Before the hinge reinforcing plate 31 and the hinge body 33 are fastened to each other, the pressing piece 32 is mounted on the hinge reinforcing plate 31.
The pressing sheet 32 comprises a first sheet body and a second sheet body, one surface of the first sheet body is attached to the outer edge 12 of the observation window glass 1, and the other surface of the first sheet body is attached to the flanging 311; the second sheet body extends from the first sheet body and is turned over to wrap the turned edge 311; the structure that the pressing sheet 32 wraps the flanging 311 prevents the flanging 311 from scratching assembly personnel in the assembly process, and the pressing sheet and the flanging are mutually restricted, so that the purpose of positioning treatment is achieved.
At least one protrusion 321 is further disposed on the surface of the first sheet body of the pressing sheet 32, preferably, two protrusions 321 may be symmetrically disposed on the surface of the first sheet body, and two through holes are correspondingly disposed on the hinge reinforcing plate 31, and the size of the through holes matches with the protrusions 321 of the pressing sheet 32; one of the through holes is a slotted hole, so that the assembling position is prevented from being deviated and dislocated and cannot be attached.
The claw is additionally arranged at the edge of the second sheet body, so that after the through hole of the hinge reinforcing plate 31 is matched and positioned with the protrusion 321 of the pressing plate 32, the claw is reused to clamp the hinge reinforcing plate 31, the pressing plate 32 cannot freely fall off from the hinge reinforcing plate 31 after being assembled, and the pressing plate 32 is prevented from automatically falling off or being lost when the hinge reinforcing plate 31 is disassembled and maintained.
In order to ensure that the observation window glass 1 and the frame body of the inner frame 2 are positioned more stably and reliably in the axial translation direction, the pressing block 4 is additionally used for positioning the observation window glass 1.
The pressing block 4 is an elastic body, and preferably, the pressing block 4 is made of a plastic material; the pressing pieces 4 are provided at least two places along the outer edge 12 of the sight glass 1 and on both sides of the hinge mechanism 3. T3: the window screen 5 is connected with the inner frame 2.
T4: the rubber plug 9 is connected with the inner frame 2.
In the step T1, the door hook 7 is arranged on the opposite side of the hinge mechanism 3, penetrates through the inner frame 2 and is fixedly connected with the inner frame 2 through a screw.
In the step T2, the middle frame 6 further includes a display screen 61, and the display screen 61 is first arranged on the middle frame 6 and is fixedly clamped with the middle frame 6; the sealing structure is arranged around the display screen 61 to prevent the water vapor from corroding and short-circuiting the electric elements.
The periphery of the middle frame 6 is provided with buckles which are matched with the buckles of the inner frame 2, so that the nail-free connection is realized, and the destructiveness of the structure is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A door body of a drum washing machine is characterized by comprising:
