Detailed Description
First, it is to be specifically explained that: the drawings used in this specification are for the purpose of illustrating certain embodiments of the invention only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention to those drawings. Please refer to fig. 1 to 7. The invention relates to a wooden hair brush. The purpose of the invention is: when a user brushes hair with a hairbrush, the hair follicle and the hair bundle are prevented from falling off. In a preferred embodiment, the present invention is a hair brush that includes all wood parts and/or parts of wood parts. This is because wood is a non-conductive body, and the use of a hairbrush having wooden bristles and a wooden base helps prevent hair follicles and hair bundles from falling off, and also prevents hair from being damaged. In the embodiment of the present invention in which the hair brush is a part of wood, only the part contacting the scalp and the hair is wood. Thus, the present invention is a simple device that maintains the integrity of the user's hair and improves the health of the scalp when the user uses the hairbrush.
The following description refers to fig. 1 to 7. In a preferred embodiment, the present invention comprises: a body 1, a plurality of bristles 2, a plurality of bristle heads 3, and a connecting member 4. In a preferred embodiment, the plurality of bristles 2, the plurality of bristle heads 3 and the connecting member 4 are made of wood, wood polymer material, and/or any similar material, and/or any material derived therefrom. This is because wood is a non-conductive body, and the surface of wood can achieve the purpose of the invention: when the user uses the hairbrush, the hair quality and the hair follicle of the hair can not be damaged. The wooden bristles can prevent the splaying of the scaly configuration of the hair and can prevent the splitting of the ends of the hair. In other words, regardless of the style, or design of the hair, if the portion of the brush that contacts the hair is completely wooden, friction and static electricity can be prevented from being generated on the hair. It should be noted that: any other shape, size, orientation, component, and arrangement of the body 1, the plurality of bristles 2, the plurality of bristle heads 3, and the connecting member 4 may be used so long as the objects of the present invention are achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, the body 1 further comprises: a head portion 5, a handle portion 6, and a tail portion 7. As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the grip portion 6 extends from the head portion 5 to the tail portion 7. In other words, the head 5 constitutes the top end of the hairbrush, the grip portion 6 constitutes the central portion of the hairbrush and is gripped by the user, and the tail 7 constitutes the bottom end of the hairbrush. Fig. 1 and 2 preferably show a body 1 according to the invention. However, the shape and design of the body 1 is not limited to those shown in fig. 1 and 2 and other additional drawings. Thus, the present invention may comprise a variety of possible shapes depending on design, user, and/or manufacturing requirements. Therefore, the geometry of the body 1 according to the invention is not limited to the shape seen in fig. 1 and 2.
In a preferred embodiment, the connecting member 4 is mounted to a first surface 1a of the body 1 and is located within the head 5, and the plurality of bristles 2 are mounted to the connecting member 4. More preferably: the first surface 1a constitutes an upper surface of the body 1. The connecting member 4 is a member of the present invention, which connects the plurality of bristles 2 and the plurality of bristle heads 3 to the body 1 of the present invention. A plurality of bristles 2 may be mounted to the connecting member 4 in an attachment method well known to those skilled in the art. Attachment methods well known to those skilled in the art may be, but are not limited to: adhesion methods, clamping methods, or surface shape attachment methods. As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the connecting member 4 protrudes from the first surface 1a from a direction opposite to the one second surface 1 b. In a preferred embodiment, the connecting part 4 has a convex shape. More preferably: the second surface 1b is opposed to the first surface 1a via the body 1. In other words, the second surface 1b constitutes a rear or back surface of the body 1 of the hairbrush.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the plurality of bristles 2 and the plurality of bristle heads 3 are arranged to cover most or all of the area of the connecting member 4. More preferably: the plurality of bristles 2 are uniformly distributed over the entire connecting member 4. Further, each of the plurality of bristle heads 3 is mounted to an end of a corresponding bristle 2a, wherein the corresponding bristle 2a is one of the plurality of bristles 2. More preferably: the plurality of bristles 2 are cylindrical, and the plurality of bristle heads 3 are spherical. In other words, each of the plurality of bristle heads 3 is of a spherical or elliptical configuration, which is mounted on the head of each cylindrical bristle 2 to provide a soft scraping experience for the user. Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the plurality of bristles 2 extend laterally from the first surface 1a to a direction away from the first surface 1a. Fig. 3 to 6 can preferably present the arrangement and distribution of a plurality of bristles 2 and a plurality of bristle heads 3. However, the arrangement and distribution of the plurality of bristles 2 and the plurality of bristle heads 3 are not limited to those shown in fig. 3 to 6. Thus, the plurality of bristles 2 and the plurality of bristle heads 3 may comprise a variety of possible shapes, depending on design, user, and/or manufacturing requirements. In other words, the arrangement of the plurality of bristles 2 and the plurality of bristle heads 3 may vary with various geometries of the connecting member 4.
In a preferred embodiment, the plurality of bristles 2 and the plurality of bristle heads 3 are made of wood, so that the user's hair only contacts the wood parts, thereby not generating any electrostatic effect. Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment, the body 1 and the connecting part 4 are also made of wood, which further prevents any adverse electrostatic effects.
In a preferred embodiment, the present invention further comprises: a first transition zone 8 and a second transition zone 9. As shown in fig. 1, the first transition region 8 extends from the first surface 1a to one side centerline 10 of the body 1. As shown in fig. 2, the second transition zone 9 extends from the second surface 1b to the side centerline 10. More preferably: the lateral centre line 10 is a horizontal line running along half the thickness of the body 1. The first transition zone 8 and the first surface 1a then constitute an upper half of the body 1; the second transition zone 9 and the second surface 1b constitute a lower half of the body 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first transition zone 8 and the second transition zone 9 form rounded edges. Thus, the entire hairbrush can be flexibly contacted and has an aesthetic appearance.
Fig. 1, 2, and 7 best present the grip portion 6 of the present invention. However, the geometry of the grip portion 6 of the present invention is not limited to fig. 1, 2, 7, and other figures appended to this specification. More preferably: regardless of the geometry, the grip portion 6 will always have a smooth and easy to grip design, whether it be an all wood embodiment or a partially wood embodiment. As shown in FIG. 7, a first width 11 of the grip portion 6 is less than a second width 12 of the head portion 5. Thus, the handle portion 6 can satisfy ergonomic and aesthetic requirements. The handle portion 6 may take any other shape, size, orientation, assembly, and arrangement known to those skilled in the art without altering the objectives of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the present invention further comprises: a hanging hole 13. It is more preferable that: the hanging hole 13 is located at the tail 7 and penetrates the body 1. Thus, the hair brush can be hung or tied to an external object through the hanging hole 13. In a preferred embodiment, the hanging hole 13 is oval shaped, as shown in FIG. 2. However, the suspension hole 13 may use any other shape, size, orientation, component, and arrangement known to those skilled in the art, as long as the object of the present invention is not changed.
In a second embodiment, the present invention is a hairbrush further comprising: part of a wooden part. In this embodiment, only the portion that contacts the scalp and hair is a wooden part. Embodiments of the partial wood parts are not limited to one particular combination of wood parts. Thus, embodiments of a part-wood part may comprise: a plurality of wooden bristles 2 and a plurality of wooden bristle heads 3, and has a body 1 made of any desired material, a grip portion 6, a hanging hole 13, and a connecting member 4. Similarly, the second embodiment may comprise: a plurality of bristles 2, a plurality of bristle heads 3, and a connecting member 4 made of wood, wood polymer material, and/or any similar material, and/or any material derived therefrom.
Fig. 1-7 are intended only to illustrate and describe the present invention. Therefore, any additional drawings should not be taken to limit the scope of the present invention in shape or form.
The invention has been described above with reference to examples. However, it should be understood that: modifications and variations of these embodiments are possible without departing from the spirit or scope of this disclosure.
