Abstract

Background
As is well known, when purchasing tobacco leaves, raw tobacco is generally sorted according to quality grade, sundries, soil, rotten or variegated tobacco leaves are removed, then the sorted raw tobacco is compacted according to the standard of 50 kg per package to form a standard size, finally, the surfaces of the raw tobacco are sewn by hemp chips to form a rectangular tobacco package, and the rectangular tobacco package is transported to a redrying enterprise for redrying.
In the process of storage and transportation, the quality of raw cigarettes can change to a certain degree due to the influence of factors such as temperature, humidity, stacking extrusion and the like on the cigarette packets. Therefore, the tobacco bale is required to be scattered by redrying enterprises before threshing and redrying, and the compacted raw tobacco is manually scattered and sorted again (deteriorated and rotten tobacco leaves are removed). After sorting is finished, the raw cigarettes with different grades are respectively loaded into corresponding cigarette frames according to the standard of 600 kilograms per frame, and then the tobacco frames are transferred to a threshing and redrying production line for feeding production and processing.
When feeding, raw tobacco with different grades is manually laid on a conveyor belt one by one according to the raw material proportion determined by a threshing and redrying production process, then the stem heads of the raw tobacco are cut by a disc type cutting knife, and tobacco leaves enter the subsequent procedures along with the conveyor belt.
As can be seen from the above process, the current raw cigarette packaging mode has the following defects:
1) The cigarette packet forming can be realized only by a die and a press machine, the operation is troublesome and the efficiency is low;
2) The cigarette packet sewing and unpacking are troublesome, the labor intensity is high, and the efficiency is low;

7) In the feeding step, manual leaf laying is difficult to ensure that the original tobacco stems are placed orderly, so that when the conveyor belt conveys the original tobacco to a cutting station, more, less or missed cutting of the leaf stalks is easy to cause, and the threshing quality is difficult to control;
8) The manual leaf spreading is difficult to improve the automatic control level of the threshing and redrying equipment.
In summary, the existing packaging method, feeding method and packaging material for raw tobacco based on threshing and redrying processing have many defects in the storage and transportation process, feeding links (including feeding proportioning accuracy, feeding proportioning uniformity, feeding efficiency) and the like, and need to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for preparing raw tobacco based on threshing and redrying processing, which is simple and convenient in packing and unpacking operation, can realize accurate, uniform and efficient feeding according to a ratio and improve the stem removing effect. The third purpose of the invention is to provide a packaging device for realizing the original cigarette production method, which not only can realize repeated use and reduce the packaging cost, but also can ensure the storage and transportation quality of raw materials, is convenient and quick for unpacking and simplifies the preliminary preparation of feeding. The technical scheme is as follows:

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the method for manufacturing raw tobacco based on threshing and redrying provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
1) Spreading a rectangular packaging tape 2 on a workbench (not shown in the figure), and fixing the left end of the packaging tape on a reel 1, wherein the length of the reel is greater than the width of the packaging tape 2;

The surface of the scroll 1 is provided with a through groove 6 along the length direction, the groove walls on the two sides of the through groove are uniformly distributed with saw-toothed convex teeth 7, and the left end of the packaging tape 2 passes through the through groove 6 and is turned outwards. The purpose of the teeth 7 is to avoid loosening of the band 2 by friction, thus achieving a quick fixing of the band 2 on the reel 1.
