when a content resource transaction is carried out, after a user places an order to purchase a target content resource in a resource library, the user order information is forwarded to a service routing platform after the resource library is signed, the service routing platform checks and invokes a third party payment platform to guide the user to pay, and if the resource library is the content resource library for providing the content resource, the resource library forwards a resource acquisition address to the user after the user successfully pays;

the method comprises the steps that unified rules are agreed among resource libraries according to the resource library interoperation routing protocol, the same protocol is followed, integration of resource services is achieved at an application level, and the resource libraries are interoperated through the resource library group interoperation routing protocol; the resource library group interoperation routing protocol prescribes interface actions, so that the operation behaviors among the resource libraries are normalized and standardized; the method comprises the steps that direct request connection is not allowed between resource libraries, request connection is established with a service routing platform, and then the request connection is forwarded to other resource libraries so as to achieve the purpose of cross-library request;
the resource library selection allows other resource libraries to share resources, unilaterally establishes a sharing relationship, and allows the shared counterpart to harvest the resources of the own resource library; and autonomously controlling the initiation time and the harvesting range of resource sharing.

The content resource library group interactive operation method based on the copyright service route according to claim 1, wherein the content resource release is realized by a resource release protocol, the resource release protocol describes the relevant interface specification followed when the content resource is released, and the operations of adding, inquiring, modifying and deleting the copyright statement can be realized by the resource release protocol; and defaulting to query the content of the copyright statement of the latest version when querying, wherein the deleting operation is the taking-off operation.

the rights information contains descriptions of rights persons, copyright rights allowing transactions and allowed purchasing condition ranges, wherein the allowed purchasing condition ranges comprise regions and time ranges allowing use;
the price system consists of a price base and a price coefficient, wherein the price base comprises a price per page, a price per copy, a price per request, a price per entity content and a price of digital content;
the price base covers five dimensions of transaction subjects, work categories, resource forms, right types and selling modes.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the copyright statement is set to respectively price-state rights for license transactions and resource contents.

The interactive operation method of content resource library group based on copyright service route according to claim 5, wherein when a user purchases a copyright license for a work, said service route platform expands purchase options around constraint conditions declared by copyright during the purchase process, and the purchase options are selected by the user, wherein the purchase options include copyright category, copyright use time and region limitation; only one price base can be determined in a single purchase scenario by selecting a purchase option.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the copyright authorization permission is a ticket formed during copyright transactions, and is formed by combining rights information in copyright statement and user personalized transaction information.
