With continued reference to fig. 7, the detection system of the present invention further includes a spraying system 8, and the spraying system 8 is used for spraying water and pressurizing to the test piece to detect the water tightness of the test piece. When the detection box body is horizontally placed, the spraying system 8 is horizontally placed around the upper edge of the box body frame 10, and when the detection box body is vertically placed, the spraying system is vertically fixed on the box body frame and used for detecting the watertight performance of the test piece.
In the present invention, the spraying system 8 comprises a water inlet 81, a grid-shaped spraying frame 82 matched with the plane shape of the box body frame, and a nozzle system 83 distributed on the grid-shaped spraying frame.
The spraying system and the detection box body are cooperatively used, when the detection equipment is horizontally placed, the spraying system is placed around the L-shaped member, when the detection equipment is vertically placed, the detection equipment is fixed on the detection box body, the watertight performance of a detection sample can be detected, a water tank and a water pump are used for introducing water into a latticed spraying frame 82 from a water inlet 81, a nozzle system 83 is opened, the detection sample is sprayed according to a detection method of a standard requirement, and the interval of the nozzle system 83 and the size of spray liquid drops are arranged and adjusted according to the standard requirement.
With continued reference to fig. 8-10, three rotational switching modes of the rotational switching system of the present invention are disclosed to effect rotational switching of the horizontal and vertical placement of the test cassette.
As shown in fig. 8, a rotation switching mode is shown, that is, the single-side hydraulic transmission shaft is switched in rotation, one side of the bottom of the detection box body is provided with the hydraulic transmission shaft 51, the hydraulic transmission shafts are arranged in two groups, the hydraulic transmission shafts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the detection box body and are hinged with the upper edge of the detection box body, and the detection box body is rotated along the rotation shaft through the extension and contraction of the hydraulic transmission shafts. When the device is vertically placed, the hydraulic transmission shaft extends to the maximum position to detect the comprehensive performance of the building wall surface, and the hydraulic transmission shaft contracts to the shortest position to detect the comprehensive performance of the building roof.
To the rotatory switching mode of unilateral hydraulic drive shaft, can provide vertical ascending power F with the crane assistance at detection box top to whole equipment can rotate smoothly.
The hydraulic transmission shaft can adopt a hydraulic oil cylinder, and the bottom end of the hydraulic transmission shaft is hinged to the ground so as to facilitate the rotation of the detection box body at a certain angle in the rotating process.
Referring to fig. 9, another rotation switching mode is shown, that is, the double-sided hydraulic transmission shaft is rotated and switched, the hydraulic transmission shafts 51 are provided at both the bottom and top sides of the inspection box, the hydraulic transmission shafts are hinged to the upper edge of the inspection box, and the inspection box is rotated along the rotation shafts by extending or contracting the bottom hydraulic transmission shafts and by contracting or extending the top hydraulic transmission shafts.
Referring to fig. 10, there is shown another rotation switching mode, that is, pulley lifting and forklift lifting rotation switching, if there is a fixed point capable of bearing the weight of the equipment at the equipment assembling position, a pulley 52 is installed at a suitable position near the detection box, a motor control system can be operated, the pulley 52 is driven by a motor to perform rotation switching on the detection box, and a forklift lifting frame 53 is installed at the bottom of one end of the detection box far from the rotation axis, so that rotation of the detection box along the rotation axis can be realized in cooperation with the forklift. The fork truck plays to rise frame 53 articulated installation in the bottom that detects the box, and rectangle fork truck plays to rise the frame and is connected with the fork truck arm, is convenient for in coordination with the rotatory angular variation who switches in-process fork truck arm of equipment.
The invention further arranges a vertical baffle plate 54 on the ground at one side of the top of the detection box body to prevent the equipment from overturning accidentally, and the inner side of the baffle plate can be provided with a flexible material, such as a rubber gasket, to reduce the impact on the equipment.
The implementation method of the detection system for detecting the comprehensive performance of the building envelope mainly comprises two parts, namely the comprehensive performance detection of a building roof system and the comprehensive performance detection of a building wall surface system, and specifically comprises the following steps:

s103, adjusting the mounting height of the test piece mounting platform by the platform lifting device to enable an outer peripheral system of the test piece to be lapped on the L-shaped member and locked and fixed by the locking piece;
s104, starting a fan, applying stable static wind pressure into the detection box body by a fan pipeline system, or simultaneously starting a fluctuation valve, applying dynamic fluctuation wind pressure, and detecting the static/dynamic wind uncovering resistance and the air tightness of the building roof system according to a standard detection method;
s105, opening a spraying system, spraying the detection sample by using a nozzle system, and detecting the static/dynamic watertight performance of the building roof system;
s20: and (3) detecting the comprehensive performance of the building wall surface system:
s201, operating a rotary switching system to switch the detection box body to be vertically placed;
s202, connecting and fixing a structural layer of the test piece with a transverse beam of a test piece mounting platform, adjusting the connecting position of the transverse beam on a longitudinal beam to adjust the mounting height of the test piece, and sealing and fixing an outer protection system of the test piece with an L-shaped member;
s203, starting a fan, applying stable static wind pressure to the interior of the detection box body by a fan pipeline system, or simultaneously starting the fluctuating valve to apply dynamic fluctuating wind pressure, and detecting the static/dynamic wind uncovering resistance and the air tightness of the building wall surface system according to a standard detection method; or using the projectile to impact the test piece, and detecting the impact resistance of the test piece;
and S204, opening a spraying system, spraying the detection sample by using the nozzle system, and detecting the static/dynamic watertight performance of the building wall surface system.
As is obvious from the above description, the comprehensive performance detection device provided by the invention comprises a detection box body and a rotary switching system, and a fan, a control device, a display device and a measuring device which are required for realizing the detection function are arranged according to specific conditions. The fan and the wave valve are controlled through the control equipment, dynamic and static wind-resistant uncovering performance and air tightness performance tests are carried out on the building enclosure system sample, the spray frame is installed, and water tightness performance tests are carried out on the building enclosure system sample. Parameters such as air flow, pressure in the box body, sample deflection and the like in the detection process can be measured and displayed in real time through measuring equipment such as a flowmeter, a pressure acquisition device, a deflection measuring device and the like. According to the field application conditions, the rotary switching system with the mode I, the mode II and the mode III is selected to rotationally switch the detection device, so that the detection requirements of different samples are met, the functions of the detection equipment are expanded, and the utilization efficiency of the detection equipment is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A building envelope comprehensive properties detecting system which characterized in that includes:
the detection box comprises a box frame, a test piece mounting platform and a platform lifting device, wherein the box frame is hinged to a first fixing seat at one end of the box frame through a rotating shaft;
the fan pipeline system is used for communicating the fan with the interior of the detection box body and is used for introducing/extracting wind pressure into/from the interior of the detection box body;
the surge valve is arranged at the other end of the box body frame, is communicated with the interior of the detection box body and is used for applying dynamic surge wind pressure to the interior of the detection box body;
the edge locking device is arranged at the edge of the box body frame and used for fixing and sealing the outer peripheral protection system of the test piece on the detection box body;
and the rotation switching system is connected with the detection box body and is used for performing rotation operation on the detection box body by the rotating shaft so as to switch the horizontal or vertical posture of the detection box body.
2. The detection system of claim 1, wherein:
the box body frame is characterized in that L-shaped components are arranged on the periphery of the upper edge of the box body frame, the openings of the L-shaped components are outward, one side of each L-shaped component is fixedly connected with the box body frame, the other side of each L-shaped component horizontally forms a sealing surface, and a certain space is reserved outside the upper surface of the box body frame.

the platform fixing device comprises a connecting beam and two connecting sections, wherein the connecting beam is integrally formed into a door shape, the connecting beam is arranged in the box frame and connected with the box frame, one end of each connecting section is connected with the connecting beam through a fastening bolt, and the other end of each connecting section is connected with the end part of the longitudinal beam through a fastening bolt.
