Description

Financial transaction accounting method based on accounting rule configuration parameters
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of transaction data accounting, in particular to a financial transaction accounting method based on accounting rule configuration parameters.
Background
By financial transactions is meant all transactions involving changes in ownership of financial assets of an institution entity, including the generation and settlement of financial debt and liability. In the financial transaction, on one hand, an organization unit forms or disposes the financial assets and offsets the later net acquisition of the financial assets; on the other hand, debt can be generated and paid out, and the net occurrence of debt is counteracted.
The existing accounting method has low adaptability, and specifically refers to the following prior art documents with reference to the application numbers: CN112613967a discloses a method for processing service transaction data in the existing document 1, which classifies all service transactions in advance and configures parameters describing the corresponding relationship between service transactions and meeting records. And the accounting engine determines the business type of the transaction according to the identification carried by the transaction flow information, inquires the preset parameters corresponding to the business type, generates bookkeeping flow and sends the bookkeeping flow to the financial system. Reference application No.: the existing file 2 of CN111699486B also discloses a method for accounting system, which collects, analyzes and documents business transactions, and stores transaction subject mapping table and entry template in advance for each transaction category. The method comprises the steps of obtaining transaction codes through analysis according to the accounting request information, inquiring accounting subjects corresponding to transactions from a prestored transaction subject mapping table, and writing transaction amount, accounting subjects and lending directions into an entry template to generate accounting information. Reference application No.: CN112785403A discloses an accounting method in existing document 3, which includes account set configuration, accounting subject configuration and account configuration based on basic configuration, and supports configuration of a service scenario and a meeting score recording template. And identifying the corresponding service scene according to the accounting code attached to the accounting data, so as to query and obtain the entry configuration to generate the voucher entry data, and performing account accounting after verifying through the loan balance rule, thereby effectively improving the system stability during service change or expansion. However, the above accounting method has the following drawbacks: loose coupling of accounting and business transaction is not fully considered, business processing rule parameters are not comprehensive enough, applicability is low, and flexibility is poor. Meanwhile, the adaptability and the convenience of the accounting system and the financial system are not considered in the prior art, when the accounting rule is configured, accounting subjects and account information need to be configured first, and therefore when the accounting subjects or accounts of the financial system are changed, the accounting subjects or accounts need to be updated synchronously.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can convert business transaction data into accounting data, reduce the strong coupling degree of business system functions and accounting rules, and enhance the fusion degree of business data and financial data. The advantages of the invention after the construction of the accounting engine are as follows:
1) The business system no longer needs to pay attention to financial billing detail rules;
the business system carries out parameterization accounting rule configuration on accounting scenes needing to be used in an accounting engine module, financial entry calculation is carried out according to a table A matching channel, a table B matching transaction and a table C after the configuration rule is completed, all matching and entry-recording conversion functions are automatically completed in the accounting engine module, and after the accounting is completed, the entry-recording data are sent to a general ledger for accounting through a routing rule configured in the table A. In the whole accounting process, the service system does not need to pay attention to accounting knowledge, and only needs to carry out service data butt joint according to an externally exposed interface of an accounting engine; and the accounting function provided by the accounting engine is realized, and the business system is not carried out based on the traditional mode of accounting entry of the business system and the accounting system. The account checking can be quickly completed only by the business system and the accounting engine to check the single business processing state, and the specific entry account checking is handed to the accounting engine and the general account for account checking; the complexity and difficulty of operations such as business system bookkeeping, red rush, account wiping, account checking and the like are greatly reduced on the whole.
2) The configuration of the accounting rules is diversified;
the accounting engine provides a table A, a table B and a table C, the accounting engine is configured, business is split from the mechanism or industry dimension through the table A, a specific business scene is defined based on the table B, and the table C provides the configuration of accounting entry conversion; through the integral relation, the accounting engine not only supports the accounting of a certain scene, but also pre-configures the parameters of the table A, the table B and the table C in the accounting engine module, and then the business system is in butt joint with the finance through the accounting engine. Not only is the coupling degree between a business system and a financial system reduced, but also the diversity of the accounting engine in butting the financial general ledger is expanded; the adaptability of the accounting method is improved.
3) The decoupling of a business system and a financial system is realized;
by building an accounting engine between the business system and the general ledger system, the business system and the general ledger are not in a strong coupling state. The accounting engine provides two docking modes of synchronization and asynchronization for the outside, the business system selects a proper mode to dock according to the actual requirement of the business system, and all process data generated by docking are processed by the accounting engine; the service system realizes asynchronous execution of service processing and financial accounting by butting an accounting engine asynchronous interface, and provides better user experience for the service system; by routing configuration in the accounting engine table a, the business system no longer needs to directly focus on the general ledger. When the general ledger needs to be replaced, the routing mode is switched to a new general ledger through an accounting engine, and therefore the work of interface change, system function development and the like brought to a service system is reduced.
4) The business system has more choices for connecting finance;
because the business system carries out the accounting through the butt joint accounting engine, and the accounting engine provides the route matching for the butt joint general ledger, the accounting is not only based on the accounting of a single general ledger for the business system, but also can support the accounting of a plurality of general ledgers and a plurality of subject systems through the route configured by the accounting engine.
Advantages of additional aspects of the invention will be set forth in part in the description of the embodiments which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.
