In one embodiment, in order to further improve the efficiency and convenience when the user fills the blank cells; before the data integration platform correspondingly fills the positioning data and the blank cells into the preset modification bullet frame, the following steps can be executed:
after the data integration platform records positioning data, firstly acquiring a line data screenshot between a line number cell corresponding to a blank cell and the blank cell, and then generating a thumbnail corresponding to the line data screenshot; and acquiring data of a previous cell and data of a next cell of the blank cell while generating the thumbnail.

In one embodiment, a situation that the data filled in the blank cells by the user may not be displayed normally after being integrated into the summary sheet due to the fact that the data format filled in the blank cells by the user may be different from the standard format corresponding to the blank cells is considered; the step of correspondingly filling the filling data into the blank cells may be specifically performed as:
after receiving filling data input by a filling area, a data integration platform firstly carries out consistency comparison on a data format corresponding to the filling data and a standard format corresponding to a blank cell; if the data format corresponding to the filling data is consistent with the standard format corresponding to the blank cell, directly filling the filling data into the blank cell correspondingly; otherwise, the format adjustment of the filling data is replaced by a standard format, and then the filling data which is adjusted and replaced by the standard format is filled into the blank cells, so that when the filling data in the blank cells is integrated into the summary sheet, the data format corresponding to the filling data can be the same as the standard format corresponding to the blank cells, and the filling data can be normally displayed in the summary sheet.
FIG. 1 is a flow diagram illustrating a method for collecting and processing engineering cost analysis data according to one embodiment. It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 1 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows; the steps are not limited to be performed in the exact order disclosed, and steps may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise; and at least some of the steps in fig. 1 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
Based on the method, the embodiment of the application also discloses a system for acquiring and processing the engineering cost analysis data.
As shown in fig. 4, the system includes the following modules:
a sub-table information obtaining module 401, configured to sequentially identify sub-table list headers inside the sub-tables when obtaining the sub-tables to be integrated;
a standard format query module 402, configured to query, according to the sub-table list header, a total table list header corresponding to the sub-table list header and a standard format corresponding to the total table list header in a preset total table;
a standard format setting module 403, configured to clear a format of the column data corresponding to the sub-table column header, and reset the column data with the cleared format according to the standard format to obtain standard data;
a sub-table data integration module 404, configured to correspondingly integrate the sub-tables into a preset general table when the line data corresponding to the column headers of all the sub-tables in the sub-table are reset to be standard data;
a summary table data output module 405, configured to output a summary table when all the sub-tables to be integrated are integrated into the summary table.
In one embodiment, the preset summary table further includes a fuzzy name library corresponding to the header name of each summary table, and the fuzzy name library includes a fuzzy name corresponding to the header of each summary table; the standard format query module 402 is specifically configured to, if a preset summary table has a summary table entry header that is the same as a sub-table entry header; setting the head of the general list which is the same as the head of the sub list as the head of the general list corresponding to the head of the sub list; if the preset general table does not have a general table list header identical to the sub-table list header; inquiring whether a fuzzy name which is the same as the head of the word list exists in a fuzzy name library or not; if the fuzzy name same as the sub-list header exists, the general list header corresponding to the fuzzy name is set as the general list header corresponding to the sub-list header.
In one embodiment, the standard format query module 402 is further configured to obtain a first pinyin character corresponding to the sub-table header if there is no fuzzy name identical to the sub-table header; respectively acquiring second phonetic letters corresponding to all the general list item heads; comparing the first phonetic alphabet with all the second phonetic alphabets; if all the second pinyin letters have the target pinyin letters which are the same as the first pinyin letters, setting the head of the summary list corresponding to the target pinyin grandma as the head of the summary list corresponding to the head of the sub-list.
In one embodiment, the standard format query module 402 is further configured to identify the original format of the column data corresponding to the sub-table column header if there is no fuzzy name identical to the sub-table column header; comparing the original format with a standard format in a summary table; if only one standard format is the same as the original format, the header of the general list corresponding to the standard format is set as the header of the general list corresponding to the header of the sub list.
In one embodiment, the sub-table data integration module 404 is specifically configured to traverse cells in the sub-table, and determine whether there are blank cells in the sub-table; if no blank cell exists in the sub-table, correspondingly integrating the sub-table into a preset general table; if blank cells exist in the sub-table, recording positioning data corresponding to the blank cells, wherein the positioning data comprises column header names corresponding to the blank cells, line sequence numbers corresponding to the blank cells and file names of the sub-table; correspondingly filling the positioning data and the blank cells into a preset modification bullet frame, wherein the modification bullet frame comprises a display area of the positioning data and a filling area of the blank cells; outputting a modification popup frame in a popup window form; and when the filling data input by the filling area is received, correspondingly filling the filling data into the blank cells.
In one embodiment, the sub-table data integration module 404 is further configured to obtain a column data screenshot between the row sequence number cell and the blank cell corresponding to the blank cell; generating a thumbnail corresponding to the column data screenshot; acquiring data of a previous cell and data of a next cell of the blank cell; correspondingly filling the positioning data and the blank cells into a preset modification bullet frame comprises the following steps: correspondingly filling the positioning data, the thumbnail, the data of the previous cell, the data of the next cell and the blank cell into a preset modification bullet frame; and outputting a column data screenshot corresponding to the thumbnail when a viewing request for the thumbnail is received.
In one embodiment, the sub-table data integration module 404 is further configured to compare the data format corresponding to the padding data with the standard format corresponding to the blank cells for consistency; if the data are consistent, filling the filling data into the blank cells correspondingly; if not, adjusting the data format of the filling data to a standard format; and filling the filling data adjusted to the standard format into the blank cells.
The embodiment of the application also discloses computer equipment.
Specifically, the computer device includes a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and executed to perform the above-described method of project cost analysis data collection and processing.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer readable storage medium.
Specifically, the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program capable of being loaded by a processor and executing the method for collecting and processing the engineering cost analysis data, the computer readable storage medium includes, for example: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)

1. A method of project cost analysis data acquisition and processing, the method comprising:
when a sub-table to be integrated is obtained, sequentially identifying sub-table list headers inside the sub-table;
inquiring a general table list header corresponding to the sub-table list header and a standard format corresponding to the general table list header in a preset general table according to the sub-table list header;
clearing the format of the line data corresponding to the sub-table column header, and resetting the line data after clearing the format according to the standard format to obtain standard data;
when the column data corresponding to all the column headers of the sub-tables are reset as standard data, correspondingly integrating the sub-tables into a preset general table;
and outputting the general table when all the sub-tables to be integrated are integrated into the general table.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined summary table further comprises a fuzzy name library corresponding to each summary table list header name, the fuzzy name library comprising fuzzy names corresponding to each summary table list header;
the querying, according to the sub-table list header, a total table list header corresponding to the sub-table list header in a preset total table includes:
if the preset general table has a general table list head which is the same as the sub-table list head; setting the head of the general list which is the same as the head of the sub list as the head of the general list corresponding to the head of the sub list;
if the preset general table does not have the general table list head same as the sub-table list head; inquiring whether a fuzzy name which is the same as the head of the word list is existed in the fuzzy name library;
and if the fuzzy name same as the sub-list header exists, setting the total list header corresponding to the fuzzy name as the total list header corresponding to the sub-list header.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after said querying whether the fuzzy name exists in the fuzzy name library that is the same as the head of the word list, further comprising:
if the fuzzy name same as the sub-table list header does not exist, acquiring a first pinyin letter corresponding to the sub-table list header;
respectively acquiring second phonetic letters corresponding to all the general table list headers;
comparing the first phonetic alphabet with all the second phonetic alphabets;
if the target pinyin letters identical to the first pinyin letters exist in all the second pinyin letters, setting the head of the summary list corresponding to the target pinyin grandma as the head of the summary list corresponding to the head of the sub-list.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein after said querying whether the fuzzy name exists in the fuzzy name library that is the same as the head of the word list, further comprising:
if the fuzzy name same as the sub-table list header does not exist, identifying the original format of the line data corresponding to the sub-table list header;
comparing the original format with a standard format in the summary table;
if only one standard format is the same as the original format, the total list header corresponding to the standard format which is the same as the original format is set as the total list header corresponding to the sub list header.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the integrating the sub-table correspondence into a preset summary table comprises:
traversing the cells in the sub-table, and judging whether blank cells exist in the sub-table;
if no blank cell exists in the sub-table, correspondingly integrating the sub-table into a preset general table;
if the blank cells exist in the sub-table, recording positioning data corresponding to the blank cells, wherein the positioning data comprises column header names corresponding to the blank cells, line sequence numbers corresponding to the blank cells and file names of the sub-table;
correspondingly filling the positioning data and the blank cells into a preset modification bullet frame, wherein the modification bullet frame comprises a display area of the positioning data and a filling area of the blank cells;
outputting the modification popup frame in a popup window mode;
and correspondingly filling and writing the filling data into the blank cells when the filling data input by the filling area is received.
6. The method according to claim 5, further comprising, before said correspondingly filling said positioning data and said blank cell into a preset modified bullet box:
acquiring a line data screenshot between a line sequence number cell corresponding to a blank cell and the blank cell;
generating a thumbnail corresponding to the column data screenshot;
acquiring data of a previous cell and data of a next cell of the blank cell;
correspondingly filling the positioning data and the blank cells into a preset modification bullet frame comprises the following steps:
correspondingly filling the positioning data, the thumbnail, the data of the previous cell, the data of the next cell and the blank cell into a preset modification bullet frame;
and outputting a column data screenshot corresponding to the thumbnail when a viewing request for the thumbnail is received.
