the polishing assembly is used for polishing the inner wall of the quartz tube body in a rotating and moving mode, and the polishing moving piece is arranged on the pedestal and used for driving the polishing assembly to move transversely;
the clamping mechanism comprises a fixed plate and a V-shaped clamping piece;
the fixing plate is provided with a first bracket and a second bracket which are oppositely arranged, the V-shaped clamping piece is used for clamping the quartz tube body, and one end part of the V-shaped clamping piece is in rotary fit with the first bracket;
the fixed plate is also provided with a power piece for driving the V-shaped clamping piece to rotate around the fixed plate and the first bracket, and the second bracket is provided with a side pressing piece;
the device also comprises a transmission mechanism, wherein one end of the transmission mechanism is connected with the tail connecting rod, and the other end of the transmission mechanism extends between the second bracket and the first bracket;
when the V-shaped clamping piece rotates between the second bracket and the first bracket, the port of the V-shaped clamping piece corresponds to the side pressure piece, the side pressure piece can tightly prop against the quartz tube body in the V-shaped clamping piece, the V-shaped clamping piece also drives a transmission mechanism to act in the rotating process, and the transmission mechanism can push and pull the tail connecting rod to rotate around the joint of the pedestal and the polishing platform;
the transmission mechanism comprises a sliding block and a transmission push-pull piece;
the sliding block is arranged at the side part of the second bracket in a sliding way, the lower side of the sliding block is connected with the fixed plate through a return spring, and the return spring is provided with a longitudinal rack penetrating through the fixed plate and the polishing platform;
when the V-shaped clamping piece rotates between the first bracket and the second bracket, the V-shaped clamping piece can press the sliding block downwards, and after the V-shaped clamping piece rotates, the reset spring can push the sliding block to reset;
the transmission push-pull piece comprises a wire rod piece, a push-pull connecting rod, a screw sleeve and a transmission gear;
the screw rod piece is rotatably arranged on the lower end surface of the polishing platform, and the transmission gear is arranged at one end of the screw rod piece and meshed with the longitudinal rack;
the screw sleeve is arranged on the screw rod piece and is in spiral fit with the screw rod piece, one end of the push-pull connecting rod is fixed on the screw sleeve, the other end of the push-pull connecting rod is hinged with the connecting sleeve, and the connecting sleeve can slide on the tail connecting rod;
the V-shaped clamping piece comprises a fixed block, a V-shaped clamping plate and a blanking guide rod;
one end of the fixed block is in running fit with the first bracket, and the V-shaped clamping plate is arranged at the other end of the fixed block;
the fixing block is provided with a guide groove extending into the V-shaped clamping plate, a discharging guide rod is arranged in the guide groove, the end part of the discharging guide rod, which is far away from the V-shaped clamping plate, is provided with a protruding block, and the protruding block is connected with the side part of the V-shaped clamping plate through a tightening spring.
