The liquid fertilizer spraying equipment is characterized by comprising an installation platform (1), an equipment box (2), a stirring box (3), a stirring mechanism, a water pumping mechanism, a spraying mechanism, a crawler traveling mechanism (4), a detection mechanism and a controller; wherein:
the equipment box (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the mounting table (1);
the stirring box (3) is fixedly connected to the top of the mounting table (1), the stirring box (3) is fixedly connected to the equipment box (2), one side of the stirring box (3) is communicated with a water inlet pipe (31) and a liquid inlet pipe (32), and a sealing cover (33) is arranged at the top of the stirring box (3);
the stirring mechanism is arranged in the stirring box (3);
the water pumping mechanism is arranged inside the equipment box (2);
the spraying mechanism is communicated with the water pumping mechanism and is fixed on the outer side of the equipment box (2) through a mounting frame (24);
the crawler travelling mechanism (4) is arranged at the bottom of the mounting table (1), and a damping mechanism is arranged in the crawler travelling mechanism (4);
the detection mechanism comprises a pressure sensor and a scanning camera device (5), and the scanning camera device (5) is fixed on the outer side of the equipment box (2);
the controller is electrically connected with the stirring mechanism, the water pumping mechanism, the spraying mechanism, the track travelling mechanism (4) and the detecting mechanism, and the controller is used for controlling the track travelling mechanism (4), the stirring mechanism, the water pumping mechanism and the spraying mechanism according to data information measured by the detecting mechanism.

Liquid fertilizer spraying apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said crawler-track (4) comprises a chassis, crawler wheels and a crawler track (43), the chassis being fixedly connected to the bottom of said mounting table (1); the crawler wheels are arranged on two sides of the chassis and fixedly connected with a first driving motor; a track (43) is mounted on the track wheel.

Liquid fertilizer application apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that said track wheels comprise a driving wheel (41) and a tensioning wheel (42), the driving wheel (41) being located at one end of said track (43); a tensioning wheel (42) is located on the end of the track (43) remote from the drive wheel (41).
4. The liquid fertilizer application apparatus of claim 3, wherein the shock absorbing mechanism includes a thrust wheel (45), a shock absorber (47), and a carrier roller (44); wherein:
the supporting wheels (45) are arranged on two sides of the chassis;
the shock absorber (47) is connected with the thrust wheel (45) through a bracket (46), and the bracket (46) and the shock absorber (47) are hinged to the chassis;
a supporting roller (44) is arranged on the chassis, and the supporting roller (44) is used for supporting the crawler belt (43).
5. The liquid fertilizer application apparatus of claim 1, wherein the agitation mechanism includes a second drive motor (34) and an agitator arm (35); wherein:
the second driving motor (34) is fixed at the top of the stirring box (3) through a fixing plate, and a protective cover is arranged on the outer side of the second driving motor (34);
puddler (35) fixed connection in the output of second driving motor (34), fixed mounting has stirring leaf (36) on puddler (35), puddler (35) with stirring leaf (36) all are located inside agitator tank (3).
6. Liquid fertilizer spraying device according to claim 1, characterized in that said pumping mechanism comprises a first pumping duct (21), a pump (22), a second pumping duct (23) and a hose (26); wherein:
the first water pumping pipe (21) is communicated with the stirring box (3);
the input end of a water pump (22) is fixedly connected with the first water pumping pipe (21), the water pump (22) is fixedly installed on a workbench (6), and the workbench (6) is fixedly connected into the equipment box (2);
the second water pumping pipe (23) is fixedly connected to the output end of the water pump (22);
the hose (26) is communicated with the second water pumping pipe (23).
7. The liquid fertilizer spraying apparatus as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the spraying mechanism comprises a column (25), a mounting seat (27), a third driving motor (28), a rotating rod (29) and a spray head (30); wherein:
the upright posts (25) are fixedly connected to two ends of the mounting rack (24);
the mounting seat (27) is fixed at the bottom of the upright post (25);
a third driving motor (28) is arranged on the mounting seat (27);
the rotating rod (29) is fixedly connected to the output end of the third driving motor (28), the rotating rod (29) is of a hollow structure, the rotating rod (29) is communicated with the hose (26), and the joint of the rotating rod (29) and the hose (26) is fixed through a fixing piece;
the spray head (30) is fixed on the rotating rod (29).
8. Liquid fertilizer application apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that said pressure sensors are arranged inside said first suction pipe (21) and said second suction pipe (23).
9. A liquid fertilizer spraying method applied to the liquid fertilizer spraying apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the spraying method comprises the steps of:
the liquid fertilizer spraying equipment is driven to a crop area to be sprayed through the crawler travelling mechanism (4), drives a circle around the crop area to be sprayed, and acquires crop information through the scanning camera equipment (5), wherein the crop information comprises crop types, crop areas and crop growth states;
dividing the crop area to be sprayed into n areas to be sprayed with the same area according to the crop area, and obtaining a target spraying amount corresponding to each area according to the crop type and the crop growth state in each area to be sprayed;
setting spraying information based on the target spraying amount, wherein the spraying information comprises spraying time, nozzle orientation, moving speed and spraying speed;
and planning a walking route according to the distance between the liquid fertilizer spraying equipment and each area to be sprayed, and controlling the liquid fertilizer spraying equipment to spray according to the walking route and the spraying information.
10. The method for spraying the liquid fertilizer as claimed in claim 9, wherein when the liquid fertilizer spraying equipment sprays the liquid fertilizer, the pressure sensor acquires the pressure parameter inside the pipeline of the pumping pipe in real time, and if the pressure parameter exceeds a preset pressure range, the liquid fertilizer spraying equipment is overhauled.
