As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In order to improve the bearing performance of the non-circular inner container and improve the reliability of the non-circular inner container in use, thereby prolonging the service life of the inner container, the inner container of the electric water heater is further improved in the application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 27, the liner provided in the present specification may include: a flat housing 10; the housing 10 includes two end caps (i.e., a first end cap 11 and a second end cap 12, respectively) oppositely disposed along a predetermined direction X; a reinforcing structure 20 is arranged between the two end caps, said reinforcing structure 20 comprising a support structure arranged at least partly inside said shell 10, at least part of said shell being constituted by part of said reinforcing structure 20.
In a first type of embodiment, the reinforcing structure 20 may comprise a bend 22. When the reinforcing structure 20 includes the bending portion 22, at least a part of the housing 10 is formed by the bending portion 22. The bending portion 22 may be disposed at an edge of the supporting structure, and an extending direction of the bending portion 22 may be different from an extending direction of the supporting structure, that is, a curvature of the bending portion 22 is different from a curvature of the supporting structure.
In addition, in the second embodiment, the reinforcing structure 20 may be a whole arc-shaped plate structure, i.e. the difference between the bending portion and the supporting structure is that there is no direct boundary in terms of appearance compared to the above-mentioned embodiments. It can also be understood that: the bend has the same curvature as the support structure.
In this specification, the above two cases will be separately described. The first embodiment is mainly used for detailed explanation.
In the present specification, the housing 10 may have a flat hollow structure, and the cross-sectional profile of the housing 10 in the direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction X (the predetermined direction X may be an extending direction of the entire housing 10) may be non-circular. For example, when the liner is a horizontal liner, the predetermined direction X may be substantially horizontal, with reference to the installation environment. The angle between the predetermined direction X and the horizontal direction may be 0 degrees or a smaller angle. The smaller angle may be due to installation errors, may be created during use, or may be due to other factors. The smaller angle may vary depending on the factors involved, and the specific value thereof is not specifically limited herein, and may be, for example, generally within 10 degrees.
When the liner is a vertical liner, the predetermined direction X may be substantially vertical. At this time, the angle between the predetermined direction X and the vertical direction may be 0 degree or a smaller angle. The smaller angle may be due to installation errors, may be created during use, or may be due to other factors. The smaller angle may vary depending on the factors involved, and the specific value thereof is not specifically limited herein, and may be, for example, generally within 10 degrees.
Certainly, the situation that the liner needs to be installed obliquely in some special installation environments is not excluded, and at this time, the predetermined direction X is an included angle which forms a larger angle with the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. The included angle of the larger angle may vary according to different factors affecting the installation environment, and the specific value thereof is not specifically limited in this application, for example, the included angle may be greater than 15 degrees.
Further, it should be noted that: the liner listed in the embodiment of the present application mainly refers to a horizontal liner, and is described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and liners of other installation forms can refer to the installation form by analogy (only need to rotate the liner by a certain angle in space on the basis of the horizontal liner), and detailed descriptions are not repeated here.
After the inner container with the overall flat shell 10 is installed on a wall surface, the depth size occupied by the inner container can be reduced, the visual attractiveness of the inner container is improved, and the limited installation space can be reasonably utilized.
Specifically, the cross-sectional profile shape of the housing 10 in the direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction X includes any one of: elliptical, quasi-elliptical. Of course, the shape of the cross-sectional profile of the housing 10 perpendicular to the predetermined direction X is not limited to the above examples, and those skilled in the art can reasonably design the housing in an extensive manner.
In general, the casing 10 may comprise, in a section perpendicular to the predetermined direction X, for example with the liner mounted close to a vertical wall: the maximum dimension along the height direction Y, and the minimum dimension along the depth direction Z perpendicular to the vertical wall surface, are greater than the minimum dimension. Generally, in order to ensure that the inner container has better pressure-bearing performance, the maximum size and the minimum size are transited through one or more circular arcs.
It should be noted that: the liner recited in the embodiments of the present application is mainly exemplified by a structure in which the cross-sectional profile shape perpendicular to the predetermined direction X is an ellipse, and the description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings, and liners of other shapes can be equivalently replaced with reference to the ellipse liner, and the detailed description of the present application is omitted here.
As shown in fig. 2, when the cross-sectional profile of the housing 10 perpendicular to the predetermined direction X is an ellipse, the housing 10 has a major axis 101 and a minor axis 102 in a cross-section perpendicular to the predetermined direction X. The major axis 101 may be the largest dimension and the minor axis 102 may be the smallest dimension.
In the present specification, the housing 10 may include two end caps disposed along the predetermined direction X. The two end caps may be a first end cap 11 and a second end cap 12, wherein the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12 may be disposed in the same direction or in opposite directions. The end cap has a closed end mounting end 111 and an open end 112 opposite along the predetermined direction X.
As shown in fig. 6, when the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12 are disposed opposite to each other, the open end 112 of the first end cap 11 and the open end 112 of the second end cap 12 are close to each other.
As shown in fig. 21, when the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12 are disposed in the same direction, the open end 112 of the first end cap 11 may be close to the mounting end 111 of the second end cap 12. It should be noted that: the mounting end 111 may be provided with an interface, such as a flange interface or the like, for mounting other functional components of the liner.
Each of the end caps may include only a cap portion, or may include a cap portion and a barrel portion extending outwardly from the open end 112 of the cap. The barrel portion has a length dimension in said predetermined direction X, the specific value of which is specifically defined herein. When the end cap comprises a head part and a barrel part, the head part and the barrel part can be integrally formed, or can be in sealing connection through welding and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, when the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12 each include only a capped portion, the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12 may be directly butted, and the reinforcing structure 20 is located at a position where the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12 are butted.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, when the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12 each include only a head portion, at least one intermediate transition structure (e.g., a substantially cylindrical reinforcing structure 20) may be disposed between the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12. The first end cap 11, the second end cap 12 and the reinforcing structure 20 may be connected by sealing, for example, by welding. Of course, the manner of the sealing connection is not limited to the above examples, and the application is not limited thereto. In this specification, the welding is mainly used as an example, and other sealing connection methods can be referred to.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, when the first end cap 11 includes a sealing head portion and a substantially cylindrical reinforcing structure 20, and the second end cap 12 includes a sealing head portion and a substantially cylindrical reinforcing structure 20, the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12 may be directly butted. Furthermore, at least one intermediate transition structure can be arranged between the two. The intermediate transition structure may include at least one or a combination of the following: the cylinder 23 and the reinforcing structure 20 are not provided with the reinforcing structure.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, when one of the end caps, for example the first end cap 11, includes only a head portion and the other end cap, for example the second end cap 12, includes a head portion and a generally cylindrical reinforcing structure 20, the two end caps may be directly butted. Furthermore, at least one intermediate transition structure may also be provided between the two end caps. The intermediate transition structure may include at least one or a combination of the following: the cylinder 23, which is not provided with the reinforcing structure, may also include the reinforcing structure 20.
When the inner container is used, the pressure in the inner container can be increased in the process that water contained in the inner container is heated, so that the inner container needs to bear larger pressure during working. For non-circular liners, such as elliptical liners, the liner may be stressed to varying degrees at various locations. When the stress reaches a certain level, deformation of the inner container may be caused, and particularly, leakage may occur at a stress concentration position.
Generally, the larger the volume of the inner container, the greater the pressure it needs to withstand during operation. The technical scheme that this application provided mainly needs the inner bag that bears great pressure during operation, is particularly useful for the inner bag that the volume is more than 20L. For the inner container with more than 20 liters, the pressure to be borne by the inner container is larger when the inner container works. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to improve the structure of the liner so as to enhance the pressure-bearing performance of the liner. Specifically, the volume of the liner may be 20 liters, 30 liters, 50 liters, 60 liters, 80 liters, etc., and the specific value of the volume of the liner is not limited herein.
In this specification, for one of purposes: in other words, in order to improve the pressure-bearing performance of the non-circular inner container (particularly, an inner container having a volume of 20L or more) and to improve the reliability in use, a reinforcing structure 20 is provided between the two end caps. The reinforcing structure 20 may include: a support structure disposed at least partially within the housing 10, and a bend 22 connected to the support structure; at least part of the housing 10 is formed by the bending part 22.
Because the reinforcing structure 20 not only comprises the supporting structure arranged in the shell 10, but also comprises the bent part 22 capable of forming at least part of the shell 10, the supporting structure can support the liner on the inner wall of the liner, and the stress in the liner can be redistributed by extending the supporting structure to the part of the shell 10 (namely, the bent part 22 forming part of the shell 10 is formed), the stress at the stress concentration position is weakened and dissolved, and the stress concentration position is eliminated; in addition, utilize this additional strengthening 20 can absorb the deformation pressure of inner bag, furthest has reduced the possibility and the degree that the inner bag appears deforming to improve the pressure-bearing performance of this inner bag greatly, improved the reliability when the inner bag uses, prolonged the life of inner bag.
In one embodiment, the bend 22 is connected to at least one of the end caps.
Specifically, the end cap has opposite mounting and open ends 111, 112 along the predetermined direction X. The bending part 22 is fixedly connected with the open end 112 of one end cover. In addition, the bending portion 22 can also be fixedly connected with the mounting end 112 of one of the end caps. As shown in fig. 21, the bent portion 22 of the left-side reinforcing structure 20 is fixedly connected to the mounting end 111 of the end cap, and the bent portion 22 of the right-side reinforcing structure 20 is fixedly connected to the open end 112 of the end cap.
Overall, the flat housing 10 can be formed by welding a plurality of sections of a certain wall thickness. When the bent part 22 is fixedly connected with the open end 112 of one of the end caps, the fixed connection mode includes any one or combination of the following modes: the bent part 22 is butted against the open end 112 of one of the end caps, or the bent part 22 is lapped on the outer wall and/or the inner wall near the open end 112.
Specifically, the end cap has an opposite mounting end 111 and an open end 112, and the open end 112 forms a relatively closed liner structure by being matched with other parts. As shown in fig. 7, the bent portion 22 may be abutted with an open end 112 of an end cap (e.g., the first end cap 11). As shown in fig. 8a, the bent portion 22 overlaps the outer wall near the open end 112. As shown in fig. 8b, the bent portion 22 overlaps the inner wall near the open end 112.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 8c, the bent portion 22 may partially overlap the outer wall near the open end 112 and partially overlap the inner wall near the open end 112.
Relatively speaking, when adopting overlap joint welded mode to realize being connected between portion of bending 22 and the end cover, can establish the relation through the cover that both cooperation positions formed on the one hand, improve the stability and the reliability of cooperation position structure, on the other hand, owing to be formed with the coincidence section in the overlap joint position, can reduce welding process's the degree of difficulty, improve welding position's reliability simultaneously.
The other end cap (e.g., second end cap 12) may be welded to the bend 22. In addition, an intermediate transition structure may also be disposed between the second end cap 12 and the bent portion 22. In particular, the intermediate transition structure may include at least one reinforcing structure 20.
For example, the liner may include a first end cap 11 on the left side, a second end cap 12 on the right side, and a plurality of reinforcing structures 20 between the first end cap 11 and the second end cap 12, wherein the bent portions 22 of the plurality of reinforcing structures 20 may form an entire cylinder section, which may be a main body part of the casing 10 except for the end caps. Specifically, the number of the reinforcing structures 20 may be one, two, three, or even three or more. In general, the number of the reinforcing structures 20 may be different according to the shape, size, wall thickness requirement, etc. of the liner, and the application is not limited in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the number of the reinforcing structures 20 may be at least one. When the reinforcing structures 20 are plural, the interval between two adjacent reinforcing structures 20 along the predetermined direction X is between 50 mm and 250 mm.
When the distance between two adjacent reinforcing structures 20 is controlled within the above distance range, the liner can be effectively supported in the using process of the liner, and the possibility and degree of deformation of the liner are reduced. When the distance between two adjacent reinforcing structures 20 is less than 50 mm, the supporting effect of the liner is relatively limited, but the manufacturing cost of the liner is significantly increased. When the distance between two adjacent reinforcing structures 20 is greater than 250 mm, the possibility and degree of deformation of the inner container may not be sufficient for the design.
The inventor proves that: when the distance between two adjacent supporting structures is greater than 250 mm, for the existing thin-wall shell 10 (the general wall thickness is between 1.5 mm and 2 mm, and the wall thickness of the general household electric water heater is within 4 mm at most), the rigidity and the strength of the shell cannot meet the reliability requirements, the inner container is easy to generate larger deformation, and the problems of permanent deformation, enamel layer collapse and the like caused by collapse are easy to occur.
Of course, the intermediate transition structure may also include other structures, such as at least one section of a cylinder, which may be a cylinder without the reinforcing structure 20. In general, the composition and form of the intermediate transition structure may be adaptively adjusted according to the shape, size, etc. of the actual liner, and the application is not specifically limited herein.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in one embodiment, the supporting structure includes a supporting plate 210, and the supporting plate 210 and the bending portion 22 may be an integral structure.
In the present embodiment, the supporting structure may include a supporting plate 210 having a plate shape as a whole, and the supporting plate 210 and the bent portion 22 may be integrated, so that on one hand, the manufacturing cost may be reduced; on the other hand, the sealing performance of the matching position of the two can be ensured; furthermore, the probability of the occurrence of stress concentration sites can be reduced as much as possible. Specifically, the bending portion 22 may be a bending structure formed on an edge of the supporting plate 210. Of course, it is not excluded that in other embodiments, the support plate 210 and the bending portion 22 are connected by other means, such as welding.
Specifically, the support plate 210 may include any one or a combination of the following: the bending part 22 is a convex arc-shaped plate which is a flat-plate-shaped straight plate, deviates from the bending part 22 and is close to the arc-shaped plate which is concave in the bending part 22. When the support plate 210 is in the form of a straight plate, an outward convex arc plate, an inward concave arc plate, or the like, it is beneficial for the support plate 210 and the bending portion 22 to form an integrated structure by bending. It should be noted that: in the drawings provided in this specification, the support plate 210 is illustrated schematically mainly by an arc-shaped plate protruding away from the bend 22.
Of course, the supporting plate 210 may be a combination of the above-mentioned various types of plates besides the above-mentioned straight plate, convex arc plate, concave arc plate, etc., and in addition, the supporting plate 210 may also be partially a convex plate, partially a concave plate, or partially a straight plate. The convex portion and the concave portion of the support plate 210 may be arranged according to their supporting function to the housing 10. Of course, the supporting plate 210 may also have other regular or irregular shapes, and even the supporting plate 210 may not be a plate-shaped structure as a whole, for example, a spatial structure formed by spatial configuration may be used, which is not exhaustive in the present application, but the technical solutions that can achieve the technical effects that can be achieved by the present application as long as the supporting plate 210 is matched with the bending portion 22 should be included in the protection scope defined by the claims of the present application.
Further, the inner container may include at least two of the bending portions 22 facing the same or different reinforcing structures 20. The bend 22 comprises a proximal end 221 connected to the support plate 210 and a distal end 222 distal from the support plate 210. The bending portion 22 is oriented in a direction extending from the proximal end 221 to the distal end 222.
Referring to fig. 4 and 11, in one embodiment, at least a portion of the housing 10 is formed by two adjacent bending portions 22 facing the same direction. The position of one of the bending parts 22 near the distal end 222 is connected with the position of the other bending part 22 near the proximal end 221.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of bent portions 22 having the same orientation may be provided between the two end caps, and two adjacent bent portions 22 may be sequentially welded. The position of one bending part 22 near the distal end 222 is welded and connected with the position of the other bending part 22 near the proximal end 221.
Referring to fig. 11 and fig. 12, further, a transition section is disposed at a position of the bending portion 22 close to the supporting plate 210, wherein a distal end 222 of one bending portion 22 is welded and connected to the transition section of the other bending portion 22.
In the present embodiment, when the distal end 222 of one bending portion 22 is welded to the transition section of another bending portion 22, the inventor finds by verification that: the deformation of the inner container in the use process can be effectively controlled by the matching positions of the two bending parts 22, and the deformation pressure of the inner container is absorbed.
In a specific embodiment, the transition section may be stepped, and includes a first wall 241 and a second wall 242, an included angle between the first wall 241 and the predetermined direction X is smaller than an included angle between the second wall 242 and the predetermined direction X, and the distal end 222 of one of the bent portions 22 is welded to at least the first wall 241 of another bent portion 22.
In this embodiment, the bending portion 22 may include a main body segment extending along the predetermined direction X and a transition segment disposed on a side (proximal end 221) adjacent to the support plate 210. The transition section may be stepped, which may include a first wall 241 and a second wall 242. The first wall 241 may be connected to the support plate 210, and the second wall 242 may be connected to the main body of the bent portion 22. As a whole, the extending direction of the first wall 241 may be consistent with the predetermined direction X, and when the first wall 241 is welded to the distal end 222 of the other bending portion 22, because the first wall 241 and the distal end 222 of the other bending portion 22 have the same extending direction as a whole, when the first wall 241 and the distal end 222 of the other bending portion 22 are lap-welded, it is beneficial to ensure the reliability of welding, the sealing performance of the welding position, and reduce the difficulty of welding.
The second wall 242 may extend perpendicularly or at an angle to the predetermined direction X. The second wall 242 can abut against the distal end 222 of the other bending portion 22, and can be welded to the distal end 222 of the bending portion 22.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 22, when at least a part of the housing 10 is formed by two adjacent and identically oriented bends 22, the distal end 222 of one of the bends 22 may be further connected to the support plate 210 corresponding to the other bend 22.
In the present embodiment, the reinforcing structure 20 positioned on the left side may be a first reinforcing structure, and the reinforcing structure 20 positioned on the right side may be a second reinforcing structure, and the bent portion 22 of the second reinforcing structure may be connected to the support plate 210 of the first reinforcing structure.
In another specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, at least a part of the housing 10 is composed of two bent portions 22 with the same orientation and a cylindrical body 23 without a reinforcing structure disposed between the two bent portions 22, a distal end 222 of one of the bent portions 22 is butt-welded or lap-welded to one end of the cylindrical body 23 without a reinforcing structure, and a proximal end 221 of the other bent portion 22 is butt-welded or lap-welded to the other end of the cylindrical body 23 without a reinforcing structure.
In the present embodiment, the difference from the above embodiment is that: a cylinder 23 without a reinforcing structure is also arranged between the two bends 22 facing the same. When the cylinder 23 without the reinforcing structure is welded to the adjacent bending part 22, the distal end 222 of one bending part 22 may be butted or lap-welded to one end of the cylinder, and the proximal end 221 of the other bending part 22 may be butted or lap-welded to the other end of the cylinder.
When the distal end 222 of one bending portion 22 is butted against one end of the cylinder, the two ends may be welded or connected by other sealing connection methods. When the distal end 222 of one bending part 22 overlaps with one end of the cylinder, the distal end of the bending part 22 can overlap the inner wall of the cylinder or the outer wall of the cylinder.
When the near end 221 of the other bending part 22 is connected with the other end of the cylinder, the end of the other end of the cylinder can be directly butt-welded to the bending part 22, and in addition, the inner wall of the cylinder close to the other end can be lapped on the bending part 22.
Furthermore, with reference to the above-described embodiment in which the two folds 22 facing in the same direction cooperate, the cylinder can be attached to the support plate 210 of the reinforcing structure 20 when the reinforcing structure is attached to the cylinder.
In a specific embodiment, please refer to fig. 23 in combination, at least a portion of the housing 10 is composed of two bending portions 22 facing the same direction and a cylinder 23 disposed between the two bending portions 22 and having no reinforcing structure, a distal end 222 of one of the bending portions 22 is butted or overlapped with one end of the cylinder 23 having no reinforcing structure, and a supporting plate 210 of the other bending portion 22 is butted or overlapped with the other end of the cylinder 23 having no reinforcing structure.
In the present embodiment, the difference from the above embodiment is that the other end of the cylindrical body is engaged with the support plate 210 of the reinforcing structure 20. When the distal end 222 of one bending portion 22 is butted or overlapped with one end of the cylinder 23 without the reinforcing structure, reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again. When the other end of the cylinder is engaged with the support plate 210 of the reinforcing structure 20, reference is made to fig. 23. Specifically, the other end of the cylinder may be welded to the support plate 210 by butt-joint. In addition, a certain flange may be formed at the other end of the cylinder, and the cylinder provided with the flange may be fixed on the support plate 210 in a sealing manner by means of overlapping.
Referring again to fig. 23, when the reinforcing structure 20 is attached to the end cap, the end cap may be attached to the support plate 210 of the reinforcing structure 20. While the specific connection manner of the support plate 210 of the reinforcing structure 20 and the end cap can refer to the specific description above of the connection between the support plate 210 of the reinforcing structure 20 and the other end of the cylinder, the detailed description of the present application is omitted here.

In this embodiment, the at least part of the housing 10 may be understood as a part of a cylinder or a whole cylinder between two end caps. The entire cylinder may be formed by two adjacent and differently oriented bends 22. The distal ends 222 of the two bent portions 22 can be connected by butt welding or lap welding. Furthermore, the partial cylinder may be composed of two adjacent and differently oriented folds 22, that is, the liner may further include other portions capable of forming the shell 10 thereof, including but not limited to the same or different oriented folds 22, the partial cylinder without the reinforcement structure 20, or a combination thereof.

Specifically, the arrangement and connection of the bending portions 22 in the same or different directions may refer to the detailed description of the above embodiments, and the description of the present application is not repeated.
When the bent portions 22 of the reinforcing structure 20 constitute a partial cylindrical body, and the number of the reinforcing structures 20 is plural, the directions of the bent portions 22 of the plural reinforcing structures 20 may be the same or different. Specifically, the arrangement and connection of the bending portions 22 in the same or different directions may refer to the detailed description of the above embodiments, and the description of the present application is not repeated. In addition, the shell 10 may further be provided with a cylinder 23 portion without a reinforcing structure, and the matching manner and the connection manner between the cylinder 23 portion without a reinforcing structure and the reinforcing structure 20 may also refer to the detailed description of the above embodiments, and the detailed description of the present application is not repeated here.
Further, at least part of the barrel may be integrally formed with the end cap.
In this specification, as described in the above embodiments, the end cap may include only the sealing portion, or may include the sealing portion and at least a part of the barrel, and in this case, the end cap and at least a part of the barrel may be integrally formed, for example, may be deep-drawn.

In the present embodiment, the partial shell 10 of the inner container may be formed by welding the bent portion 22 and the cylindrical body 23 without the reinforcing structure. In particular, the portion of the housing 10 may be the housing 10 between two end caps. Alternatively, the partial housing 10 may be a partial housing 10 between two end caps. Alternatively, the cylinder 23 without the reinforcing structure may be integrally formed with the end cap.

The support plate 210 has first and second opposing surfaces. The support plate 210 may be disposed entirely in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction X. The surface of the support plate 210 may be entirely perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the predetermined direction X. For example, when the support plate 210 is a plate body having a uniform thickness, the first surface and the second surface thereof may be perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the predetermined direction X. When the supporting plate 210 is perpendicular to the predetermined direction X, the surface of the supporting plate 210 may form an angle of 90 degrees with the predetermined direction X; the acute included angle between the surface of the support plate and the predetermined direction X may be within 10 degrees when the support plate is close to perpendicular to the predetermined direction X.
Of course, in some cases, for example for mounting purposes, or to prevent the support plate 210 from interfering with other parts of the bladder, the support plate 210 may form an angle with a plane perpendicular to the predetermined direction X. Wherein the degree of the included angle can be within 45 degrees.
Overall, the projection of the surface (first surface or second surface) of the support structure along the predetermined direction X and the projection of the cross section of the housing 10 perpendicular to the predetermined direction X in the predetermined direction X may coincide or may be covered by the projection of the cross section of the housing 10 perpendicular to the predetermined direction X.
