The cleaning member 110, the dust box 120, and the driving mechanism 130 are disposed on the mounting case 140, thereby forming a modular structure for the entire removal and installation of the roll brush assembly 100. The cleaning component 110 and the dust box 120 are detachably connected with the mounting housing 140, so that disassembly and cleaning are facilitated; the driving mechanism 130 is fixedly coupled to the mounting case 140 for driving the cleaning member 110 to operate, thereby making the roll brush assembly 100 a modular mechanism having a self-driving capability for facilitating its adaptation to various types of cleaning device bodies. The mounting case 140 is provided with a first coupling mechanism for detachably coupling with the cleaning apparatus main body.
Specifically, the cleaning member 110, the dust box 120, and the driving mechanism 130 are common in cleaning apparatuses, and cleaning apparatuses such as a sweeper and a vacuum cleaner include the above-mentioned members. The cleaning member 110 generally comprises a rolling brush 111 and/or a brush 112, that is, it means that the cleaning member 110 comprises only the rolling brush 111, or the cleaning member 110 comprises only the brush 112, or the cleaning member 110 comprises three cases of the rolling brush 111 and the brush 112. In the prior art, the dust box 120 and the driving mechanism 130 are disposed at different positions of the cleaning device main body, and are respectively mounted on and dismounted from the cleaning device main body. In the embodiment of the present application, the above components are combined together to form a complete rolling brush assembly 100, and the rolling brush assembly as a whole can be assembled with and disassembled from the cleaning device main body.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning component 110 includes a rolling brush 111 and a hair brush 112, the rolling brush 111 and the hair brush 112 are generally cylindrical structures, the surface of the rolling brush 111 is similar to the surface of a rag, and has water absorption, when the rolling brush 111 rotates, dirt on the surface to be cleaned can be wiped; the surface of the brush 112 is provided with bristles, so that when the brush 112 rotates, garbage on the surface to be cleaned can be cleaned through the bristles. The cleaning component 110 in this embodiment can simultaneously wipe dirt on the surface to be cleaned and clean garbage, such as paper dust and dust, on the surface to be cleaned, which is beneficial to improving the cleaning efficiency. The dust box 120 is a hollow storage body with an opening for storing garbage such as paper dust and dust, and the dust box 120 in this embodiment has a rectangular parallelepiped structure, so that the garbage cleaned by the brush 112 can be stored in the dust box 120. The driving mechanism 130 is used for driving the cleaning component 110 to work, as shown in fig. 3, the driving mechanism 130 includes a motor 131 and a transmission component 132, an output end of the motor 131 is connected with an input end of the transmission component 132, and an output end of the transmission component 132 is respectively connected with a rotating shaft of the rolling brush 111 and a rotating shaft of the hairbrush 112 through splines, so as to drive the rolling brush 111 and the hairbrush 112 to rotate.
The cleaning component 110, the dust box 120 and the driving mechanism 130 are all arranged on the installation shell 140, wherein the cleaning component 110 and the dust box 120 are respectively detachably connected with the installation shell 140, the driving mechanism 130 is fixedly connected with the installation shell 140, and the installation shell 140 is detachably connected with the cleaning device main body. It should be understood that, for those skilled in the art, the mounting housing 140 may have a plurality of structural shapes as long as the structural shapes can satisfy the connection relationship with the cleaning member 110, the dust box 120, the driving mechanism 130 and the cleaning apparatus main body, and the connection positions and the connection structure of the cleaning member 110, the dust box 120, the driving mechanism 130 and the cleaning apparatus main body with the mounting housing 140 may be realized in various forms. The present embodiment now provides a simple, firm and easy-to-disassemble and assemble installation housing 140, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the installation housing 140 includes a top plate and a back baffle plate, the top plate is fixedly connected with the back baffle plate to form an "L" shaped structure, a first side surface of the top plate close to the back baffle plate is a working element installation surface, and the working element installation surface faces to a cleaned surface during working. As shown in fig. 2, the rolling brush 111, the brush 112 and the dust box 120 are sequentially arranged on the working element mounting surface of the mounting housing 140 in parallel, the rolling brush 111 is located at a position close to the rear baffle of the mounting housing 140, the dust box 120 is located at a position far away from the rear baffle of the mounting housing 140, and the height of the rear baffle does not exceed the height of the contact surface of the rolling brush 111 and the brush 112 with the cleaned surface when working.
For convenience of subsequent description, it is specifically described herein that two ends of the rolling brush 111 in the axial direction are a first end of the rolling brush 111 and a second end of the rolling brush 111, and since the rolling brush 111, the brush 112 and the dust box 120 are sequentially arranged in parallel on the working element mounting surface of the mounting housing 140, the first end of the brush 112, the first end of the dust box 120 and the first end of the mounting housing 140 are all set to correspond to the first end of the rolling brush 111, and the second end of the brush 112, the second end of the dust box 120 and the second end of the mounting housing 140 are all set to correspond to the second end of the rolling brush 111.
