1. A motor protection device is characterized by comprising a power distribution cabinet for controlling a high-pressure pump motor to operate, wherein a cabinet door and a protection box are arranged on the power distribution cabinet, the protection box is arranged on one side of the cabinet door, an intelligent circuit breaker is arranged in the cabinet door, the protection box is electrically connected with the intelligent circuit breaker, an executing element of the intelligent circuit breaker is a magnetic flux converter with a permanent magnet, and a plurality of theme menus comprising a measurement menu, a system parameter setting menu, a protection function setting menu and a history record and maintenance menu are arranged on the protection box;
the cabinet door is further provided with a mounting assembly used for fixing the protection box, the mounting assembly comprises a mounting clamping seat matched with the protection box and a plurality of bolts mounted inside the power distribution cabinet, the mounting assembly further comprises a U-shaped rod and a limiting spring, the U-shaped rod and the limiting spring are mounted inside the power distribution cabinet, and the two ends of the U-shaped rod penetrate through the cabinet door and are sleeved on the protection box.

The motor protection device of claim 1, wherein the measurement menu is configured to display parameters of current I, voltage U, frequency F, power E, power P, and harmonics H, and the system parameter setting menu includes clock setting, measurement setting, test outlet and input I/output O setting functions.

The motor protection device of claim 1, wherein the protection function setup menu includes current protection, voltage protection, load monitoring, other protection, and history and maintenance menu for providing current alarms, number of operations, contact wear, trip records, alarm records, shift records, breaker position, and energy storage status information.

The motor protection device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting socket is attached to one side of the cabinet door, and a plurality of threaded sleeves are mounted on the mounting socket and distributed uniformly, a plurality of sets of anti-theft holes and anti-theft grooves are formed in one side of the cabinet door and correspond to the threaded sleeves, one end of each of the bolts penetrates through the corresponding anti-theft hole and is sleeved in the corresponding threaded sleeve in a threaded manner, and the end of each of the bolts is pulled to be located in the corresponding anti-theft groove.
5. The motor protection device of claim 4, wherein the mounting seat further defines a mounting groove, the protection box defines a base, and the base is slidably disposed in the mounting groove.

The motor protection device according to claim 5, wherein the base and the cabinet door are further provided with a plurality of sets of limiting holes corresponding to each other, and two ends of the U-shaped rod are respectively slidably sleeved in the two sets of limiting holes located at the same height.
