Coin sorting: the unit of the denomination of the cash is divided currency; and (3) long: the phenomenon that more actual cash is stocked than account cash; short money: a phenomenon that actual stock cash is less than account cash; hanging accounts: when the account and the cash are not in accordance with the real object (hereinafter referred to as "account is not in accordance"), the difference between the account and the cash is recorded into different account subjects according to the cause of the difference, for example, the customer settles the interest and withdraws money after generating coins and coins, the counter cannot provide the coins, the customer withdraws money and coins, the customer withdraws money, the customer generates money with interest and coins, and the short money and coins are collected, so the profit and loss type account is hung, which is the amount of money lost by the bank due to the business. Trimming: and the process that the account amount is consistent with the ticket amount is achieved through account hanging. Account amount: the amount in the account. The sum of the ticket surface: the sum of the denomination of the cash in the cash box multiplied by the corresponding number of sheets, i.e., the total amount of all cash in the cash box. Punching: for an orthogonal easy reverse transaction, i.e. an error transaction is recovered to the state before the transaction.
The information presentation method of the disclosed embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 based on the scenario described in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of an information presentation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment includes operations S210 to S250, and the information presentation method may be performed by a server.
In the technical scheme of the disclosure, the data acquisition, collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure, application and other processing are all in accordance with the regulations of relevant laws and regulations, necessary security measures are taken, and the public order and good custom are not violated.
In operation S210, a transaction flow information recording request initiated by a target user is monitored at predetermined time intervals.
In operation S220, in case it is determined that the request is monitored, at least one pair of matched accounting transaction information and inventory flow information is determined in the recorded transaction flow information.
In operation S230, in case it is determined that the transaction data of the financial transaction information and the inventory data of the inventory flow information are not consistent, a difference value between the transaction data and the inventory data is recorded.
In operation S240, the posting information corresponding to the difference value is determined.
In operation S250, the difference value and the posting information are associatively presented to the target user.
Usually, the banking transaction and the long and short account processing are performed separately, and the accounting and cash of the day are generally checked at the end of the day. If the account amount and the ticket amount of the actual income are less, the staff needs to hang account, namely hang long money; if the account amount is more than the bill amount of the actual income, the staff also needs to hang account, namely hang short money. Because the transaction and the accounting check are separated, if the long and short accounts appear on the same day, the staff manually combs the long and short accounts, and then the long and short accounts are hung, the incidence relation between the hung account amount and the accounting transaction is difficult to trace back. Because the accuracy of the data is important, long and short financial transactions need to be found and processed in real time, so that the amount consistency of the financial transactions is kept, namely the bill amount is consistent with the financial amount.
The transaction flow information may include financial transaction information and inventory flow information; the financial transaction information can refer to transaction account, transaction amount, transaction mechanism and other flow information of financial transaction, and the financial transaction information can be acquired from a terminal of a target user (such as a teller) when a client transacts cash business; the counting flow information can refer to counting flow information of cash passing time, serial number, currency type and the like of customer transaction, and can be obtained from a counting machine of a target user (such as a teller). The real-time monitoring of the transaction flow information recording request initiated when each transaction related to cash is transacted by a target user (such as a teller) can be realized by monitoring the transaction flow information recording request initiated by the target user at preset time intervals.
Transaction flow information may be recorded through targeted data collection. For example, the collection of the accounting transaction information may be: after the target user makes an account transaction, the system can obtain details of each transaction in real time, wherein the details can include a transaction serial number, a transaction mechanism, a transaction teller, a transaction channel, a transaction account, a transaction amount, a transaction direction and the like. If the collection of the inventory flow information can be as follows: the system acquires machine and tool cash-passing information, cash ticket face information which can include cash-passing time, crown word numbers, currency types, denominations, versions, authenticity and the like, then transmits flow data to server equipment, uploads the data to a cache machine according to an agreed communication protocol, and uploads the cache data to a background server. And the file processing application of the server stores the analyzed data file into the database. Therefore, at least one pair of matched financial transaction information and inventory flow information can be determined in the recorded transaction flow information under the condition that the monitoring request is determined, and for example, at least one pair of matched financial transaction information and inventory flow information can be determined through data information which can determine a matching relation, such as a transaction account, transaction time and the like. Preferably, the transaction flow information can be subjected to data cleaning, for example, the account transaction information data and the inventory flow information data which cannot be matched are deleted, and for the account transaction which is orthogonal and easy to flush, the corresponding flow record is marked as flushed, and the subsequent data statistical analysis is not involved, such as the verification of the transaction data and the inventory data.
It is to be understood that the transaction data of the financial transaction information may correspond to a billing amount in the financial transaction process, and the inventory data of the inventory flow information may correspond to a billing amount of the inventory tool in the inventory flow process. Therefore, under the condition that the transaction data of the financial transaction information is determined to be inconsistent with the counting data of the counting flow information, the difference value between the transaction data and the counting data is recorded, such as the difference value = | transaction data-counting data |.
It can be understood that whether short money is sent or not in the current account transaction can be judged according to the difference value, so that account information corresponding to the difference value, such as coin account, can be determined, and if the account information is normal, such as to be confirmed, to be verified, and the like, can be set according to requirements.
Furthermore, the difference value and the account information can be displayed to the target user in a correlated manner, for example, the difference value of the XX transaction serial number is displayed to be 0.2, the account information is the coin account, and a long-term and short-term monitoring table of the financial transaction can be further displayed. The target user monitors and warns the condition of each transaction through the displayed information, so that whether the account is actually matched or not can be verified for each cash transaction, long or short money of the amount generated by each transaction can be traced, and the amount consistency of the financial transaction is kept.
The information display method provided by this embodiment can monitor the transaction flow information recording request initiated by the target user at a predetermined time interval, so as to realize real-time monitoring of the transaction flow information recording request initiated when the teller transacts each transaction related to cash, and record the related detailed information of the financial transaction information and the related detailed information of the inventory flow information related to the financial transaction process; then, at least one pair of matched financial transaction information and inventory flow information is determined in the recorded transaction flow information, and information checking is carried out; and under the condition that the transaction data of the financial transaction information is inconsistent with the checking data of the checking flow information, recording a difference value between the transaction data and the checking flow information, determining account hanging information, and displaying the difference value and the account hanging information to a target user in a correlation manner. Therefore, when the bill amount is inconsistent with the account amount, the long-short transaction data can be displayed to the target user in real time, and the target user can monitor whether each cash transaction conforms to the account in real time; the method is beneficial to tracing the transaction running information of a specific transaction.
Determining account hanging information corresponding to the difference value, including: acquiring a preset account information determination rule, wherein the preset account information determination rule comprises at least one data range divided according to the difference value and account information matched with each data range; and determining a data range matched with the difference value and account information matched with the data range according to a preset account information determination rule.
It can be understood that the incidence relation between the difference value and the posting information can be set, that is, the posting information determination rule is set, the difference value can be divided into a plurality of data ranges, and the posting information respectively matched with each data range is set.
For example, if the difference of each transaction =0, the accounting amount is consistent with the bill amount of the cash, the mark is normal, and the credit is consistent; namely, the difference value =0, and the posting information is normal, indicating that there is no posting. If the difference of each transaction is more than 0 and less than 0.1, the balance of the account amount and the bill amount difference is a coin, the coin is marked to be hung, and the system automatically carries out hanging processing, namely hanging long money or hanging short money; namely the actual difference value, and the account information is the coin account. 0.1 is more than or equal to each transaction difference and less than 100, namely if each transaction difference is between one corner and one hundred, the financial transaction is marked to be confirmed, a teller is required to inquire the details of the transaction and confirm whether a short is actually sent or not; namely the actual difference value, and the account hanging information is to be confirmed. 100 is less than or equal to each transaction difference, if each transaction difference is more than or equal to one hundred yuan, errors can occur in business transaction, and the financial transaction is marked to be verified; namely the actual difference value, and the account hanging information is to be verified.
The information display method provided by the embodiment can determine the data range matched with the difference value and the posting information matched with the data range according to the preset posting information determination rule, so that effective information can be visually displayed for a target user, and corresponding processing can be favorably carried out on specific posting information by combing the difference value and the posting information, such as checking the accuracy of coin posting, checking whether business handling has errors, checking the accuracy of money amount again and the like.
The transaction flow information includes first time information for generating the financial transaction request and second time information for generating the inventory flow request; in a case where the request is determined to be monitored, determining at least one pair of matched financial transaction information and inventory flow information in the recorded transaction flow information, including: determining at least one pair of first time information and second time information with a preset matching relation in the recorded transaction flow information in real time; acquiring financial transaction information associated with the first time information and inventory flow information associated with the second time information; and determining at least one pair of matched financial transaction information and inventory flow information.
It is to be understood that the transaction chronological information includes first time information for generating the financial transaction request and second time information for generating the counting chronological request, so that the time of the financial transaction and the time of counting the banknotes are recorded in real time, and at least one pair of the first time information and the second time information in which a predetermined matching relationship exists can be determined in real time by associating the respective first time information and the second time information for each transaction. Thereby, the financial transaction information associated with the first time information and the inventory flow information associated with the second time information can be obtained; enabling determination of at least one pair of matched financial transaction information and inventory flow information.
The information display method provided by the embodiment can determine at least one pair of first time information and second time information with a preset matching relationship in the recorded transaction flow information in real time; thus, at least one pair of matched financial transaction information and inventory flow information is determined by acquiring the financial transaction information associated with the first time information and the inventory flow information associated with the second time information.
The information display method further comprises the following steps: and sending prompt information to the target user under the condition that the difference value is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset threshold value.
It can be understood that, in order to achieve better monitoring and early warning effects, a predetermined threshold may be set for the difference value, and in the case that it is determined that the difference value is greater than or equal to the predetermined threshold, prompt information may be sent to the target user, where the prompt information may be to be verified, to be confirmed, or the like.
For example, in a case that it is determined that the difference value is greater than or equal to the predetermined threshold value, it may be determined that a transaction error occurs in the current financial transaction, and a relevant target user may be notified to pay attention in time through a prompt message.
The information display method provided by the embodiment can send the prompt information to the target user under the condition that the difference value is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, so that better monitoring and early warning effects can be achieved by utilizing the prompt information.
The information display method further comprises the following steps: responding to the received feedback information aiming at the prompt information from the target user, wherein the feedback information comprises correct operation or incorrect operation; and updating the transaction flow information in the case that the feedback information is determined to be the operation error.
It can be understood that, in the case of sending the prompt message, the target user may be further interacted, for example, the target user is asked whether the operation is wrong with respect to the current financial transaction, for example, the push option is convenient for the target user to select, operation a is correct, and operation B is wrong. The target user can select corresponding information for feedback after verification, if the feedback information is an operation error; therefore, under the condition that the information display device determines that the feedback information is wrong in operation, the transaction flow information can be updated, for example, the transaction with the wrong operation is recovered to the state before the transaction.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates an execution diagram of updating transaction flow information according to an embodiment of the disclosure, see fig. 3. First, if the target user sends feedback information through the client 310, the feedback information is an operation error. The server 320 forwards the information of the operation error to the information presentation device 330 in response to receiving the feedback information. The information display device 330 may update the transaction flow information, such as the transaction flow information is restored to the state before the transaction, in case that the feedback information is determined to be the operation error. The information presentation device 330 may also send the updated transaction flow information to the client 310. Thereby performing further verification and supervision with respect to transaction flow information.
The information display method provided by the embodiment updates the transaction flow information under the condition that the feedback information is determined to be the operation error, and is favorable for further verifying and supervising the transaction flow information.
Based on the information display method, the disclosure also provides an information display device. The apparatus will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a block diagram of the structure of an information presentation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the information presentation apparatus 400 of this embodiment includes a monitoring request module 410, a first determination module 420, a logging data module 430, a second determination module 440, and an information presentation module 450.
