Claims (10)

1. A cotton picker lubricating device is characterized by comprising a lubricating oil way for providing lubricating grease for a cotton picking mechanism and a hydraulic oil way for providing power for the lubricating oil way and controlling the starting and stopping of the lubricating oil way;
the lubricating oil path comprises a grease box (10) and a first hydraulic pump (81), and the first hydraulic pump (81) is used for pumping the grease in the grease box (10) to the cotton picking mechanism;
the hydraulic oil circuit comprises an oil tank (1) for storing hydraulic oil, a second hydraulic pump (3), an electromagnetic valve (6) and a motor (82), wherein the second hydraulic pump (3), the electromagnetic valve (6) and the motor (82) are sequentially connected; the electromagnetic valve (6) is used for controlling the on-off of the hydraulic oil circuit so as to control the starting and stopping of the motor (82);
the motor (82) is coaxially arranged with the first hydraulic pump (81) and synchronously rotates.

The cotton picker lubricating device according to claim 1, wherein the outlet of the first hydraulic pump (81) is connected with a main manifold block (12) and a pressure sensor (13), the main manifold block (12) is provided with a plurality of oil outlets, one of the oil outlets is connected with the pressure sensor (13), and the rest of the oil outlets are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of cotton picking heads of the cotton picking mechanism;
the main path multi-way block (12) is used for conveying the lubricating grease to the cotton picking head, and the pressure sensor (13) is used for measuring the pressure at an oil outlet of the main path multi-way block (12).
3. The cotton picker lubricating apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising an alarm mechanism for giving an alarm when the pressure measured by the pressure sensor (13) is abnormal.
4. The cotton picker lubricating device according to claim 2, wherein the main branch multi-way block (12) is connected with a branch multi-way block (14), the branch multi-way block (14) is provided with a plurality of oil outlets and throttle valves (15) arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the oil outlets, and the throttle valves (15) are used for controlling the oil outlet flow of the oil outlets of the branch multi-way block (14) corresponding to the throttle valves.
5. The cotton picker lubricating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the manifold blocks (14) are connected with oil cups (16) for manual lubrication.
6. The cotton picker lubricating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a grease filter (11) is provided between the outlet of the first hydraulic pump (81) and the main manifold block (12).

The cotton picker lubricating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein a hydraulic damper (7) is connected between the solenoid valve (6) and the motor (82), the hydraulic damper (7) being used for regulating the flow of hydraulic oil into the motor (82) to regulate the rotation speed of the motor (82).
8. The cotton picker lubricating device according to claim 7, wherein the oil inlet of the second hydraulic pump (3) is connected with an oil suction filter (2);
and/or an oil outlet of the motor (82) is connected with an oil return filter (9).
9. The cotton picker lubricating device according to claim 7, wherein a one-way valve (5) is connected between an oil outlet of the second hydraulic pump (3) and the electromagnetic valve (6);
and/or an oil outlet of the second hydraulic pump (3) is connected with a safety valve (4), and an oil outlet of the safety valve (4) is connected with the oil tank (1).
10. A control method applied to the lubricating device of the cotton picker according to any one of claims 3 to 8, comprising:
acquiring the oil pressure of a lubricating oil path measured by a pressure sensor (13);
judging whether the oil pressure of the lubricating oil way is within a preset range, and if so, controlling a motor (82) to normally act; if not, entering the next step;
judging whether the oil pressure of the lubricating oil way is larger than or equal to the maximum value of the preset range, if so, controlling the electromagnetic valve (6) to lose power, stopping the motor (82) from rotating, and controlling an alarm mechanism to send out high-pressure warning information; if not, entering the next step;
and controlling the electromagnetic valve (6) to lose power, stopping the motor (82) from rotating, and controlling the alarm mechanism to send out low-voltage warning information.
