For the liquid distribution areas on the surfaces of the wet curtains of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the existing wet curtain structure has the problem that the corrugated direction is a direction which is inclined downwards by 45 degrees in a unidirectional mode, and the water flow direction also flows downwards along the direction, so that the surface whole liquid distribution of a single corrugated plate is difficult to realize, and the liquid distribution areas on the surfaces of the corrugated plates are increased because the water flow in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 is more disordered under the influence of different corrugated inclined angle sections.
The swirl strength of the wet curtain surface flow field of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 is over 500S -1 In terms of position, the vortex intensity in the multi-sheet region at and near the change of the ripple inclination angle exceeds 500S due to the influence of the multi-stage different ripple inclination angle structures of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 on the water flow -1 The surface of the corrugated plate with the existing wet curtain structure rarely has vortex strength exceeding 500S -1 The area of (a).
The following table shows the comparison of simulation data of different wet curtain structures, and the data show that the gas-liquid interface area of the wet curtain structure in the embodiment 1 is increased by 7.78% and the average vortex strength is increased by 8.41% compared with the existing wet curtain structure; compared with the existing wet curtain structure, the gas-liquid interface area of the wet curtain structure is increased by 8.39%, and the average vortex strength is increased by 6.79%.
