the clinical decision module is in communication connection with the disease evaluation module and is used for extracting a plurality of groups of corresponding medical schemes for medical care personnel to select according to the symptoms of the emergency patients analyzed by the disease evaluation module, and selecting a plurality of groups of medical schemes for the patients and the family members of the patients according to the clinical medical examination result;
