Example one
In order to improve the stability of an oil field power grid, referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for adjusting a power grid of a pumping unit, including:
s11, setting the working point of the adjusting type oil pumping unit at a non-optimal stroke frequency value; the non-optimal impulse times are lower than the optimal impulse times;
in the embodiment of the invention, the fluctuation of a power grid system is regulated by controlling the motor frequency of the regulating type oil pumping unit, and in order to keep a regulating margin, the working point of the regulating type oil pumping unit is required to be set to be lower than the optimal stroke frequency value; therefore, when the frequency of the motor of the adjusting type oil pumping unit needs to be increased, an adjusting margin is reserved.
In practical applications, the setting range of the non-optimal impulse ratio value may be determined according to the previous actual fluctuation amplitude of the power grid, and preferably, the optimal impulse ratio value may be 80% to 90% of the optimal impulse ratio value.

calculating the current electric energy adjusting amplitude of the reverse power generation of the adjusting type oil pumping machine motor according to the current fluctuation amplitude of the instantaneous fluctuation of the power grid;
determining the current rotation speed variation of the motor according to the current electric energy adjusting amplitude and the first corresponding relation;
and generating the frequency control instruction according to the current motor rotating speed variation.
In the prior art, the instantaneous fluctuation of the generator can adopt an inertia regulation mode; the inventive idea of the embodiment of the invention comprises:
when the adjusting type oil pumping machine is in the lower stroke, the oil pumping rod descends, the gravitational potential energy is converted into the kinetic energy of the balance block, and part of the kinetic energy is inverted to generate electricity to feed back to the power grid; at this moment, carry out the inertia control that frequency modulation can realize sucker rod and balancing piece through the motor of regulation type beam-pumping unit, like this, increase that just can be quick or reduce the electric energy that the motor generated electricity, and then realize the regulation to instantaneous fluctuation, specifically:
when the output of the power grid generator is instantaneously reduced, the current frequency of the pumping unit motor is reduced through the pumping unit frequency converter, and the process of converting the gravitational potential energy of the pumping rod into electric energy can be accelerated, so that the instantaneous electric quantity generated by the motor in a reverse power generation mode is increased, and the effect of quickly supplementing the insufficient output of the power grid generator is achieved.
When the output of the power grid generator is instantaneously increased, the current frequency of the pumping unit motor is improved through the pumping unit frequency converter, and the process of converting the gravitational potential energy of the pumping rod into electric energy can be slowed down, so that the instantaneous electric quantity generated by the motor in the reverse power generation process is reduced, the aim of equivalently increasing the electric power load is fulfilled, and the redundant generated energy is balanced.
Based on the above inventive concept, in the embodiment of the present invention, the specific working principle of the first preset algorithm for generating the frequency control instruction of the frequency converter of the pumping unit is as follows:
generating a first corresponding relation between the rotating speed variation of the motor of the adjusting type oil pumping unit and the reverse power generation electric energy variation of the motor of the adjusting type oil pumping unit in advance;
in practical applications, a corresponding relationship (i.e., a first corresponding relationship) between a rotational speed variation of a motor of the regulated pumping unit and a reverse power generation electric energy variation of the motor of the regulated pumping unit may be generated first by calculation or by a limited number of experiments according to parameters of the regulated pumping unit and the motor thereof.
It should be noted that the adjustable pumping units in the embodiments of the present invention may include a plurality of adjustable pumping units, and the working states of the upper and lower strokes of the plurality of adjustable pumping units need to be kept consistent; in this way, dynamic consistency of the power-frequency out-of-frequency characteristics may be ensured.

according to the output information data of the generator of the power grid obtained in real time, when the power grid is determined to generate instantaneous fluctuation, the electric energy required for eliminating the instantaneous fluctuation can be calculated according to the fluctuation amplitude of the instantaneous fluctuation of the power grid, and then the current electric energy regulation amplitude of the backward power generation of the motor of the regulation type oil pumping unit can be calculated.
Determining the current rotation speed variation of the motor according to the current electric energy adjusting amplitude and the first corresponding relation;
according to the first corresponding relation, the rotating speed variation quantity required by the motor corresponding to the current electric energy adjusting amplitude can be calculated or determined;
the frequency control instruction is generated according to the current motor rotating speed variation, and the frequency of the motor of the adjustable pumping unit can be adjusted, so that instantaneous fluctuation is eliminated through adjusting the electric quantity generated by the motor reversely. The current frequency of the motor of the pumping unit is reduced, the electric quantity of the motor generated by the reverse power generation can be increased, and the effect of quickly supplementing the insufficient output of the power grid generator is achieved. By improving the current frequency of the motor of the oil pumping unit, the electric quantity generated by the motor can be reduced, the aim of equivalently increasing the power load is fulfilled, and the redundant generated energy is balanced.
Preferably, in order to obtain better wave regulation effect, as shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the frequency regulation interval of the frequency converter of the pumping unit can be set in a region where the frequency-power characteristic of the adjustable pumping unit is approximately linear.
In summary, in the embodiment of the invention, when the output of the power grid generator is instantaneously reduced, the current frequency of the motor of the pumping unit is reduced through the frequency converter of the pumping unit, and the process of converting the gravitational potential energy of the pumping rod into the electric energy can be accelerated, so that the instantaneous electric quantity generated by the motor in the reverse direction is increased, and the effect of quickly supplementing the insufficient output of the power grid generator is achieved. When the output of the power grid generator is increased instantaneously, the current frequency of the pumping unit motor is increased through the pumping unit frequency converter, and the process of converting the gravitational potential energy of the pumping rod into electric energy can be slowed down, so that the instantaneous electric quantity generated by the motor in the reverse power generation is reduced, the aim of equivalently increasing the electric load is fulfilled, and the redundant generated energy is balanced.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, on the basis of the first embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps:
s14, when the short-term fluctuation or the medium-term fluctuation of the power grid is judged according to the output information data, generating a rotating speed control instruction of a frequency converter of the oil pumping unit of the adjusting type oil pumping unit according to a second preset algorithm; the rotating speed control instruction is used for controlling the rotating speed of a motor of the adjusting type oil pumping unit; the second preset algorithm comprises:
generating a second corresponding relation between the variable quantity of the oil pumping liquid quantity and the variable quantity of the consumed power of the regulating type oil pumping unit in advance;
calculating the current power regulation amplitude of the consumed power of the regulation type oil pumping unit according to the current fluctuation amplitude of the short-term fluctuation or the medium-term fluctuation of the power grid;
determining the current oil pumping quantity variable quantity of the regulating type oil pumping unit according to the current power regulating amplitude and the second corresponding relation;
and generating the rotating speed control instruction according to the current oil pumping liquid amount variable quantity.
In the embodiment of the invention, on the basis of the technical scheme of eliminating the instantaneous fluctuation in the first embodiment, an additional technical scheme of eliminating the short-term fluctuation or the medium-term fluctuation of the power grid is added, and the specific inventive idea comprises the following steps:
the inventor finds out through research that the consumed power of the adjusting type oil pumping unit can be changed by adjusting the oil pumping amount of the adjusting type oil pumping unit, and further the consumed power of the adjusting type oil pumping unit can be equivalently adjusted with the load of a power grid motor, therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, when the power grid generates short-term fluctuation or middle-term fluctuation, the load adjustment of the power grid motor is realized by controlling the oil pumping amount of the adjusting type oil pumping unit, and further the short-term fluctuation or the middle-term fluctuation of the power grid is eliminated, in the embodiment of the invention, the control of the oil pumping amount is realized by adjusting the motor frequency of the adjusting type oil pumping unit, and the specific working principle comprises the following steps:
generating a second corresponding relation between the variable quantity of the oil pumping liquid quantity and the variable quantity of the consumed power of the regulating type oil pumping unit in advance;
in practical application, the corresponding relationship (i.e. the second corresponding relationship) between the pumping liquid amount variation and the consumed power variation of the adjustable pumping unit can be generated by calculation according to the parameters of the adjustable pumping unit and the motor thereof, or by a limited number of experiments.
The adjusting type oil pumping machine in the embodiment of the invention comprises a plurality of adjusting type oil pumping machines, wherein the working states of the upper stroke and the lower stroke of the adjusting type oil pumping machines are required to be kept consistent; in this way, dynamic consistency of the power-out-of-frequency characteristics may be ensured.
Calculating the current power regulation amplitude of the consumed power of the regulation type oil pumping unit according to the current fluctuation amplitude of the short-term fluctuation or the medium-term fluctuation of the power grid;
according to the output information data of the generator of the power grid obtained in real time, when the power grid is determined to have short-term fluctuation or medium-term fluctuation, the electric energy required for eliminating the short-term fluctuation or the medium-term fluctuation can be calculated according to the fluctuation amplitude of the short-term fluctuation or the medium-term fluctuation of the power grid, and then the current power regulation amplitude of the power consumption of the regulation type oil pumping unit can be calculated.
Determining the current oil pumping quantity variable quantity of the regulating type oil pumping unit according to the current power regulating amplitude and the second corresponding relation;
according to the second corresponding relation, the variable quantity of the oil pumping liquid quantity corresponding to the current power regulation amplitude can be calculated or determined.
Because the oil pumping liquid amount of the adjustable oil pumping unit can be controlled by the frequency of the motor of the adjustable oil pumping unit, a rotating speed control instruction can be generated according to the current oil pumping liquid amount variation; therefore, the rotating speed of the motor of the adjustable pumping unit can be adjusted, and short-term fluctuation or middle-term fluctuation is eliminated by adjusting the pumping liquid amount of the adjustable pumping unit. If the rotating speed of a motor of the adjustable pumping unit is reduced, the amount of pumping liquid is reduced, so that the consumed power of the adjustable pumping unit is reduced, and the increased power can be equivalent to the increased power of a generator; if the rotating speed of the adjusting type oil pumping machine is increased, the oil pumping liquid amount is increased, so that the power consumption of the adjusting type oil pumping machine is increased, and the power consumption can be equivalently reduced for a generator. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can achieve the purpose of power regulation by utilizing the speed regulation of the pumping unit, and is equivalent to the power regulation of a power generator of a power grid.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the adjustable pumping unit operates at a non-optimal stroke frequency, which can increase the liquid amount and decrease the liquid amount, and the frequency converter is used to adjust the liquid amount, so that the speed of adjusting the liquid amount is relatively slow, and the flexible adjustment of the power load can be achieved, which is equivalent to the adjustable power output. In the embodiment of the invention, the frequency converter of the adjustable pumping unit adopts a four-quadrant frequency converter, changes the frequency setting according to the fluctuation of the power grid, and can participate in the bidirectional adjustment of the power grid frequency.
