In the process of using the invention, when the grinding head needs to be replaced, the rotating sleeve is rotated by fingers so that the rotating sleeve rotates towards one side relative to the supporting sleeve, at the moment, the outer end part of the bolt can gradually slide from one end of the arc-shaped surface to the other end of the arc-shaped surface, at the moment, the inner end part of the bolt can be inserted into the slot and locks the rotating shaft assembly, and the grinding head can be replaced after the rotating shaft assembly is locked; after the grinding head is replaced, and after the rotating sleeve is released by fingers, the reset structure can drive the rotating sleeve to enable the rotating sleeve to rotate towards the other side to reset relatively to the supporting sleeve, at the moment, the outer end portion of the bolt can gradually slide to one end of the arc-shaped surface from the other end of the arc-shaped surface, and at the moment, the inner end portion of the bolt can be separated from the slot and lock the rotating shaft assembly.
When the electric grinder is used, the rotating ring can be rotated towards one direction when the rotating speed of the electric grinder needs to be increased, and at the moment, the rotating ring can drive the adjusting end of the speed adjusting knob to rotate towards one direction, so that the rotating speed of the electric grinder can be increased under the action of the speed adjusting knob; when the rotating speed of the electric grinder needs to be reduced, the rotating ring can be rotated towards the other direction, at the moment, the rotating ring can drive the adjusting end of the speed adjusting knob to rotate towards the other direction, and therefore the rotating speed of the electric grinder can be reduced under the action of the speed adjusting knob.
