in daily life (for example, the logistics industry needs to use various tags, all parts need to be marked by the tags in the furniture production and assembly processes, all articles for daily use need to be marked by the tags, and the like), and the tag mainly plays roles in product marking, packaging, decoration and the like. Removable film type labels are a relatively common type of label with a relatively wide range of applications. However, the existing removable film labels generally have the problems of low bonding strength, easy occurrence of residual glue (influencing the attractiveness and cleanness of adhered articles) during peeling, easy warping at high temperature and the like, and oily acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives are mostly adopted, so that the problems of toxicity, high cost, environmental protection, low efficiency, high energy consumption and the like exist, and the actual application requirements are difficult to completely meet.
Therefore, development of the hot melt adhesive which is used for the removable film label and can endow the removable film label with the excellent performances of high adhesive strength, no residual adhesive during stripping, no warping at high temperature, safety, environmental protection and the like has very important significance.
