Abstract
The invention discloses a general sand setting pile type ship and a heavy marine platform fixing device, and relates to a novel ship anchor design concept in a ship manufacturing process. The invention is suitable for the requirements of large-scale marine work platforms and large-scale ships on long-term mooring in the sea, and can be loaded at the bottom of the ship in an operation room, or can be loaded at any time at the outer side of a ship body structure and attached at the outer side of the ship body through the vacuum adsorption. The invention puts the sand-setting pile to the seabed after the ship body is anchored, the multi-angle barb type blade anchor head extends out from the pile body through the electric rotary digging sand drilling device, and the small sonar detection device is arranged on the anchor head to detect the water regime and the sand bottom condition in time. The anchor head moors the vessel by firmly biting into the sand bottom.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of large marine work platforms and large ship berthing, in particular to a sand setting pile type ship and a heavy marine work platform fixing device.
Background
Most of the traditional ship anchors used by large ships at present are chain ship anchors, such as rodless anchors, rod anchors, special anchors and the like. Most of traditional ship anchors are hooked on reefs to maintain relative fixation of ships, and although the holding power is large, the traditional ship anchors also have the problems of inconvenience in retraction and release, poor safety, high requirement on soil quality, easiness in rusting of the ship anchors, easiness in breaking of anchor chains and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a sand setting pile type ship and a heavy marine platform fixing device. Once the sand setting pile is filled with sand, the head of the sand setting pile can rotate to open the electric sand drilling device to perform seabed sand drilling operation, and the multi-angle barb type blade is extended out of the electric sand drilling device to firmly bite the inside of the sand bottom with the depth of at least 10-50 meters. The multi-angle barb type leaf claws are large in distance to prevent the broken stone from being blocked, meanwhile, a multi-beam small sonar device is loaded on the sand drilling device and can emit beams vertically downwards to detect the underwater condition, and after the sensor inside collects sonar transmission information, the sand entering depth of the anchor head can be adjusted by the electronic sand drilling rotary drilling device inside according to the underwater sand beach condition and the soil quality condition. The sand setting pile type anchor head has the advantage of large gripping power, the gripping weight ratio of a single sand setting pile can reach 20, meanwhile, the sand setting pile type structure well avoids the problem that a chain type anchor head is easy to appear in the past, and a hydraulic device in the pile can enable the anchor head to freely stretch out and draw back in and out of a pile body. The cross type telescopic anchor rod is high in elastic strength and not prone to breaking, and after the ship is placed to the seabed through the sand setting pile, the large ship can be stably moored on the sea for years without any problem.
