The shoes before passing through the turning supporting wheel 521 can be kept in a normal conveying state, and can be quickly brushed by using other brushing devices, after passing through the turning supporting wheel 521, the first lower pressing wheel 522 and the second lower pressing wheel 523 can play a role in pressing down the conveying chain 240, so that the shoes can be conveyed in the ultrasonic cleaning pool 510, and can be synchronously cleaned by ultrasonic waves in the conveying process to clean stains which cannot be cleaned by other brushing devices.
