The thermochromic product is mainly applied to series products of human body temperature sensing and can also be used as an anti-counterfeiting design.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The tableware is made of environment-friendly PVC, mainly adopts PVC paste resin, PVC blending resin and PVC resin, is nontoxic and odorless, meets the GB4806.7-2016 standard of the mandatory national tableware requirement, and is safe, environment-friendly and pollution-free.
(2) The tableware has a heat insulation effect, when the temperature of tableware containing food is too high, only the normal weather environment temperature exists on the outer layer of hand contact, the tableware cannot feel hot to the hand, other articles are not needed to be padded between the tableware and the hand during use, the hidden danger that the human body is scalded by the high-temperature food is avoided, the tableware is convenient to use, and the use experience effect of the tableware is improved.
(3) The main raw materials of the tableware are PVC resin, the toughness is good, the formula is subjected to tests for numerous times, the hardness of the tableware manufactured under the raw materials in the proportion is 85-95 degrees, the impact force of 60-80 kilograms can be borne, the tableware is not easy to break, the tableware is not easy to damage due to falling and collision at ordinary times, and the human body is not easy to be injured due to tableware fragments if the tableware is damaged due to excessive impact.
(4) The surface of the tableware has certain toughness, and when the tableware is used, if the tableware is contacted and collided with each other, the noise can not occur, the noise can be reduced by 50 to 70 percent, and the tableware is not easy to interfere users or surrounding people due to the noise.
(5) The tableware has the temperature sensing and color changing powder, when the food temperature that the tableware is equipped with is more than 28 degrees, the food contact surface top layer can vary the colour of different depths according to the temperature of difference, and is more pleasing to the eye, improves experience effect, can play the suggestion effect simultaneously, especially child when having the tableware, can judge the temperature of food in the tableware, eat again according to the temperature condition, avoids the food high temperature to scald the human body, improves performance and experience effect.
(6) The tableware is heat-resistant and cold-resistant, has good heat stability, light stability, water resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance, can be kept stable in daily life, no matter in winter or summer, no matter under the conditions of high temperature, much oil and the like, is long in use time, is not easy to fade, has better using effect and is wide in application range.
(7) The preparation method has the advantages of easy demoulding, no adhesion, no cracking, bubbling, scorching and other phenomena during the forming, simple and convenient process operation, low cost, short preparation period, good tableware quality, pure and bright color, and obvious economic benefit after being put into practical production.

Example 1
The formula of the PVC tableware comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: PVC paste resin: 30%, PVC blend resin: 35%, PVC resin: 12%, plasticizer 20%, stabilizer: 1%, viscosity reducer: 2 percent.
Example 2
The formula of the PVC tableware comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: PVC paste resin: 34.6%, PVC blend resin: 32.5%, PVC resin: 10.8%, plasticizer 15.6%, stabilizer: 2.2%, viscosity reducer: 4.3 percent.
Example 3
The formula of the PVC tableware comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: PVC paste resin: 40%, PVC blend resin: 32%, PVC resin: 8%, plasticizer 11%, stabilizer: 3%, viscosity reducer: 6 percent.
Example 4
The formula of the PVC tableware comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: PVC paste resin: 40%, PVC blend resin: 30%, PVC resin: 12%, dioctyl terephthalate: 2%, DNTXIB: 12%, heat resistant oil: 1%, stabilizer: 1%, viscosity reducer: 2 percent.
Example 5
The formula of the PVC tableware comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: PVC paste resin: 40%, PVC blend resin: 31%, PVC resin: 8%, dioctyl terephthalate: 6%, DNTXIB: 8%, heat resistant oil: 2%, stabilizer: 3%, viscosity reducer: 2 percent.
Example 6
The formula of the PVC tableware comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: PVC paste resin: 34.6%, PVC blend resin: 32.5%, PVC resin: 10.8%, dioctyl terephthalate: 4.3%, DNTXIB:10%, heat resistant oil: 1.3%, calcium and zinc without phenol: 2.2%, viscosity reducer: 4.3 percent.
Example 7
A manufacturing method of PVC tableware comprises the following steps:
s1: pouring various raw materials according to the formula proportion into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred to form liquid PVC, and toning in a vacuum environment, wherein the toned toner is temperature-sensitive variable toner;
s2, pouring the liquid with the well-mixed color into a charging container, and setting the dosage required by tableware manufacturing;
s3: injecting the PVC liquid with the set dosage into a mold, covering and locking, and then putting the mold into a vinyl machine with the set temperature and time for refining, wherein the set temperature is 270 ℃ and the time is 230 seconds;
and S4, after the set time is over, drawing the die out of the die for water cooling, and then opening the cooled die cover to take out the tableware.
Example 8
A manufacturing method of PVC tableware comprises the following steps:
s1: pouring various raw materials according to the formula proportion into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred to form liquid PVC, and toning in a vacuum environment, wherein the toned toner is temperature-sensitive variable toner;
s2, pouring the liquid with the well-mixed color into a charging container, and setting the dosage required by tableware manufacturing;
s3: injecting the PVC liquid with the set dosage into a mold, covering and locking, and then putting the mold into a vinyl machine with the set temperature and time for refining, wherein the set temperature is 290 ℃, and the time is 250 seconds;
and S4, after the set time is over, drawing the die out of the die for water cooling, and then opening the cooled die cover to take out the tableware.
Example 9
A manufacturing method of PVC tableware comprises the following steps:
s1: pouring various raw materials according to the formula proportion into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred to form liquid PVC, and toning in a vacuum environment, wherein the toned toner is temperature-sensitive variable toner;
s2, pouring the liquid with the well-mixed color into a charging container, and setting the dosage required by tableware manufacturing;
s3: injecting the PVC liquid with the set dosage into a mold, covering and locking, and then putting the mold into a vinyl machine with the set temperature and time for refining, wherein the set temperature is 280 ℃ and the time is 240 seconds;
and S4, after the set time is over, drawing the die out of the die for water cooling, and then opening the cooled die cover to take out the tableware.
The quality of the manufactured tableware is detected according to the detection standard GB4806.7-2016, and the number of the detection report is SHF2208028-01, so that the following detection results are obtained:
the tableware is made of environment-friendly PVC, mainly adopts PVC paste resin, PVC blending resin and PVC resin, is nontoxic, odorless and non-fading, accords with the healthy use standard of tableware, and cannot cause harm to human bodies.
The hardness values of the tableware manufactured in the above examples 1 to 9 measured by the shore hardness test method are respectively: example 1 had a hardness of 92 degrees, example 2 had a hardness of 88 degrees, example 3 had a hardness of 90 degrees, example 4 had a hardness of 85 degrees, example 5 had a hardness of 94 degrees, example 6 had a hardness of 89 degrees, example 7 had a hardness of 93 degrees, example 8 had a hardness of 85 degrees, and example 9 had a hardness of 91 degrees.
The tableware is made by mutually interacting the components in the formula, has high heat insulation, high hardness, bright color, soft and tough surface, thermochromic property, heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, ageing resistance and high stability, has various excellent properties, can adapt to different conditions, has wide application range, good use effect, good experience feeling, simple manufacturing method, short period, low cost, high quality of the made tableware and good benefit, and can be reused as a reclaimed material after being completely recycled and treated, thereby improving the utilization rate of the material.

The formula of the PVC tableware is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: PVC paste resin: 30-40%, PVC blend resin: 30-35%, PVC resin: 8-12%, plasticizer 11-20%, stabilizer: 1-3%, viscosity reducer: 2-6%, and the sum of the percentage contents of all the components is 100%.
2. The formulation for PVC tableware according to claim 1, wherein said PVC paste resin: 34.6%, PVC blend resin: 32.5%, PVC resin: 10.8%, plasticizer 15.6%, stabilizer: 2.2%, viscosity reducer: 4.3 percent.
3. The formulation of PVC tableware according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said plasticizer is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight, dioctyl terephthalate: 2-6%, DNTXIB:8-12%, heat-resistant oil: 1 to 2 percent.
4. The formulation of claim 3, wherein the stabilizer is calcium zinc phenate free.
5. The formulation for PVC tableware according to claim 4, wherein said PVC paste resin: 34.6%, PVC blend resin: 32.5%, PVC resin: 10.8%, dioctyl terephthalate: 4.3%, DNTXIB:10%, heat resistant oil: 1.3%, calcium and zinc without phenol: 2.2%, viscosity reducer: 4.3 percent.
6. A method of making PVC tableware according to any one of claims 1 to 5 including the steps of:
s1: pouring various raw materials according to the formula proportion into a stirrer for uniformly stirring to form liquid PVC, and toning in a vacuum environment;
s2, pouring the liquid with the well-mixed color into a charging container, and setting the dosage required by tableware manufacturing;
s3: injecting the PVC liquid with the set dosage into the mold, covering and locking, and then putting the mold into a vinyl machine with the set temperature and time for refining to obtain the PVC pipe;
and S4, after the set time is over, drawing the die out of the die for water cooling, and then opening the cooled die cover to take out the tableware.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the temperature set in S3 is 270-290 ℃ for 230-250 seconds.
8. The method for manufacturing PVC tableware according to claim 6, wherein the color-adjusting toner in S1 is thermochromic toner.
