As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an adjustable bending sheath, which includes a sheath tube 1 and a handle 2. The distal end of the sheath 1 can enter the handle 2 and extend from the other end.
As shown in fig. 2, the sheath 1 includes a sheath body 11 and a pulling wire 12.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the handle 2 includes a knob 21, a threaded section 22, a slider 23, a slide rail 24, and a base 25.
The base 25 fixes the sheath body 11. The pull wire 12 is provided at one end of the sheath body 11 near the base 25.
The slide rail 24 is sleeved on one end of the base 25 close to the sheath tube body.
The slider 23 can be engaged with the slide rail 24 and moved on the slide rail 24.
Threaded section 22 is disposed between base 25 and slider 23 and is movable on slide 24 as desired. The thread on the thread section 22 can be external thread or internal thread, and the slide block 23 is correspondingly provided with internal thread or external thread. In one embodiment, as shown in figure 3, the inner wall of the threaded section 22 is provided with an internal thread and the slider 23 is provided with an external thread.
The knob 21 may be attached to the slider 23. The pull wire 12 can pass through the knob 21 and be fixedly connected with the slide block 23.
As shown in fig. 5, the slide rail 24 is provided at a predetermined position with at least one stopper 26 engaged with the thread of the threaded section 22. A stop 26 may be threadably engaged with the threaded segment 22 for limiting movement of the threaded segment 22 on the slide rail 24. The threaded section 22 and the sliding block 23 can be screwed tightly, and the rigid connection between the threaded section 22 and the knob 21 is realized in a matching way. Stop 26 may be a thickened area of rail 24 itself or may be an additional component secured to rail 24. The shape of the stop 26 may be a square bump or other shape, so long as it is adapted to the thread of the thread segment 22.
As shown in fig. 5, in the initial assembly stage, the pull wire 12 in the sheath 1 passes through the knob 21 and is fixed on the slider 23, at this time, the pull wire 12 is in a straightened state, the sheath body 11 is not bent, the slide rail 23 is attached to the knob 21, at this time, the slider is positioned, the sheath is in a straightened state, and the sheath pull wire is also in a state of being not stressed.
As shown in fig. 6, after the knob 21 is attached to the slider 23, the threaded section 22 is screwed to the slider 23, and then the threaded section 22 is rigidly connected to the knob 21, so that the knob of the adjustable bending sheath can be rotated as required. Turning the knob 21 the sheath starts to bend instantly. The whole process can avoid the idle stroke caused by the improper fixing position of the sliding block 23 relative to the sheath tube 1.

Through the stay wire passage, the rotation of the stay wire 12 can be limited, and the stay wire 12 is protected from being damaged.
In one embodiment, the pull wire and the sheath body are integrally formed. The stay wire and the sheath tube body can be made of plastic materials, a multilayer structure is not required to be arranged, and the force conduction effect among the knob 21, the thread section 22, the sliding block 23, the stay wire 12 and the sheath tube body 11 is better.
In one embodiment, the length of the pull wire is less than the distance between the fixed end of the pull wire and the base.
In one embodiment, the limiting block is a circular bead and is arranged around the outer circumference of the slide rail.
In one embodiment, the slide rail is provided with a plurality of parallel limiting blocks at preset positions, and the distance between the limiting blocks is the thread pitch multiple of the thread sections. When a plurality of limiting blocks exist, the shapes of the limiting blocks can be consistent or inconsistent.

a handle which comprises a base for fixing the sheath tube body, a slide rail sleeved at one end of the base close to the sheath tube body, a slide block matched with the slide rail, a thread section arranged between the base and the slide block, and a knob jointed with the slide block,
wherein the pull wire is arranged at one end of the sheath tube body close to the base, the pull wire passes through the knob and is fixedly connected with the sliding block,
at least one limiting block matched with the thread of the thread section is arranged at a preset position of the slide rail,
the thread section is screwed with the thread of the sliding block, and the screw section is in rigid connection with the knob in a matching manner.

The adjustable curved sheath according to claim 1, wherein the slider is provided with a through hole, the pull wire is inserted into the through hole, the knob is provided with a pull wire channel matched with the pull wire, and the pull wire channel is communicated with the through hole when rotated to an angle;

5. The adjustable sheath of claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the threaded section is internally threaded and the slider is externally threaded.
6. The adjustable sheath of claim 1, wherein the stop is an annular ridge disposed around an outer perimeter of the track.
7. The adjustable sheath of claim 1, wherein the slide rail is provided with a plurality of parallel stoppers at predetermined positions, and the distance between the stoppers is a multiple of the thread pitch of the thread section.
