The second clamping piece comprises a second horizontal telescopic part 31, a second horizontal clamping part 21 and a second vertical connecting part 28, the second vertical connecting part 28 is fixed between the second horizontal telescopic part 31 and the second horizontal clamping part 21, the second horizontal telescopic part 31 is connected with a horizontal telescopic groove 35 in an inserting mode, the second horizontal clamping part 21 is arranged above the clamping surface 25, and a second clamping inclined surface 30 is arranged at one end, far away from the second vertical connecting part 28, of the second horizontal clamping part 21. The lateral wall of the base 14 far away from the second vertical connecting portion 28 is provided with a second horizontal through hole communicated with the horizontal telescopic groove 35, the first vertical telescopic portion 13 is provided with a vertical sliding groove 16, and the push bolt 15 sequentially penetrates through the vertical sliding groove 16 and the second horizontal through hole and then is in threaded connection with the second horizontal telescopic portion 31.
