Abstract
The invention relates to a PVC double-color colored pattern particle elastic floor and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of floors, wherein the PVC double-color colored pattern particle elastic floor comprises a PVC floor and double-color colored pattern particles, and the double-color colored pattern particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of PVC resin, 50-100 parts of calcium carbonate, 40-70 parts of Dop plasticizer, 10-13 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 10-20 parts of acr processing aid, 0.5-1.5 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.5-1.5 parts of stearic acid, 10-20 parts of composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 5-10 parts of composite flame retardant and 10-20 parts of pigment. The PVC double-color colored pattern particle elastic floor has a flat surface, and double-color colored pattern particles and the floor are integrated into a whole, so that a semi-transparent effect is achieved; the scratch resistance is good, the wear resistance is good, and the wear resistance grade reaches the T grade; the environment-friendly property is good, no heavy metal exists, and the polyethylene monomer is almost zero; the flame retardance is good.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of floors, in particular to a PVC double-color colored pattern particle elastic floor and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Floor, i.e. the surface layer of the floor or floor of a house. Made of wood or other material. 100-120 parts of PVC resin, 50-100 parts of calcium carbonate, 40-70 parts of Dop plasticizer, 10-13 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 10-20 parts of acr processing aid, 0.5-1.5 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.5-1.5 parts of stearic acid, 10-20 parts of composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 5-10 parts of composite flame retardant and 10-20 parts of pigment.

adding the raw materials into a stirrer and stirring at high temperature;
cooling;
tabletting;

As a further technical scheme of the invention, the high-temperature stirring is high-speed stirring at 85-90 ℃ for 6-8min; the cooling is natural cooling in a cooling container, the tabletting is extrusion of a sheet in a double-roller open mill, and the granulation is crushing by a crusher to produce double-color colored flower particles with the particle size of 0.1-1 mm.
As a further technical scheme of the invention, the PVC floor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-110 parts of PVC resin, 40-70 parts of Dop plasticizer, 3-10 parts of compound calcium-zinc stabilizer, 3-10 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 100-180 parts of calcium carbonate, 15-25 parts of white carbon black, 7-10 parts of compound flame retardant, 0.5-0.8 part of stearic acid, 0.3-0.7 part of polyethylene wax, 1-2 parts of ACR processing aid and 1-10 parts of pigment.
As a further technical scheme of the invention, the polymerization degree of the PVC resin is 800-1000, the particle size of the calcium carbonate is 800-1700 meshes, and the molecular weight of the ethylene propylene diene monomer is 20000-40000.
A preparation method of a PVC double-color colored particle elastic floor comprises the following steps:
mixing the raw materials;
cooling;
extruding a plate;
compounding a wear-resistant layer;
scattering bicolor colored flower particles on the wear-resistant layer;
pressing and embossing at high temperature;
cutting off edge strips;
UV coating;
cooling a finished product;
cutting and rolling off;
polishing

7. the double-color colored flower particles are flexible and flexible to manufacture, can be controlled more or less according to the using amount, do not need to be stored, reduce the loss and reduce the manufacturing cost;
8. the environment-friendly polyethylene composite material is good in environmental protection property and free of heavy metal, the polyethylene monomer is almost zero, and the polyethylene composite material can be used in public places such as railways, trains, high-speed rails, automobiles, airplanes, exhibition halls, stadiums and the like after being qualified through railway traffic detection;

Detailed Description
Example 1
A preparation method of a PVC double-color colored pattern particle elastic floor comprises the following steps:
mixing raw materials: adding 1000g of PVC resin serving as a raw material, 400g of a Dop plasticizer, 30g of a composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 30g of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 1000g of calcium carbonate, 150g of white carbon black, 70g of a composite flame retardant, 5g of stearic acid, 3g of polyethylene wax, 10g of acr processing aid and 10g of pigment into a high-speed stirring pot, and stirring at 80 ℃ for 10min;
and (3) cooling: discharging into a cooling container for natural cooling;
extruding a plate: extruding the board by a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw of the extruder is 39r/min, the thickness of the floor is 3mm, and the width of the floor is 2m;
compounding a wear-resistant layer: the compounding temperature is 100 ℃, and the thickness of the wear-resistant layer is 0.1mm;
scattering bicolor colored flower particles on the wear-resistant layer: uniformly scattering the preheated bicolor colored flower particles on the wear-resistant layer (a flower scattering machine or manual scattering can be used);
high-temperature pressing and embossing: entering a three-roller calender for high-temperature calendering and embossing, wherein the speed of the calender is 0.3r/min, the temperature is 55 ℃, and the gap of the calender is required to be consistent with the thickness of a plate;
cutting off edge strips: cutting off 5cm edge strips, and recycling;
UV coating: the surface of the PVC floor is coated with the UV coating for protection, so that the scratch resistance is improved, and high-temperature radiation generated during the curing of the UV coating penetrates through the floor; the PVC floor releases the molecular internal stress at a high temperature, the effect similar to metal tempering is achieved, and the shrinkage rate of the PVC floor is reduced; the power of the UV curing lamp is 20 kilowatts, and the curing speed is 0.1 meter/min;
cooling a finished product;
cutting and rolling off;
polishing: the grinding machine is used for grinding the back surface of the PVC floor, so that the finished product can be smoothly paved; the key points are that the paper must be rolled down and then polished in time, and then the paper is tiled, cooled and placed for 10 hours after polishing and then packaged.
The bicolor colored flower particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1000g of PVC resin, 500g of calcium carbonate, 400g of Dop plasticizer, 100g of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 100g of ACR processing aid, 5g of polyethylene wax, 5g of stearic acid, 100g of composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 50g of composite flame retardant and 100g of bicolor pigment.
The bicolor colored flower particles are prepared by the following method:
adding the raw materials into a stirrer, and stirring at 85 deg.C for 8min;
and (3) cooling: naturally cooling in a cooling container;
tabletting: extruding the sheet at 150 ℃ by a double-roller open mill;
and (3) granulation: crushing the mixture by a crusher to produce the bicolor colored flower particles with the particle size of 0.1 mm.
Example 2
A preparation method of a PVC double-color colored pattern particle elastic floor comprises the following steps:
mixing raw materials: 1050g of raw material PVC resin, 550g of Dop plasticizer, 70g of composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 70g of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 1500g of calcium carbonate, 200g of white carbon black, 85g of composite flame retardant, 7g of stearic acid, 5g of polyethylene wax, 15g of acr processing aid and 50g of pigment are added into a high-speed stirring pot and stirred for 8min at the temperature of 95 ℃;
and (3) cooling: discharging into a cooling container for natural cooling;
extruding a plate: extruding a plate by a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw of the extruder is 39r/min, the thickness of the floor is 3mm, and the width of the floor is 2m;
compounding a wear-resistant layer: the compounding temperature is 100 ℃, and the thickness of the wear-resistant layer is 0.1mm;
scattering bicolor colored flower particles on the wear-resistant layer: uniformly scattering the preheated bicolor colored flower particles on the wear-resistant layer (a flower scattering machine or manual scattering can be used);
high-temperature pressing and embossing: entering a three-roller calender for high-temperature calendering and embossing, wherein the speed of the calender is 1.0r/min, the temperature is 125 ℃, and the gap of the calender is required to be consistent with the thickness of a plate;
cutting off edge strips: cutting off 5cm edge strips, and recycling;
UV coating: the surface of the PVC floor is coated with the UV coating in a rolling way for protection, so that the scratch resistance is improved, and high-temperature radiation generated during the curing of the UV coating penetrates through the floor; the PVC floor releases the molecular internal stress at a high temperature, the effect similar to metal tempering is achieved, and the shrinkage rate of the PVC floor is reduced; the power of the UV curing lamp is 20 kilowatts, and the curing speed is 0.4 meter/min;
cooling a finished product;
cutting and rolling off;
polishing: the grinding machine is used for grinding the back surface of the PVC floor, so that the finished product can be smoothly paved; the key points are that the steel wire is rolled down and then polished in time, and then the steel wire is tiled, cooled and placed for 15 hours after polishing and then packaged.
The bicolor colored flower particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1100g of PVC resin, 750g of calcium carbonate, 550g of Dop plasticizer, 115g of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 150g of ACR processing aid, 10g of polyethylene wax, 10g of stearic acid, 150g of composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 75g of composite flame retardant and 150g of pigment.
The bicolor colored flower particles are prepared by the following method:
adding the raw materials into a stirrer, and stirring at 88 deg.C for 7min;
and (3) cooling: naturally cooling in a cooling container;
tabletting: extruding the sheet at 150 ℃ by a double-roller open mill;
and (3) granulation: crushing the mixture by a crusher to obtain the double-color colored flower particles with the particle size of 0.5 mm.
Example 3
A preparation method of a PVC double-color colored pattern particle elastic floor comprises the following steps:
mixing raw materials: 1100g of PVC resin, 700g of Dop plasticizer, 100g of composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 100g of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 1800g of calcium carbonate, 250g of white carbon black, 100g of composite flame retardant, 8g of stearic acid, 7g of polyethylene wax, 20g of acr processing aid and 100g of pigment are added into a high-speed stirring pot and stirred for 5min at the temperature of 110 ℃;
and (3) cooling: discharging into a cooling container for natural cooling;
extruding a plate: extruding the board by a double-screw extruder, wherein the rotating speed of a screw of the extruder is 39r/min, the thickness of the floor is 3mm, and the width of the floor is 2m;
compounding the wear-resistant layer: the compounding temperature is 100 ℃, and the thickness of the wear-resistant layer is 0.1mm;
scattering bicolor colored flower particles on the wear-resistant layer: uniformly scattering the preheated bicolor colored flower particles on the wear-resistant layer (a flower scattering machine or manual scattering can be used);
high-temperature pressing and embossing: entering a three-roller calender for high-temperature calendering and embossing, wherein the speed of the calender is 1.5r/min, the temperature is 55 ℃, and the gap of the calender is required to be consistent with the thickness of a plate;
cutting off edge strips: cutting off 5cm edge strips, and recycling;
UV coating: the surface of the PVC floor is coated with the UV coating for protection, so that the scratch resistance is improved, and high-temperature radiation generated during the curing of the UV coating penetrates through the floor; the PVC floor releases the molecular internal stress at a high temperature, the effect similar to metal tempering is achieved, and the shrinkage rate of the PVC floor is reduced; the power of the UV curing lamp is 20 kilowatts, and the curing speed is 0.7 m/min;

polishing: the grinding machine is used for grinding the back surface of the PVC floor, so that the finished product can be smoothly paved; the key points are that the roll must be rolled down and then polished in time, and the rolled paper is laid flat, cooled and placed for 20 hours after polishing and then packaged.
The bicolor colored flower particles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1200g of PVC resin, 1000g of calcium carbonate, 700g of Dop plasticizer, 100g of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 200g of ACR processing aid, 15g of polyethylene wax, 15g of stearic acid, 200g of composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 100g of composite flame retardant and 20 parts of pigment.
The bicolor colored flower particles are prepared by the following method:
adding the raw materials into a stirrer, and stirring at high speed at 90 deg.C for 6min;
and (3) cooling: naturally cooling in a cooling container;
tabletting: extruding the sheet by a double-roller open mill at 150 ℃;
and (3) granulation: crushing the mixture by a crusher to obtain double-color colored flower particles with the particle size of 1 mm.
The polymerization degree of the PVC resin used in the embodiment is 800-1000, the particle size of the calcium carbonate is 800-1700 meshes, and the molecular weight of the ethylene propylene diene monomer is 20000-40000.
Examples of the experiments
The PVC flooring prepared in example 2 was tested, and the test items and results are shown in the following table.
Therefore, the PVC floor prepared in the embodiment 2 has good environmental protection property and no heavy metal, the polyethylene monomer is almost zero, and the PVC floor can be used in public places such as railways, trains, high-speed rails, automobiles, airplanes, exhibition halls, stadiums and the like after being qualified through railway transportation detection; the flame retardance is good, PVC has certain flame retardance and oxygen index is about 21 when the flame retardance is not achieved, the oxygen index reaches more than 32 or even higher after the composite flame retardant is added in the formula, and the flame retardance reaches the flame-retardant level; simple equipment, small power consumption and low processing cost.

100-120 parts of PVC resin, 50-100 parts of calcium carbonate, 40-70 parts of Dop plasticizer, 10-13 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 10-20 parts of acr processing aid, 0.5-1.5 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.5-1.5 parts of stearic acid, 10-20 parts of composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 5-10 parts of composite flame retardant and 10-20 parts of pigment.
2. The PVC dual-color particle resilient flooring of claim 1, wherein said pigment is a two-color pigment formed by mixing two different color pigments.
3. The PVC double-colored particle resilient floor of claim 1, wherein the double-colored particles are prepared by the steps of:
adding the raw materials into a stirrer, and stirring at high temperature;
cooling;
tabletting;
and (4) granulating.

The PVC bi-color flowered particle resilient floor of claim 3, wherein the high temperature agitation is high speed agitation at 85-90 ℃ for 6-8min; the cooling is natural cooling in a cooling container, the tabletting is carried out by extruding in a double-roller open mill, and the granulation is carried out by crushing through a crusher to produce bicolor colored flower particles with the particle size of 0.1-1 mm.

The PVC double-color particle elastic floor board of claim 3, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-110 parts of PVC resin, 40-70 parts of Dop plasticizer, 3-10 parts of composite calcium-zinc stabilizer, 3-10 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 100-180 parts of calcium carbonate, 15-25 parts of white carbon black, 7-10 parts of composite flame retardant, 0.5-0.8 part of stearic acid, 0.3-0.7 part of polyethylene wax, 1-2 parts of ACR processing aid and 1-10 parts of pigment.

The PVC double-color elastic floor board with colored particles as recited in claim 5, wherein the degree of polymerization of the PVC resin is 800-1000, the particle size of the calcium carbonate is 800-1700 meshes, and the molecular weight of the ethylene propylene diene monomer is 20000-40000.
7. The preparation method of the PVC double-color particle elastic floor board of claim 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing the raw materials;
cooling;
extruding a plate;
compounding a wear-resistant layer;
scattering bicolor colored flower particles on the wear-resistant layer;
pressing and embossing at high temperature;
cutting off edge strips;
UV coating;
cooling a finished product;
cutting and rolling down;
and (6) polishing.
8. The method for preparing the PVC double-color particle elastic floor as claimed in claim 7, wherein the raw materials are mixed by adding the raw materials into a high-speed stirring pot and stirring at 80-110 ℃ for 5-10min.
9. The method for preparing the PVC dual-color particle elastic floor as claimed in claim 7, wherein the high-temperature press-embossing is carried out in a three-roll calender at a speed of 0.3-1.5r/min and a temperature of 55-195 ℃.
10. The method for preparing the PVC double-color particle elastic floor board according to claim 7, wherein the UV coating is cured by a UV curing lamp with the curing power of 20 kilowatts and the curing speed of 0.1-0.7 m/min.
