Wherein the bubble water can reduce the concentrated Juice or extracted Juice to 100% Juice, and can also convert into Juice Soda (Juice Soda)'. In one embodiment, beverage brewing apparatus 10 can receive tubular container 14, used alone or in combination, to provide a wide variety of brewed beverages.
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing an embodiment of a circuit system of the beverage brewing apparatus, which mainly includes a microprocessor 20, and various functions and circuit components connected to the microprocessor 20, and the embodiment shows the main components including a tubular container 201, a scanning module 203, an interface control module 205, a parameter control module 207, a water feeding module 209, a temperature control module 211, a water outlet module 213, and a gas filling module 215. Microprocessor 20 is used to control the operation of the beverage brewing apparatus, including processing information for various functions or circuit elements.
According to an embodiment, when the tubular container 201 carrying the identifier 222 is inserted into the beverage brewing apparatus, the microprocessor 20 detects the presence of the tubular container 201 through related structure or electrical signals, and controls the scanning module 203 to scan the identifier 222. The identifier 222 may be an identification pattern, such as a one-dimensional or two-dimensional bar code, or a specifically coded pattern, such as a quick response matrix code, abbreviated as QR code; the RFID tag is a radio frequency identification tag (RFID tag) in which a radio identification signal is recorded. The scanning module 203 is a scanner for reading the information recorded therein, such as an identification pattern or a wireless identification tag.
The microprocessor 20 obtains brewing parameters read from the identifier 222 by the scanning module 203, and then, in one embodiment, the beverage brewing apparatus is provided with an interface control module 205 that prompts the brewing parameters to the user or provides modified functions. For example, a display panel is provided, wherein the brewing parameters read this time are displayed. For example, the various formulations of the extraction solutions described by the identifier 22, provided by the manufacturer of the contents of the tubular container 201, are encoded by the brewing parameters described in the identifier 222, such as the ratio of water, the water temperature, the additive composition, and the brewing time, pressure, temperature, or air bubble, which are related to how the beverage is brewed, and the microprocessor 20 can be set according to the parameters obtained by reading the bar codes to automatically brew tea or fruit juice according to the parameters described by the bar codes.
The proposed interface control module 205 provides a user interface, such as a touch panel, a button, etc., so that the user can modify brewing parameters according to his/her preference, or agree with a default value provided by the manufacturer, and then continue the subsequent brewing process after the determination.
Then, the microprocessor 20 provides the sensed brewing parameters to the parameter control module 207 to generate operation parameters for controlling the circuit elements of the water feeding module 209, the temperature control module 211, the water discharging module 213, and the air adding module 215.
For example, the water delivery module 209 may include a pump (pump) connected to the water tank, and may control the amount and flow rate of the supplied water according to the operation parameters generated by the parameter control module 207, and deliver the water to a water tank via a pipeline and output the water to the tubular container 201, and the water delivery module 209 may also monitor the amount of water in the water tank and the water tank. The water tank is provided with a temperature control module 211 which can control the temperature of refrigeration or heating and a temperature control time sequence according to operation parameters so as to control the temperature of the contents in the tubular container 201, and some brewing processes need to be heated or cooled rapidly or slowly. When the contents of the brew remain in the tubular container 201, the water outlet module 213 determines the water outlet time and flow rate from the tubular container 201 according to the operation parameters, and then the air-entraining module 215 can be controlled to determine whether to entrain air bubbles in the produced beverage or determine the energy of the entrained air bubbles according to the operation parameters.
It is mentioned here that the water tank, the water tank and the transported water can be replaced by other liquids, and after the water is processed by the water feeding module 209, the temperature control module 211, the water outlet module 213 and the air adding module 215, the contents in the tubular container 201 are brewed and finally output to a specific container.
Furthermore, the content of the tubular container 201 can be a single component material (such as tea leaf, coffee powder) or a mixture of multiple components mixed in a specific ratio, and in one embodiment, the tubular container 201 can be a combination of multiple (two or more) tubular containers filled with different contents, and the proper beverage is brewed by the design of brewing parameters. The tubular container used in the beverage brewing apparatus described in the above embodiments preferably has an elongated tubular wall, the tubular wall may be a cylindrical or square column or a column of other shape, the tubular wall is preferably made of recyclable or recyclable material, particularly heat-resistant and pressure-resistant material, and the tubular wall and the openings at both ends thereof form a space for filling brewing material. The entrance and exit of the two ends of the tubular container are a barrier structure, can be made of permeable or pierceable materials, can be designed into films, can be made of permeable materials or water-soluble materials, and if the water-soluble materials are soluble materials, the water-soluble materials can be dissolved when contacting water or special liquid injected from the outside, so that the beverage is brewed and output.
In one embodiment, the blocking structure may be designed as a film, and when the water pressure reaches a certain value, the film is broken to allow the beverage to flow out; or the blocking structures at the two ends of the tubular container can be designed into a gate, and when the water pressure reaches a certain degree, the gate is opened by the pressure of the beverage in the tubular container, and the beverage flows out of the tubular container.
It is worth mentioning that when the tube container is applied to a specific beverage brewing device, each type of beverage brewing device can be compatible with the tube container or respectively incompatible, but the design of the tube container should be in accordance with the specification of the beverage brewing device to be compatible, including the length, the outlet diameter, the material, the content weight, the components and the characteristics of the tube container, and the like, or otherwise, the tube container is not compatible with the specific beverage brewing device.
