Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of electric appliances, in particular to a double-control switch.
Background
This section provides background information related to the present application and does not necessarily constitute prior art.
The double-control switch is a switch with two normally open and normally closed contacts, and the on-off action of the switch can be triggered by pressing one of the two contacts. The basic structure of the double-control switch comprises three connecting terminals, wherein one input connecting terminal and two output connecting terminals are arranged, a moving contact with two contacts is connected with the input connecting terminal, two fixed contacts are respectively connected with the two output connecting terminals, and a switch key assembly controls the two contacts of the moving contact to respectively perform closing/breaking switching between the two fixed contacts. For a double-control switch in a wall switch, three major demand trends are faced: the technical improvements made from three requirements of large-current control, multi-line access and threadless wiring need to increase the volume of the double-control switch, particularly the thickness of the double-control switch. However, the wire slots reserved on the wall for installing the double-control switch are standardized, and the space of the wire slots is fixed and limited. In addition, the three requirements also cause the problem that the wire occupies a large amount of the slot space, for example, compared with the prior art that a thick wire with a 4-square-millimeter access of a double-line (2 incoming wires plus 4 outgoing wires) occupies 8 times of the slot space of a thin wire with a 1-square-millimeter diameter of a single-line (1 incoming wire plus 2 outgoing wires), the problem that the slot space is not enough is highlighted. The problem that the space of a wire slot is insufficient is solved, a method for reducing the volume of a wire cannot be adopted, and only a method for reducing the volume of a double-control switch can be adopted, so that the thickness reduction design of the double-control switch is the most urgent and challenging technical problem in the production of the current double-control switch product.
The reduced thickness design of the bi-control switch is challenging for a number of reasons, the main one being that there are many design conflicts in the art. Firstly, the increase of rated current requires the increase of the breaking distance of the contact and the insulation distance between the guide pieces, and the increase of the distances is in contradiction with the design of thickness reduction. Secondly, the volume of each connecting terminal needs to be increased for multi-line access and thick lead access, and the increase of the volume is also contradictory to the design of thickness reduction. And once again, the thread-free quick connection and disconnection requires the increase of operation space for connecting and disconnecting the thread and accommodating the intervention of fingers or tools, and the increase of the space is also contradictory to the design of thickness reduction. For the above reasons, the problem of large volume of the dual-control switch in the prior art is still very prominent, and it is impossible to obtain the ideal effect without optimizing the overall design and the structural design.
Moreover, the double-control switch provided by the prior art has various components and a complex structure, so that the adverse risk of the switch product is easily increased, and the light and thin development of the switch is not facilitated.
