the extranet platform 104 is further configured to obtain the audio and video stream of the watchhouse from the second intranet platform 201; and, the mixed audio/video stream of the party side audio/video stream and the court side audio/video stream or both are cascaded to the second intranet platform 201;
wherein the other side audio-video streams further include the content of the watchhouse side audio-video stream.
In the above embodiment, the combination relationship among the second intranet platform 201, the second cross-network gateway 202, and the second court trial host 203 on the guard side is similar to the combination relationship among the first intranet platform 101, the first cross-network gateway 102, and the first court trial host 103 in the court intranet. The court side and the guard side can interact with each other through the internet as an intermediary, so that the audio and video stream data intercommunication is realized. In an embodiment, the gatekeeper intranet and the court intranet may also interact directly through the physical isolation device if conditions allow.
Similarly, by using the system, audio and video interaction between a plurality of independent intranet architectures and the internet can also be realized, which is not described herein in detail.
The court remote court trial system is applied to the court remote court trial system, and a matched court remote court trial method is further provided.

s802: according to a preconfigured first inner network pull stream address, acquiring other side audio and video streams from the first inner network platform and sending the side audio and video streams to the first court trial host for playing, wherein the other side audio and video streams are transmitted into the first inner network platform by the outer network platform and bound with the first inner network pull stream address, the outer network platform acquires the other side audio and video streams from the court trial party terminal and cascades the other side audio and video streams to the first inner network platform, and the other side audio and video streams contain contents of the side audio and video streams of the party provided by the court trial party terminal.
Corresponding to the two method embodiments, the application also provides corresponding court remote court trial device embodiments.
FIG. 9 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus provided in an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 9, at the hardware level, the apparatus includes a processor 910, a network interface 920, a memory 930, and a non-volatile memory 940, but may also include hardware required for other services. One or more embodiments of the present application may be implemented based on software, for example, the processor 910 reads a corresponding computer program from the non-volatile memory 940 into the memory 930 and then runs the computer program. Of course, besides the software implementation, the one or more embodiments of the present application do not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and so on, that is, the execution subject of the processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may also be hardware or logic devices.

The court remote court trial device is applied to a first intranet platform in a court remote court trial system, the court remote court trial system comprises the first intranet platform and a first cross-network gateway which are deployed in a court intranet, and an extranet platform which is deployed in the Internet, and the court intranet is communicated with the Internet through physical isolation equipment; the first cross-network gateway is connected with a first court trial host deployed on a court trial site, and the external network platform is connected with a court trial party terminal; the device comprises:
a cascading unit 1010, configured to pull a court-side audio-video stream from a preconfigured first gateway pull stream address, and cascade the court-side audio-video stream to the external network platform, so that the external network platform provides the court-side audio-video stream to the court trial party terminal; the court side audio and video stream is acquired from the first court trial host by the first cross-network gateway and is bound to the first gateway stream pulling address;
the other side audio and video stream binding unit 1020 is configured to acquire other side audio and video streams transmitted by the external network platform, and bind the other side audio and video streams with a first internal network pull stream address, so that the first cross-network gateway acquires the other side audio and video streams from the first internal network platform according to the first internal network pull stream address and sends the other side audio and video streams to the first court trial host for playing; the other side audio and video streams are acquired by the outer network platform from the court trial party terminal and are cascaded to the first inner network platform, wherein the other side audio and video streams contain the content of the party side audio and video streams provided by the court trial party terminal.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a block diagram of a court remote court trial apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The court remote court trial device can be applied to the electronic equipment shown in fig. 9 to realize the technical scheme of the application. The court remote court trial device is applied to a first cross-network gateway in a court remote court trial system, the system comprises a first intranet platform and the first cross-network gateway which are deployed in a court intranet, and an extranet platform which is deployed in the Internet, and the court intranet and the Internet are communicated through physical isolation equipment; the first cross-network system gateway is connected with a first court trial host deployed on a court trial site, and the external network platform is connected with a court trial party terminal; the device comprises:
a court lateral audio and video stream binding unit 1110, configured to obtain a court lateral audio and video stream from the first court trial host, bind the court lateral audio and video stream to a first gateway pull stream address, so that the first intranet platform can pull the court lateral audio and video stream from the first gateway pull stream address, and cascade the court lateral audio and video stream to the extranet platform, so that the extranet platform provides the court lateral audio and video stream to the court trial party terminal;
a sending unit 1120, configured to obtain other side audio and video streams from the first intranet platform according to a preconfigured first intranet streaming address and send the side audio and video streams to the first court trial host for playing, where the other side audio and video streams are transmitted from the outer network platform into the first intranet platform and bound to the first intranet streaming address, the outer network platform obtains the other side audio and video streams from the court trial party terminal and cascades to the first intranet platform, where the other side audio and video streams include contents of the party side audio and video streams provided by the court trial party terminal.
The specific details of the implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device are the implementation processes of the corresponding steps in the above method, and are not described herein again.
For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the description of the method embodiments for relevant indications. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are only illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement without inventive effort.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain a corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a server system. Of course, this application does not exclude that with future developments in computer technology, the computer implementing the functionality of the above described embodiments may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a vehicle-mounted human-computer interaction device, a cellular phone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device or a combination of any of these devices.
Although one or more embodiments of the present application provide method operation steps as described in the embodiments or flowcharts, more or fewer operation steps may be included based on conventional or non-inventive means. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one manner of performing the steps in a multitude of sequences, and does not represent a unique order of performance. the first cross-network gateway is used for acquiring a court side audio and video stream from the first court hearing host, binding the court side audio and video stream to a first gateway stream pulling address, acquiring other side audio and video streams from the first intranet platform according to a first preset intranet stream pulling address, and sending the other side audio and video streams to the first court hearing host for playing; wherein the other side audio and video streams comprise the contents of the side audio and video streams of the parties provided by the court trial party terminal;
the first intranet platform is used for pulling the court lateral audio and video stream from the preconfigured first gateway stream pulling address and cascading the court lateral audio and video stream to the extranet platform; the system comprises an outer network platform, a first inner network pull stream address and a second inner network pull stream address, wherein the outer network platform is used for receiving the other side audio and video streams transmitted by the outer network platform and binding the other side audio and video streams with the first inner network pull stream address;
the outer network platform is connected with the court trial party terminal and is used for acquiring the court side audio and video stream from the first inner network platform and providing the court side audio and video stream to the court trial party terminal; and the other side audio and video streams are acquired and cascaded to the first intranet platform.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the real-time mixed flow server is deployed on the Internet and used for acquiring audio and video streams of a plurality of court trial party terminals from the external network platform, mixing the audio and video streams, and sending the mixed audio and video streams to the external network platform to serve as other side audio and video streams; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

the second intranet platform is used for pulling the watching place side audio and video stream from the second gateway pull stream address configured in advance and cascading the watching place side audio and video stream to the extranet platform; the external network platform is used for acquiring the party side audio and video stream and the court side audio and video stream or the mixed stream of the party side audio and video stream and the court side audio and video stream or both, which are transmitted by the external network platform, and binding the party side audio and video stream and the court side audio and video stream or the mixed stream of the party side audio and video stream and the court side audio and video stream or both with the second internal network pull stream address;
the outer network platform is further used for acquiring the audio and video stream of the guard house side from the second inner network platform; the mixed-flow audio-video stream of the party side audio-video stream and the court side audio-video stream or both streams are cascaded to the second intranet platform;
wherein the other side audio-video streams further include the content of the watchhouse side audio-video stream.

acquiring other side audio and video streams transmitted by the outer network platform, and binding the other side audio and video streams with a first inner network pull stream address, so that the first cross-network gateway acquires the other side audio and video streams from the first inner network platform according to the first inner network pull stream address and sends the other side audio and video streams to the first court trial host for playing; wherein the other side audio and video streams are obtained by the external network platform from the court trial party terminal and are cascaded to the first internal network platform, wherein the other side audio and video streams contain the contents of the party side audio and video streams provided by the court trial party terminal.

The court remote court trial method is applied to a first cross-network gateway in a court remote court trial system, the system comprises a first internal network platform and the first cross-network gateway which are deployed in an internal court network and an external network platform which is deployed in the Internet, and the internal court network and the Internet are communicated through a physical isolation device; the first cross-network system gateway is connected with a first court trial host deployed on a court trial site, and the external network platform is connected with a court trial party terminal;
the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining a court-side audio-video stream from the first court hearing host and binding the court-side audio-video stream to a first gateway streaming address, such that the first intranet platform can pull the court-side audio-video stream from the first gateway streaming address and concatenate the court-side audio-video stream to the extranet platform, such that the extranet platform provides the court-side audio-video stream to the court hearing party terminal;
acquiring other side audio and video streams from the first inner network platform according to a preconfigured first inner network pull stream address and sending the side audio and video streams to the first court trial host for playing, wherein the other side audio and video streams are transmitted into the first inner network platform by the outer network platform and bound with the first inner network pull stream address, the outer network platform acquires the other side audio and video streams from the court trial party terminal and cascades the side audio and video streams to the first inner network platform, and the other side audio and video streams contain contents of the party side audio and video streams provided by the court trial party terminal.
