Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and do not limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a vehicle phone holder 1 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention in a stowed state. Fig. 2 schematically shows the vehicle-mounted handset support 1 of fig. 1 in an extended state. The vehicle-mounted handset support 1 comprises a holding structure 2 for holding a handset (not shown), a fixing base 4 adapted to be fixed to a fixing structure of a vehicle, and a connecting mechanism 3 connecting the holding structure 2 and the fixing base 4. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the fixed structure of the vehicle is the instrument desk of the vehicle, the dashed lines in the figure representing the top of the instrument desk. In addition, the retracted state shown may be a stable state of the vehicle mobile phone support 1, while the extended state is relative to the retracted state, and the specific extended position of the vehicle mobile phone support may be adjusted according to the user's requirement. In particular, the vehicle-mounted handset support 1 can be stably held in a stable state at a certain position with respect to the instrument desk. It should also be noted that "handset" refers primarily to mobile communication devices, although other user terminal devices are not excluded.
The in-vehicle handset cradle 1 is configured to be able to realize a change between a retracted state and an extended state by the connection mechanism 3. The holding structure 2 is capable of holding the handset in both the stowed and extended states. Thus, the vehicle-mounted mobile phone support 1 can be changed between the retracted state and the extended state without taking down the mobile phone, and is more convenient to use. The risk of unnecessary damage to the mobile phone and/or the mobile phone holder due to the user making an incorrect change without noticing the current state of the vehicle-mounted mobile phone holder is thereby also avoided.
In the stowed state, the holding structure 2 can at least partially cover the holder 4 and/or the connecting mechanism 3 in a direction perpendicular to the holding structure 2. In the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 1, the holding construction 2 covers the fastening seat 4 and the connecting mechanism 3 such that both the fastening seat 4 and the connecting mechanism 3 are concealed. In this way, when viewed in a direction perpendicular to the holding structure 2, if the holding structure 2 is not see-through, only the holding structure 2 of the in-vehicle handset support 1 can be seen, while the fixing base 4 and/or the connecting mechanism 3 can be hidden without requiring other additional components, thereby increasing the aesthetic appearance of the in-vehicle handset support as a whole. Of course, the mobile telephone holder 1 according to the invention can also be fixed completely concealed in the fixed structure of the vehicle, for example by additionally providing a corresponding cover.
According to the invention, the holder 4 may be connected to the fixed structure of the vehicle in any suitable manner. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a groove may be formed in the interior of the instrument desk, and the fixing base 4 may be disposed in the groove of the instrument desk. For example, the holder 4 may have a through hole, and the holder 4 may be fixed to the groove bottom of the instrument desk by a screw passing through the through hole. In this case, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the vehicle handset support 1 is in the stowed state, the outer edge of the retaining structure 2 transitions at least for the most part flush to the adjacent edge of the recess of the instrument desk, preferably the outer edge of the retaining structure 2 is adapted to the opening shape of the recess of the instrument desk. Further preferably, the in-vehicle handset cradle 1 may be configured to bring the surface of the main body 6 of the holding structure 2 for supporting the back surface of the handset flush with the floor of the instrument desk in the stowed state. Through these characteristics, on-vehicle cell phone stand 1 can combine together with the instrument desk of vehicle to save the confined space near the instrument desk, and make the aesthetic property in the car not influenced. And, need not other additional parts, for example the lid to cover the recess opening of instrument desk in order to realize vehicle mobile phone support's hide and dustproof effect. Although the instrument desk is shown as a fixing structure with a recess for placing the vehicle-mounted mobile phone holder 1, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the fixing structure may be other components of the vehicle.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the connection mechanism 3 comprises a linkage mechanism. In the prior art, a flexible connecting piece is often used as a connecting mechanism, but shaking or artificial accidental touch which is naturally generated when a vehicle runs easily causes that a vehicle-mounted mobile phone support and a mobile phone held on the vehicle-mounted mobile phone support cannot be fixed at a specific position, so that the attention of a user, especially a driver, is dispersed, and a safety risk is brought to driving. Compared with the prior art, the vehicle-mounted mobile phone support according to the present invention provides necessary rigidity to the vehicle-mounted mobile phone support and improves the stability thereof by configuring the connecting mechanism 3 to include the link mechanism, so that the problem can be effectively avoided. Moreover, the link mechanism can favorably realize the switching between the retracted state and the extended state.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the link mechanism 3 includes a first link 31 and a second link 32, the first link 31 is connected with the fixed seat 4 and can rotate relative to the fixed seat 4, and the holding mechanism 2 is connected with the second link 32 and can rotate relative to the second link 32. In the case where the connection structure 3 has only two links, the second link 32 is connected to the first link 31 so as to be rotatable with respect to the first link 31. Additionally, the first link 31 and/or the second link 32 are configured to be able to telescope. By these features, the ability of the connecting mechanism 3 to extend in space is increased, so that the holding structure 2 connected thereto can be moved and rotated in space in all directions, either electrically or manually by the user, to the position where the user desires to use the handset, and to meet the different requirements of having the handset in portrait and/or landscape orientation.
The holding structure 2 comprises a body 6 for supporting the handset. In addition to the main body 6, the holding structure 2 preferably comprises a stop for preventing the cell phone from sliding on the surface of the main body 6. In the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the stop comprises an end portion 5 and a side portion 7. The end portion 5 serves to prevent the cellular phone from sliding down along the surface of the body 6 under the cellular phone so as to fix the cellular phone in the longitudinal direction of the cellular phone. The side portions 7 serve to prevent the handset from sliding laterally along the surface of the body 6 at the side portions of the handset, so as to secure the handset in the transverse direction of the handset. In another exemplary embodiment according to the present invention, the holding structure 2 may comprise a plurality of end portions 5 and/or a plurality of side portions 7. Further, although the end 5 is shown as being hook-shaped and the side 7 as being plate-shaped, the invention is not so limited and the end 5 and side 7 may be any other suitable shape. Additionally, the end portion 5 may be configured to be elastically deformable or movable along the length of the body 6 of the holding structure 2, so that the holding structure 2 may be adapted to various models of cell phones.
The handset held on the holding structure 2 can be used in different application scenarios in the stowed state and in the extended state, respectively. For example, when the vehicle-mounted mobile phone holder 1 is in the retracted state, the mobile phone held on the holding structure 2 may be used for an application scene in which a user does not need to view a mobile phone screen, such as playing a song, performing a voice call, and the like; when the vehicle-mounted mobile phone support 1 is in the extended state, the mobile phone held on the holding structure 2 may be used for an application scene where a user needs to view a screen of the mobile phone, such as navigation.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the in-vehicle handset support 1 is configured to be electrically switchable between a stowed state and an extended state. For example, the in-vehicle handset cradle may be controlled by a controller (not shown) provided in the vehicle. According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the in-vehicle handset support 1 is capable of automatically extending to a predetermined position when triggered to change from the stowed state to the extended state. This may also be controlled, for example, by a controller provided in the vehicle. The preset position can be a position of a user for commonly using the mobile phone, which is set by the user according to the use habit of the mobile phone. Thus, the trouble that the user needs to adjust the position of the vehicle-mounted mobile phone support 1, particularly the holding structure 2, each time to comfortably use the mobile phone is avoided, and the use by the user is facilitated.
In the present invention, the controller controlling the mobile phone holder may control the mobile phone holder in any one of the manners known in the art. For example, the user may control the in-vehicle handset support 1 to change between the retracted state and the extended state by pressing a corresponding button in the vehicle, or by clicking a corresponding selection button in a display screen, or by voice command control, etc.
Furthermore, according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the in-vehicle cellular phone holder 1 can be automatically changed back to the stowed state when the vehicle is turned off. Therefore, the user can be reminded to take the mobile phone away in front of the vehicle.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the in-vehicle handset cradle 1 is configured to enable wireless charging of a handset in a stowed state. In the present invention, the wireless charging of the mobile phone by the vehicle-mounted mobile phone support 1 can be realized by using a technology known in the art, for example, a wireless charging module is integrated in the holding structure 2. In addition, the wireless charging module can also be arranged in the groove, so that when the vehicle-mounted mobile phone support 1 is in a folding state, the wireless charging module can charge the mobile phone kept on the holding structure 2. Since the additional charging cable is omitted, space in the vehicle, in particular around the instrument desk, is saved. However, it is also within the scope of the invention for the vehicle handset cradle 1 to be configured for wired charging of the handset, for example by providing a charging cord within the connection means 3, in order to be powered by the electromechanical system of the vehicle.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the in-vehicle phone cradle 1 is configured to enable manual control of the in-vehicle car play function when a new connection of a phone is detected in the stowed state. In the present invention, the mobile phone can be sensed by the vehicle-mounted mobile phone holder 1 by using techniques known in the art, such as integrating an NFC sensing module in the holding structure 2. When a passenger places the mobile phone on the mobile phone support, the vehicle-mounted central control screen pops up a dialog window to enable the passenger to select 'charging only' and 'open CarPlay', and if the passenger does not select within 5 seconds, the passenger defaults to selecting 'charging only'. The process of opening the CarPlay function is completely determined by the passenger, so that the condition that the current media setting is interfered because the CarPlay function is automatically opened when a mobile phone is placed every time is completely avoided. Simultaneously because the integration of automatic charging and NFC response function, promoted the convenient passenger's that opens CarPlay function operation convenience greatly, need not again manual corresponding app of opening and pair the connection.
Although specific embodiments of the invention have been described herein in detail, they have been presented for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Various substitutions, alterations, and modifications may be devised without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
