第一步:准备机械加工好的含水量为15%的口径38cm,12.5L容积的佳利安徽梧桐木花盆;第二步、火焰蚀刻:安装原木花盆内腔筛形铁皮网和外部筛形铁皮网,内腔筛形铁皮网与所述花盆内腔表面大小形状相同并紧密贴合于内腔表面,所述外部筛形铁皮网与原木花盘外缘表面大小形状相同并紧密贴合于外缘表面,所述内腔筛形铁皮网和外部筛形铁皮网均设有条缝筛孔,条缝筛孔的宽度为2mm,开孔率为60%,对内腔筛形铁皮网和外部筛形铁皮网表面进行气体燃烧灼烧,气体燃烧灼烧处理条件为:气体为可燃气与空气体积比为1.5∶1的混合气体,火焰喷枪的移动速度20cm/秒、火焰温度1100℃,火焰长度5cm,火焰喷出口与铁皮网的距离4cm,可燃气为天然气,灼烧后喷水冷却至室温取下内腔筛形铁皮网和外部筛形铁皮网后风干至含水量10%;第三步、将风干的火焰蚀刻原木花盆放在浸渍罐中抽真空至-0.09MPa,保压30min,然后泵入浸渍油,加压保持压力在1.0MPa,保压20min,继续加压至2.5MPa,继续保压30min,浸渍油的主要成分为按重量份数计的乌桕梓油117份、费托蜡5份、石油脑14份、松节油18份的均匀混合物;第四步、涂抹:重量份数计,将异辛酸锌11份、硼酰化镍9份和新癸酸铜17份的混合物,溶于煤油中,形成质量分数0.3%的盐油溶液,将盐油溶液均匀涂抹在原木花盆的内外表面,涂抹量为50g/m2;第五步、控干:湿度55%、温度30℃下放置24小时,即得防水效率68.6%、透入度13.5mm的浸油防腐处理原木花盆。
注:GB/T22102-2008防腐木材;浸油深度用空心钻在花盆外壁钻入径向垂直钻入15mm,取出木芯,用游标卡尺测量防腐油浸入深度,钻孔用防腐木楔钉入,木材含水率按GB/T1931-2009规定执行;GB/T 29901-2013 木材防水剂的防水效率测试方法。

Claims (5)

1.一种原木花盆的浸油防腐处理工艺方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:第一步:准备机械加工好的原木花盆;第二步、火焰蚀刻:安装原木花盆内腔筛形铁皮网和外部筛形铁皮网,对内腔筛形铁皮网和外部筛形铁皮网表面进行气体燃烧灼烧,灼烧后喷水冷却至室温取下内腔筛形铁皮网和外部筛形铁皮网后风干至含水量8~10%;第三步、将风干的火焰蚀刻原木花盆放在浸渍罐中抽真空至-0.085MPa~-0.09MPa,保压20~30min,然后泵入浸渍油,浸渍油的主要成分为按重量份数计的乌桕梓油113~117份、费托蜡3~5份、石油脑11~14份、松节油15~18份的均匀混合物,加压保持压力在0.8~1.0MPa,保压15~20min,继续加压至2.0~2.5MPa,继续保压20~30min;第四步、涂抹:将异辛酸锌8~11份、硼酰化镍7~9份和新癸酸铜15~17份的混合物,溶于煤油中,形成质量分数0.2~0.3%的盐油溶液,将盐油溶液均匀涂抹在原木花盆的内外表面,涂抹量为45~50g/m2;第五步、控干:湿度50%~55%、温度25~30℃下放置17~24小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种原木花盆的浸油防腐处理工艺方法,其特征在于,所述第二步内腔筛形铁皮网与所述花盆内腔表面大小形状相同并紧密贴合于内腔表面,所述外部筛形铁皮网与原木花盘外缘表面大小形状相同并紧密贴合于外缘表面,所述内腔筛形铁皮网和外部筛形铁皮网均设有条缝筛孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种原木花盆的浸油防腐处理工艺方法,其特征在于,所述气体燃烧灼烧处理条件为:气体为可燃气与空气体积比为1~1.5∶1的混合气体,火焰喷枪的移动速度10~20cm/秒、火焰温度900~1100℃,火焰长度3~5cm,火焰喷出口与铁皮网的距离2~4cm,可燃气为天然气、煤气、液化气中的其中一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种原木花盆的浸油防腐处理工艺方法,其特征在于,所述第一步木花盆的口径为20cm~45cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种原木花盆的浸油防腐处理工艺方法,其特征在于,所述第一步原木花盆的含水量为12~15%。
