Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Reference herein to "a plurality" means two or more. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated object, indicating that there may be three relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may indicate: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship.
When a terminal does not open a Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE) function on a fourth generation mobile communication technology (4G), or the terminal supports the VoLTE function but does not support a Voice communication interface (volve New Radio, vorr) under 5G access on the fifth generation mobile communication technology (5G), the terminal initiates or receives a communication request and then initiates a Circuit Switched Fallback (CSFB) or an Evolved Packet Core Fallback (EPSFB), that is, the Voice communication service is dropped to a corresponding frequency band by the Fallback technology to be processed. The process is as follows: the network equipment issues a blind redirection message, the terminal determines a fallback serving cell according to the received blind redirection message, and a communication service is established based on the serving cell. The blind redirection message may be a Radio Resource Control Release (rrcreelease) message, and the blind redirection message carries a specific target cell frequency point, and is used to instruct the terminal to fall back to the target cell frequency point to perform a communication service.
If the service cell is an abnormal service cell, the terminal directs to the abnormal service cell according to the blind redirection message of the network equipment, and the communication service is abnormally hung up, so that the communication failure is caused. The abnormal service cell refers to that a cell directly issues an interrupt indication (Disconnect) to carry cause values such as 34 (no available channel)/47 (no available resource) after CSFB, or a cell directly releases a dedicated bearer of a service data stream of voice after EPSFB (Long Term Evolution, LTE), and the like. The service data flow specific bearer may be a scale value QCI (QoS Class Identifier) or the like.
In the prior art, when a serving cell is an abnormal serving cell, the current situation is usually maintained without any processing, which results in that a network device always allows a terminal to be blindly redirected to the serving cell, and if the abnormality of the serving cell is not recovered all the time, a situation of continuous communication failure occurs at this time. In order to prevent the problem that communication is continuously failed under the condition that the serving cells are abnormal, the terminal is directed to the abnormal serving cell to cause communication failure, a new serving cell is selected from a plurality of serving cells corresponding to the detected target frequency points again after the communication failure, and communication services are established through the newly selected serving cell.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a communication service establishment method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown. The main execution body in this embodiment may be the terminal 100, or may also be the processor 110 in the terminal 100 or the operating system in the terminal 100, and this embodiment takes the main execution body as the terminal 100 as an example for description. In the examples of the present application, the description is given by way of example. The method comprises the following steps:
step 101: when a communication service cannot be established through the current network, the terminal determines a plurality of serving cells.
The plurality of serving cells are serving cells to which the terminal can fall back from the current network. The current network is a 5G communication network or a 4G communication network, which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application.
Before this step, when the terminal initiates communication or receives a communication instruction, a communication request is sent to the network device. In a possible implementation manner, if the terminal currently uses the 4G network for communication and the VoLTE function is not activated on the terminal, the terminal determines, through a fallback technique, a plurality of serving cells that can be fallback to. Wherein the plurality of cells that can fall back to are cells of a 2G network. In another possible implementation manner, if the terminal currently uses a 5G network for communication and the terminal supports the VoLTE function but does not support the VoNR under 5G access, the terminal determines multiple serving cells that can be fallen back to through a fall-back technique. Wherein the plurality of serving cells that can fall back to are serving cells of a 4G network.
In this step, the terminal determines the plurality of serving cells based on the serving cell in the current network environment. Referring to fig. 2, the process is realized by the following steps (1) - (2), including:
(1) And the terminal searches the cells in the current network environment to obtain a plurality of service cells in the current network environment.
The plurality of serving cells in the current network environment are serving cells in the network environment where the terminal is located. In this step, the terminal starts a network searching measurement function, and performs cell search in the current network environment to obtain a plurality of serving cells in the current network environment.
(2) The terminal determines a plurality of serving cells from the plurality of serving cells in the current network environment based on the communication traffic of the current network.
And the terminal determines target resource information corresponding to the communication service and determines a plurality of service cells matched with the target resource information from the current network environment. The process may be: the terminal determines target resource information of a serving cell which can be fallen back; and determining a plurality of serving cells matched with the target resource information from a plurality of serving cells in the current network environment.
In one possible implementation, the terminal determines the serving cells based on target resource information corresponding to the communication service. Correspondingly, the process of the terminal determining a plurality of serving cells is as follows: and the terminal searches the cells in the current network environment based on the target resource information to obtain a plurality of service cells matched with the target resource information. And the target resource information is a target frequency point corresponding to the communication service. Correspondingly, the terminal determines a plurality of service cells of which the frequency points are matched with the target frequency points from a plurality of service cells in the current network environment based on the target frequency points. Alternatively, the target resource information is the amount of resources required for the communication service. Correspondingly, the terminal determines the quantity of resources required by the communication service and determines the quantity of resources available for each serving cell; determining a plurality of serving cells of which the number of available resources satisfies the number of resources from the plurality of serving cells in the current network environment.
In this implementation manner, the terminal determines, based on the communication service of the current network, the multiple serving cells matched with the communication service, so as to screen out the serving cells available for the current communication service, so that the terminal determines the target serving cell from the multiple serving cells, and further, the efficiency of determining the target serving cell is improved.
Correspondingly, before this step, the terminal sends a communication request to the network device, the network device receives the communication request, determines the target resource information based on the communication request, returns the target resource information to the terminal, and the terminal receives the target resource information returned by the network device. Wherein the communication request is a CSFB or EPSFB request.
Step 102: the terminal selects a target serving cell from the plurality of serving cells based on the service reference information and the service quality information of each of the plurality of serving cells.
Wherein the service reference information is used to indicate an available serving cell among the plurality of serving cells. For example, in some possible implementations, the service reference information includes an abnormal serving cell record table. The abnormal serving cell record table includes information such as an identifier, a cell name, or a cell address of the abnormal serving cell. Alternatively, the service reference information includes an available serving cell record table and the like. The available serving cell record table includes information such as an identifier, a cell name, or a cell address of an available serving cell. The quality of service information is used to indicate the quality of service of each serving cell. For example, the service quality information includes at least one of a signal quality of the serving cell, an available resource amount, and an available channel amount.
In this step, the terminal determines priorities of a plurality of serving cells based on the service reference information and the service quality information of each serving cell, and determines a target serving cell having the highest priority from among the plurality of serving cells. The process can be realized by the following steps (A1) - (A3), including:
(A1) The terminal determines the priority of each serving cell based on the quality of service information of each serving cell.
In one possible implementation, the quality of service information includes a signal quality of the serving cell. Accordingly, the priority of each serving cell is proportional to the signal quality. I.e. the higher the signal quality the higher the priority of the serving cell. In another possible implementation, the quality of service information includes an amount of available resources of the serving cell. Accordingly, the priority of each serving cell is proportional to the amount of available resources. I.e. the more resources are available, the higher the priority of the serving cell. In another possible implementation, the quality of service information includes a number of available channels of the serving cell. Accordingly, the priority of each serving cell is proportional to the number of available channels. I.e., the greater the number of available channels, the higher the priority of the serving cell.
It should be noted that the service quality information may further include at least one of a signal quality of the serving cell, an available resource amount, and an available channel amount. Accordingly, the terminal determines the priority of the serving cell according to at least one of the signal quality, the available resource quantity and the available channel quantity of the serving cell. For example, the terminal may further include the signal quality of the serving cell, the amount of available resources based on the quality of service information. The terminal determines the first priority of the plurality of service cells according to the signal quality of the service cells, and then adjusts the first priority based on the number of available resources of each service cell to obtain the priority of each service cell.
And (A2) the terminal adjusting the priority of each serving cell based on the service reference information.
Wherein the service reference information is used to indicate an available serving cell among the plurality of serving cells. In one possible implementation, the terminal detects the multiple serving cells, and determines an available serving cell and an unavailable serving cell of the multiple serving cells. In another possible implementation, the terminal determines historical usage records of a plurality of serving cells, and determines the service reference information according to the historical usage records.
In this step, the terminal determines an unavailable serving cell from the plurality of serving cells based on the service reference information, and lowers the priority of the unavailable serving cell. Wherein the unavailable serving cell refers to an abnormal serving cell. The service reference information includes an abnormal serving cell record table. Correspondingly, in the step, the terminal determines an abnormal serving cell from the plurality of serving cells based on the abnormal serving cell record table; the priority of the abnormal serving cell is lowered.
In some possible implementations, referring to fig. 3, the terminal sorts the serving cells based on the priority of each serving cell to obtain a priority list C = [ C ]) 1 ,c 2 ,c 3 ,…c n ]. The terminal determines blacklists B = [ B, a ] of a plurality of serving cells based on the abnormal serving cell record table included in the service reference information]And the terminal puts the service cells in the blacklist B in the current list C into the priority list to obtain the adjusted priority of each service cell.
It should be noted that, the process of adjusting the priority of each serving cell may be to reduce the priority of an abnormal serving cell; or, the priority of the normal serving cell is raised. In the embodiments of the present application, this is not particularly limited.
And (A3) the terminal selects a target serving cell with the highest priority level from the plurality of serving cells based on the adjusted priority level of each serving cell.
In one possible implementation manner, the terminal directly determines the serving cell with the highest priority as the target serving cell. In another possible implementation manner, the terminal selects a first serving cell with the highest priority level from the multiple serving cells based on the priority level of each serving cell; and if the communication service is failed to be established based on the first serving cell, selecting a second serving cell with the highest priority level from a plurality of serving cells except the first serving cell based on the priority level of each serving cell, and determining the second serving cell as a target serving cell.
In the implementation mode, the terminal adjusts the priority of the serving cell based on the service reference information, so that the priority is associated with the service reference information of the serving cell, the priority of the abnormal serving cell is reduced, the target serving cell determined by the terminal is ensured to be an available serving cell, the communication service is prevented from being hung up again, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the terminal determines the serving cell with the highest priority as the first serving cell, determines the first serving cell as the target serving cell, and performs step 103. If the communication service establishment based on the first serving cell fails, step A2 is executed. The process may be: if the communication service is failed to be established based on the first service cell, determining the cell identifier of the first service cell, adding the cell identifier of the first service cell into an abnormal service cell list, and reducing the priority of the first service cell.
Wherein, the process that the terminal determines that the first service cell fails to establish the communication service includes: and determining that the first serving cell fails to establish the communication service in response to receiving cell exception information sent by the first serving cell, wherein the cell exception information carries an exception cause value of the first serving cell, and the exception cause value is used for indicating an exception cause of the first serving cell.
For example, the cell abnormality information is Disconnect information, and Disconnect information carries an abnormality cause value, and the abnormality cause value may be specified by a protocol, and different numerical values indicate different abnormality causes. For example, a cell outlier of 34 indicates that the serving cell has no available channels; alternatively, a cell outlier of 47 may indicate that the serving cell has no available resources, etc.
In addition, after the terminal reduces the priority of the abnormal cell, the priority of the abnormal cell can be adjusted. In a possible implementation manner, the terminal counts the time length after reducing the priority of the abnormal cell, and if the time length exceeds the preset time length, the priority of the first serving cell is increased again. In another possible implementation manner, the terminal detects an abnormal serving cell, and raises the priority of the serving cell with the detection result of recovering to normal. The process is realized by the following steps (B1) - (B2), and comprises the following steps:
(B1) The terminal detects the abnormal serving cell.
And the terminal detects the abnormal service cell by establishing the virtual communication service. The process is as follows: the terminal requests to establish virtual communication based on the abnormal service cell; and if the virtual communication is successfully established based on the abnormal service cell, determining that the abnormal service cell is recovered to be normal. If the virtual communication is not successfully established based on the abnormal service cell, the service cell is still the abnormal service cell.
(B2) If the abnormal service cell returns to normal, the terminal raises the priority of the abnormal service cell.
In this step, the terminal restores the priority of the service cell that has recovered to normal to the original priority of the service cell. And, the priorities of the other serving cells are adjusted based on the priority of the serving cell with the recovery abnormality.
In the implementation mode, the terminal detects the abnormal service cells and raises the priority of the service cells which are recovered to be normal, so that the service cells which are recovered to be abnormal are adjusted in time, and the problem that the service cells are unavailable due to the fact that the priority of the abnormal cells is set to be low for a long time to cause resource waste is avoided.
Step 103: and the terminal establishes communication service based on the target serving cell.
In this step, the terminal determines target resource information corresponding to the communication service from the target serving cell, and establishes the communication service based on the target resource information. Referring to fig. 4, the process is implemented by the steps comprising: the terminal drops the communication traffic back to the target serving cell.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the terminal drops back to the target serving cell through which communication services are established.
In this step, the terminal determines target resource information corresponding to the communication service from the target serving cell, and establishes the communication service based on the target resource information.
In the embodiment of the application, when the communication service cannot be established through the current network, the target serving cell is selected from the plurality of serving cells based on the service reference information and the service quality information of each serving cell in the plurality of serving cells, and the communication service is established through the newly selected serving cell, so that when the communication task is established again, the communication task can be established through other serving cells of which the service reference information and the service quality information meet the requirement of establishing the communication task, and the new communication task cannot be established by using the serving cell of which the communication service is failed to establish, so that the problem of continuous communication failure under the condition that the serving cell is abnormal is solved, and the success rate of establishing the communication service is improved.
