The lamination composite type vertical pre-filter with backwashing function as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein: a laminated framework limiting part is arranged in the filter bottle, a first end cover of the laminated framework is provided with a positioning part, the first end cover is in butt fit with the laminated framework limiting part through the positioning part to limit the laminated framework in the axial direction, and a sealing element or interference fit is arranged between the first end cover and the filter bottle; and two ends of the filtering functional section are connected with the inner wall of the lamination subunit in a sliding and sealing manner.
