Abstract

The added brightening agent and the ultraviolet resistant agent can improve the luster and the ultraviolet resistant function of the material, thereby improving the application range of the PP plastic material.

Background

Preferably, the antioxidant is an antioxidant 1010, which mainly belongs to phenolic oxidants, wherein the antioxidant has excellent antioxidant performance on polypropylene, and can effectively prolong the service life of the product.
Preferably, the auxiliary antioxidant is a sulfur-containing ester antioxidant DLTP, namely dilauryl thiodipropionate, wherein the performance of the plastic material is enhanced by using the auxiliary antioxidant with the antioxidant 1010 and having a synergistic effect.
Preferably, the lubricant is low molecular weight polypropylene, wherein the plastic material can improve the fluidity, improve the adhesion of the polymer material to a cylinder and a die, and prevent and reduce the retentate during extrusion molding.
Preferably, the barium sulfate is barium sulfate whisker, wherein the strength and the heat stability of the plastic material can be improved by adding the barium sulfate.

A method for preparing improved plastic material based on PP plastic is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
s1, firstly, weighing talcum powder, an antioxidant, an auxiliary antioxidant, a lubricant, a brightening agent, barium sulfate, an ultraviolet-resistant agent and polypropylene according to a proportion, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
s2, on the basis of the S1, putting the mixture in the S1 into an extruder, then melting and extruding the mixture to form a semi-finished product material, and heating the semi-finished product material to 180-195 ℃ to obtain a PP improved plastic material;
