In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the first personalized treatment service and the second personalized treatment service include a meal ordering service, and the intelligent treatment device 200 further includes:
the meal ordering service module is used for recommending meal according to the personalized information of the patient when acquiring the instruction for executing the meal ordering service triggered by the patient;
if the patient selects the meal items except the recommended meal items, judging whether the patient can eat the meal items except the recommended meal items according to the personalized information of the patient;
and if the patient cannot eat the food except the recommended food, automatically canceling the selected food except the recommended food, and sending warning information.

The memory 303 is used for storing application program codes for executing the scheme of the application, and the processor 301 controls the execution. The processor 301 is configured to execute application program code stored in the memory 303 to implement the aspects illustrated in the foregoing method embodiments.

When an instruction for executing the propaganda and education service is acquired, the diagnosis information of the patient is determined according to the health file, keyword extraction is performed based on the diagnosis information of the patient, a plurality of propaganda and education videos corresponding to the diagnosis keywords are determined, weights are respectively given to the plurality of propaganda and education videos corresponding to the diagnosis keywords by using the weight and information matching relation, the playing priorities corresponding to the plurality of propaganda and education videos are determined according to different weights, and the propaganda and education videos are played according to the playing priority sequence, so that the patient can know more medical knowledge relevant to the patient. Through this kind of mode, based on patient's individualized information, for it provides corresponding individualized service of seeing a doctor and announces the video, promoted patient and seen a doctor and experienced.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of execution is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

acquiring a health record of a patient, and determining personalized information of the patient according to the health record, wherein the personalized information is used for representing the health condition of the patient;
judging whether the patient is a key monitored object or not according to the personalized information;
if the patient is the key monitored object, pushing a first personalized treatment service corresponding to the key monitored object for the patient;
if the patient is not the key monitored object, pushing a second personalized diagnosis service corresponding to the non-key monitored object for the patient, wherein the first personalized diagnosis service and the second personalized diagnosis service both comprise a propaganda and education service;
after an instruction for executing propaganda and education service triggered by the patient is acquired, determining the diagnosis information of the patient according to the health record;
extracting keywords based on the visit information to obtain visit keywords, and determining a plurality of propaganda and education videos corresponding to the visit keywords by utilizing the corresponding relation between the keywords and the propaganda and education videos;
according to the personalized information, weights are respectively given to a plurality of propaganda and education videos corresponding to the visit keywords by utilizing the matching relation between the weights and the information;
according to different weights of the plurality of propaganda and education videos, the playing priority corresponding to the plurality of propaganda and education videos is determined, and the propaganda and education videos are played according to the playing priority sequence corresponding to the plurality of propaganda and education videos.
2. The intelligent medical consultation method according to claim 1, wherein the keyword extraction based on the medical consultation information to obtain medical consultation keywords comprises:
extracting keywords based on the visit information to obtain initial visit keywords;
determining the sick stage corresponding to the initial clinic keyword by using the initial clinic keyword;
and combining the initial visit keywords and the sick stage to obtain the visit keywords.
3. The intelligent medical consultation method according to claim 1, wherein the playing of the announced videos according to the playing priority order corresponding to each of the announced videos comprises:
determining inpatient room information for a patient based on the patient's visit information;
determining all propaganda and education videos of other patients corresponding to the inpatient ward information of the patient and playing priorities corresponding to the propaganda and education videos;
the method comprises the steps that the playing priorities of all the propaganda and education videos in a ward are comprehensively determined by combining a plurality of propaganda and education videos of each patient in the ward and the playing priorities corresponding to the plurality of propaganda and education videos of each patient;
and playing the propaganda and education videos according to the playing priorities of all the propaganda and education videos.
4. The intelligent encounter method of claim 3 wherein the instructional video comprises recommended medication information,
according to the playing priority of all the propaganda and education videos, after the propaganda and education videos are played, the method further comprises the following steps:
after an order placing and recommending medicine instruction triggered by any patient is obtained, order placing information of the patient is obtained and sent to a medicine distribution center to finish the propaganda and education purchasing function.
5. The intelligent diagnosis method according to claim 1, wherein the first personalized diagnosis service for the key subjects further comprises a prescription order activation service, and the intelligent diagnosis method further comprises:
when an instruction for executing the prescription order activation service triggered by the patient is obtained, determining the information of the main monitored object for seeing a doctor according to the health record;
determining a prescription list of the chronic patient according to the clinic information of the key monitored object;
activating the prescription order to obtain an electronic prescription order, wherein the electronic prescription order can go to an external pharmacy to purchase prescription drugs.
6. The intelligent visiting method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the health profile of the patient, the method further comprises:
determining the type of the disease according to the health record;
and determining follow-up content corresponding to the disease type by utilizing the corresponding relation between the disease type and the follow-up content, wherein the follow-up content is used for tracking and observing the state of an illness of the patient.
7. The intelligent encounter method of any of claims 1-6 wherein the first and second personalized encounter services further comprise an ordering service, the intelligent encounter method further comprising:
when an instruction for executing food ordering service triggered by the patient is acquired, recommending food according to the personalized information of the patient;
if the patient selects the meal items except the recommended meal items, judging whether the patient can eat the meal items except the recommended meal items according to the personalized information of the patient;
and if the patient cannot eat the meal except the recommended meal, automatically canceling the selected meal except the recommended meal, and sending warning information.
8. An intelligent treatment device is characterized by comprising,
the personalized information determining module is used for acquiring a health file of a patient and determining personalized information of the patient according to the health file, wherein the personalized information is used for representing the health condition of the patient;
the key monitored object judging module is used for judging whether the patient is a key monitored object or not according to the personalized information;
the key monitored object service module is used for pushing a first personalized diagnosis service corresponding to the key monitored object for the patient if the key monitored object is the key monitored object;
a non-key monitored object service module, configured to, if not the key monitored object, push a second personalized treatment service corresponding to the non-key monitored object for the patient, where the first personalized treatment service and the second personalized treatment service both include a propaganda and education service;
the medical information determining module is used for determining medical information of the patient according to the health file after acquiring an instruction which is triggered by the patient and used for executing propaganda and education services;
the propaganda and education video determining module is used for extracting keywords based on the diagnosis information to obtain diagnosis keywords and determining a plurality of propaganda and education videos corresponding to the diagnosis keywords by utilizing the corresponding relation between the keywords and the propaganda and education videos;
the weighting module is used for respectively weighting the plurality of propaganda and education videos corresponding to the visit keywords by utilizing the matching relationship between the weights and the information according to the personalized information;
and the video playing module is used for determining the playing priority corresponding to each of the plurality of propaganda and education videos according to different weights of the plurality of propaganda and education videos and playing the propaganda and education videos according to the playing priority sequence corresponding to each of the plurality of propaganda and education videos.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor;
a memory;
at least one application, wherein the at least one application is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the at least one processor, the at least one application configured to: performing the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed in a computer, causes the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
