An embodiment of the present invention provides a specific implementation of an accounting data processing method, and referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 100: receiving current accounting data of a user and a preset staging threshold of the accounting data;
the current accounting data includes: the transaction amount, the transaction time, the transaction location, and the transaction object of the current transaction. The installment threshold is a value that the user previously stored in the server or other background devices, and when the value is greater than the value, the user selects installment, and when the value is less than the value, the user selects full payment.
Step 200: receiving, by a pos machine, an installment intent of a user for the current accounting data.
Preferably, the intent-to-stage includes: agreeing to stage the current accounting data and refusing to stage the current accounting data.
It can be understood that the Chinese meaning of the POS machine (Point of sales) is 'Point of sale', which is totally called as a Point of sale information management system, and is a terminal reader equipped with bar code or OCR code technology, and has cash or barter function. The main task is to provide data service and management function for commodity and media transaction and to perform cashless settlement. The POS is a multifunctional terminal, is installed in special commercial tenants of credit cards and accepting network points to form a network with a computer, can realize automatic electronic fund transfer, has the functions of supporting consumption, pre-authorization, balance inquiry, transfer and the like, and is safe, quick and reliable to use.
The POS system is based on the principle that commodity data is firstly created in a computer file, and through an online framework of a computer cash register, after bar codes on commodities can be directly read in through an optical reading device on the cash register (or codes are directly input through a keyboard), commodity information (unit price, department and discount) can be displayed on the commodities so as to accelerate the cash register speed and accuracy. Each commodity selling detail data (selling price, department, time period, customer layer) is automatically recorded and then sent back to the computer by the on-line architecture. Through computer calculation, various kinds of sales statistical analysis information can be generated as the basis of management and management.
The POS machine reads the magnetic stripe information of the card holder on the bank card through the card reader, the POS operator inputs the transaction amount, the card holder inputs the personal identification information (namely the password), the POS sends the information to the card sending bank system through the UnionPay center, the online transaction is completed, the information of success or failure is given, and the corresponding bill is printed. The application of the POS realizes the online consumption of bank cards such as credit cards, debit cards and the like, ensures the safety, rapidness and accuracy of transactions, avoids the complex labor of manually inquiring blacklists, pressing lists and the like, and improves the working efficiency.
Step 300: and processing the current financial data according to the staging threshold and the staging intention.
As can be seen from the above description, an embodiment of the present invention provides an accounting data processing method, including: firstly, receiving current accounting data of a user and a preset staging threshold of the accounting data; then, receiving an installment intention of the current financial data of the user through the pos machine; and finally, processing the current accounting data according to the staging threshold and the staging intention. The financial data processing method and device provided by the invention greatly improve the experience of the user in card swiping.
In one embodiment, the staging interest includes: agreeing to stage the current accounting data and refusing to stage the current accounting data.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, step 300 comprises:
step 301: and when the staging intention agrees to stage the current financial data, pushing a predetermined staging scheme to the user.
Specifically, the relationship between the transaction amount of the current financial data and the staging threshold is compared, and when the transaction amount of the current financial data is larger than the staging threshold and the staging intention of the user is received through the POS machine to agree to stage the current financial data, the staging scheme is pushed to the user by the background.
The staging scheme can be formulated by selecting a machine learning algorithm, specifically, a user portrait model is established, and the first step of user portrait modeling is to realize unification. The unique user identifier is the core of the whole user portrait, and takes an App as an example, and the App is used for serially connecting all user behaviors from the beginning of use of the App by the user to the ordering to the after sale, and the whole process, so that the characteristics of a user can be better tracked and analyzed.
The second step in user representation modeling is to implement tagging. Analyzing user behaviors: user labeling: it includes gender, age, region, income, academic calendar, occupation, etc., which are basic attributes of the user. Consumption label: consumption habits, buying intent, whether or not sensitive to promotions. These are used to analyze the consumption habits of the user. Behavior tag: time period, frequency, duration, access path. These are through analysis of user behavior to derive their habits of using apps.
If the process of modeling the user portrait is divided according to the stage of data stream processing, the process can be divided into a data layer, an algorithm layer and a business layer. Different labels need to be applied to different layers.
The data layer refers to labels of consumption of the user, borrowing amount, borrowing application, daily accommodation and the like, and the labels can be marked with 'fact labels' as objective records of data. The algorithm layer refers to user modeling calculated through the behaviors, and can be marked with a model label to serve as a classification identifier of the user portrait. The business layer refers to means for acquiring, sticking and leaving guests, and can be marked with a 'prediction label' as a result of business association. After the user portrait is taken, a proper algorithm is selected according to fund adaptation and related service scenes, and a collaborative filtering algorithm is selected in a limited mode.
Collaborative filtering algorithm based on users: recommendation algorithms based on user behavior analysis are important algorithms for personalized recommendation systems, and this type of algorithms is generally called collaborative filtering algorithm (collaborative filtering algorithm). As the name implies, collaborative filtering means that a user can take care of collaborating with each other, and through continuous interaction with a website, a recommendation list of the user can continuously filter out uninteresting articles, so that the user's needs are more and more satisfied.
Since it is necessary to express the behavior of the user based on the behavior analysis of the user, the following provides a way of expressing the behavior of the user (of course, the behavior generated by each user is different in different systems), which divides the behavior expression of the user into 6 parts, namely, the object of the user and the behavior generating the behavior, the kind of the behavior, the context of the generating behavior, the content and the weight of the behavior. The neighborhood-based method mainly comprises the following two algorithms:
a User-based collaborative filtering algorithm (User-based collaborative filtering), abbreviated as UserCF or UCF, recommends to a User items liked by other users similar to his interests.
An Item-based collaborative filtering algorithm (Item-based collaborative filtering), abbreviated as ItemCF or ICF, recommends to the user items similar to what he previously liked.
In a personalized recommendation system, when a user A needs personalized recommendation, other users with similar interests can be found, and then items which are liked by the users and not heard by the user A are recommended to the user A. This approach is called a user-based collaborative filtering algorithm.
The collaborative filtering algorithm based on the user mainly comprises two steps:
and finding a set of users with similar interests to the target user A.
And finding the items which are liked by other users in the user set and are not heard by the target user, and recommending the items to the target user.
The key point of step 1 is to calculate the interest similarity of two users. The collaborative filtering algorithm mainly utilizes the similarity of behaviors to calculate the similarity of interests.
Through the concept, the collaborative filtering algorithm calculates the similarity between users by finding the articles which the users are interested in and carries out recommendation, and then the method can be introduced when the fund is adapted in good stages, so that the calculation efficiency is improved. For example, users similar to the basic information of the user a can be found through the basic information of the user a, the users become a set, then the fund parties adapted to the users are counted, and a fund party ranks the set of the users through calculation, so that a more excellent calculation sequence can be provided for the user a.
(1) User-based nearest neighbor recommendation summary
The main idea of the nearest neighbor recommendation based on the user is as follows: firstly, taking an input scoring data set and a current user ID as input, and finding out other users with similar preference to the current user in the past, wherein the users are called peer-to-peer users or nearest neighbors; then, for each fund party P which is not adapted to the current user, predicting the score of the fund party P by utilizing the neighbors of the user; and finally, selecting the TopN recommendations with the highest scores of all fund parties to the current user.
(2) Preconditions/assumptions
If a user has similar preferences in the past, the user will also have similar preferences in the future, and the user's preferences will not change over time.
(3) Computing method
Pearson/Pearson correlation coefficient (Pearson correlation coefficient) is used to represent the correlation between two users, with the value range of [ -1, +1], +1 representing strong negative correlation, +1 representing strong positive correlation, and 0 representing no correlation.
According to a series of conditions such as rate, interest, amount and usage, real-time calculation is carried out (specific access conditions of each fund party are combined), adaptability scoring is carried out according to the condition of the user and the condition of the fund party, and finally the user is adapted to the most appropriate fund party. The following describes the computational logic of good stages with a user-based collaborative filtering algorithm:
for example, when it is desired to match funders for user a, the similarity between them is first checked. When the similarity of the user A, the user B and the user C is found to be high, the three users can be regarded as a group, and the three users have the same preference. The fund party which is already adapted before the group is analyzed, and the fund party is preferentially calculated and sequenced, so that the calculation efficiency can be greatly improved.
In fund adaptation, basic conditions such as use, rate, place of residence, address and the like of a user can be classified. This document is only exemplary by use and rate.
According to the basic information of the user. And checking a similarity list between the users and the capital parties, and simultaneously labeling and grouping categories to finally obtain the adaptability of the user and the capital parties, wherein for example, the labeled information of the A user comprises N1, N2 and N3, and the labeled information of the D user comprises N2, N3 and N4. Next, an attempt is made to calculate the similarity between a and D: as can be seen from the "basic information", the basic information possessed by both a and D is N2. User a flagging information =3, user D flagging information =3. The similarity between A and D is 1/3.
After the similarity between users is obtained, what is next to be done is to make an adaptation recommendation, and assuming that both user C and user D (the group) have successfully adapted with funder X (the most appropriate funder calculated before), then the degree of adaptation of user a with funder X is preferentially calculated. And finally, carrying out corresponding recommendation according to the result of the calculation of the adaptation degree, and adapting the corresponding fund party to the user.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, step 300 further comprises:
step 302: and when the staging intention is to refuse to stage the current financial data, pushing the current financial data to a user.
In this case, even if the transaction amount of the current accounting data is greater than the staging threshold, the accounting staging scheme does not need to be pushed to the user, that is, the current selection of the user is sufficiently accurate, so that the user satisfaction reaches the best.
The invention also provides a concrete implementation mode of the accounting data processing method, which comprises the following steps: the user firstly sets the payment amount by stages according to the APP of the mobile phone bank, for example 1000, when the user conducts consumption card swiping, the pos machine reads user information, and simultaneously reads the payment threshold value (1000) of the current card, the bank system reminds the user whether to conduct payment by stages, the user refuses, the cashier clicks a 'no' button in the pos machine to directly conduct normal card swiping, if the user agrees, the bank background system pushes information to the user after logging in the mobile phone bank, the information comprises the mode of stage, the period number, the money number of each stage and interest, the user submits the information after selecting, the bank background system sends the information to the current pos, the current pos machine receives the information of stage, clicks and confirms, the stage is directly conducted, after the stage is finished, the user retains a signature, and meanwhile, the bank deduction information after the stage is successful is sent to the mobile phone of the user or a short message.
The two-dimensional code division period is the same as that: the user shows payment through a mobile banking APP, after the payment code is obtained, the amount of money is obtained through the payment code, whether the amount of money is a staging threshold value of a current card of the user is checked, if yes, the user is inquired whether staging is carried out, if yes, information such as staging information and interest is directly displayed, the user makes a deal after selecting the information, and if not, normal deduction is directly carried out.
The staging threshold is set according to the card of the user, and each card can be set with one staging threshold.
After a user inserts a bank card into a pos machine, the pos obtains user information and current bank card information, a bank card staging threshold value is obtained, then the pos obtains the current transaction amount of the user, the system checks the size between the transaction amount and the threshold value, then the bank system sends staging reminding information to the pos machine, after the pos machine receives the staging reminding information, a cashier informs the reminding information to the user, the user selects to reject the transaction, the transaction is conducted directly, and if the POS machine agrees, the information is sent to a mobile phone bank of the user. Receiving the staging information filled by the user via the mobile phone
And the mobile phone bank module is used for checking specific data of the stage after the mobile phone bank receives the stage information, selecting a proper stage mode and clicking to submit the data.
And meanwhile, the user is supported to self-define the installment payment amount, after the user logs in a mobile phone bank, the system pushes installment payment amount and the amount of each period to the user, the user can modify the amount of the selected installment mode by himself, and after the modification, the total amount of the installment and the total amount of the installment are unchanged.
