5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the metering requirements associated with the metering parameters based on the metering requirements, wherein at least one of the metering requirements corresponds to the metering parameters, comprises:
drawing a system UML flow chart according to the metering requirement, wherein the system UML flow chart comprises an association relation among the standard metering parameters;
acquiring the standard metering requirement corresponding to the standard metering parameter in the system UML flow chart according to the metering requirement; wherein at least one of the standard metrology requirements corresponds to the standard metrology parameter.
6. The method for managing metering data information according to claim 5, wherein establishing a metering information database according to the corresponding relationship between the metering parameters and the metering requirements comprises:
and establishing a metering information database according to the corresponding relation between the standard metering parameters and the standard metering requirements, wherein the metering information database comprises the standard metering parameters and the standard metering requirements, and the standard metering parameters correspond to the standard metering requirements one to one.

acquiring a metering parameter to be measured;
searching the standard metering parameter corresponding to the metering parameter to be measured according to the metering information database;
determining the corresponding standard metering requirement according to the standard metering parameter;
and determining the metering requirement of the metering parameter to be measured according to the standard metering requirement.
8. A metering data information management apparatus, comprising:
