Although the motion track of the scanning pen 1 can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation angle δ to achieve the purpose of making the scanning pen 1 move horizontally, the difficulty of this adjustment is relatively high, and the initial orientation after pen drop is inclined because the initial deflection angle γ of scanning is difficult to completely offset. When the holding first inclination angle β, the scanning initial inclination angle γ, and the rotation angle δ is adjusted to be equal to or close to γ, the scanning direction may be horizontal or close to horizontal. The scanning pen 1 further comprises a trigger 101, the trigger 101 is disposed inside the housing 11, a convex portion 102 is further disposed at an end of the bracket 12 away from the first roller 20 and the second roller 30, the first roller 20 and/or the second roller 30 is pressed by the scanned surface, so that the bracket 12 moves toward the pressing portion 115 and compresses the elastic member 50, at the same time, the convex portion 102 further presses the trigger 101, so that the trigger 101 generates a switch signal, and the scanning pen 1 controls the scanning element 40 to start scanning according to the switch signal; when the first roller 20 and/or the second roller 30 stops pressing the scanned surface, the elastic member 50 releases the elastic force to drive the bracket 12 to drive the first roller 20 and/or the second roller 30 to reset, the protrusion 102 stops pressing the trigger 101 so that the trigger 101 stops generating the switching signal, and the scanning pen 1 controls the scanning element 40 to stop scanning. Through the above-mentioned housing structure, the two inner side plates 1109 respectively limit and guide the first fixing member 314 and the second fixing member 315, which not only can avoid the scanning element, so that the scanning element can scan through the gap, but also can increase the overall strength and stability of the product structure. The transparent cover plate 1109b can be installed through the scanning opening 120, so that the scanning element 40 can scan through the transparent cover plate 1109b, and the scanning effect is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, it is understood that the scanning element 40 includes a camera 41, and an optical axis of the camera 41 is configured to be inclined toward a side close to the palm of the user, so that the optical axis of the camera 41 has a second inclination angle with the extending direction, and the second inclination angle is an acute angle. It can be understood that the optical axis of the camera 41 is inclined toward the side close to the palm of the user, and under the condition of ensuring the scanning area, the recognition error caused by inclined scanning is reduced, and the scanning effect is improved.
Furthermore, the scanning pen 1 further includes a circuit board 60, the circuit board 60 is located in the receiving cavity 317 of the casing 11 and electrically connected to the scanning element 40, one end of the circuit board 60 close to the scanning element 40 has a mounting opening 61, and the camera 41 is disposed in the mounting opening 61; the stylus 1 further includes a key 70 and a speaker 80, the housing 11 has a key hole 11a and a speaker hole 11b, the key 70 is disposed in the key hole 11a and electrically connected to the circuit board 60, and the speaker 80 is disposed between the circuit board 60 and the housing 11 and electrically connected to the circuit board 60 and corresponding to the speaker hole 11b. Through the design of the structure, the internal elements of the scanning pen 1 can be compactly assembled, and the light and thin products are facilitated.
In this embodiment, each of the first roller 20 and the second roller 30 includes a roller body 21 having a through hole and a bushing 23 mounted on the through hole, and the bushing 23 is pivotally connected to the housing assembly 10 such that the first roller 20 and the second roller 30 can roll in comparison with the housing assembly 10; the roller body 21 has a hardness greater than that of the sleeve 23. Specifically, the material of the roller body 21 may be metal, and the material of the bushing 23 may be plastic. Through the setting of axle sleeve 23 is favorable to reducing the higher gyro wheel main part 21 of hardness to the injury of countershaft, improves product reliability and product life.

1. A wand, comprising:
the shell assembly is provided with an extending direction and is used for a user to hold the scanning pen around the extending direction;
the first roller and the second roller are both mounted at one end of the housing assembly along the extending direction, the first roller and the second roller are used for being abutted against a scanned surface and can roll on the scanned surface, when the first roller and the second roller are simultaneously contacted with the scanned surface, a connecting line of a first contact point of the first roller, which is contacted with the scanned surface, and a second contact point of the second roller, which is contacted with the scanned surface, is defined as a scanning abutting line, an included angle between the scanning abutting line and the extending direction is a first inclined angle, the first inclined angle is an acute angle, the first roller can roll on the scanned surface along a first rolling surface, the second roller can roll on the scanned surface along a second rolling surface, the first rolling surface is parallel to the second rolling surface, an included angle between the first rolling surface and the extending direction is a first included angle, and an included angle between the second rolling surface and the extending direction is a second included angle; the first included angle and the second included angle are equal and acute angles; and
and the scanning element is arranged on the shell assembly and is used for scanning the surface to be scanned.
2. The wand of claim 1, wherein the first and second scroll wheels are tilted toward a side of the wand that is closer to a person when the wand is in use, relative to the direction of extension.

The wand of claim 1, wherein the first roller rolls about a first axis, the first roller is perpendicular to the first axis, the second roller rolls about a second axis, the second roller is perpendicular to the second axis, and the first axis and the second axis are both parallel to the scan butting line.
4. The wand of claim 3, wherein the first axis and the second axis are collinear.
5. The wand of claim 1, wherein the housing assembly includes a housing extending in the direction of extension and having a receiving cavity and an opening communicating with the receiving cavity, and a bracket located in the receiving cavity and corresponding to the opening and extending at least partially out of the opening, the first roller and the second roller being mounted at one end of the bracket.

The wand of claim 6, further comprising a trigger disposed inside the housing, wherein a protrusion is disposed at an end of the bracket away from the first roller and the second roller, and the protrusion presses against the surface to be scanned to make the bracket move toward the abutment and compress the elastic member, and simultaneously presses against the trigger to make the trigger generate a switch signal, so that the wand controls the scanning element to start scanning according to the switch signal; when the first roller and/or the second roller stops pressing the scanned surface, the elastic part releases the elastic force to drive the bracket to drive the first roller and/or the second roller to reset, the convex part stops pressing the trigger part to enable the trigger part to stop generating the switch signal, and the scanning pen controls the scanning element to stop scanning.

The wand of claim 7, wherein the holder comprises a mounting bracket, the mounting bracket comprising a first mounting member, a second mounting member disposed opposite the first mounting member, and a connecting member connected between the first mounting member and the second mounting member, the projection being disposed on the connecting member; the first roller and the second roller are respectively arranged on the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece; the support further comprises a housing, wherein the housing is connected with the shell and covers the periphery of the first roller and the second roller.

The stylus of claim 8, wherein the first and second mounts have a pivot plate at one end and a pivot shaft connected to the pivot plate, the pivot shaft of the first mount being located in the through hole of the first roller, the pivot shaft of the second mount being located in the through hole of the second roller.

The wand of claim 8, wherein the casing includes two casing portions corresponding to the first roller and the second roller, respectively, each of the casing portions having a mounting opening on one side, a roller opening on the other side, and a receiving space communicating between the mounting opening and the roller opening, the first roller and the second roller being received in the corresponding receiving space through the corresponding mounting opening and being at least partially exposed through the corresponding roller opening, respectively.
11. The wand of claim 10, wherein the roller opening is smaller in size than the first roller and the second roller.
12. The wand of claim 10, wherein the end surface of the casing on the side away from the holder is an arcuate surface that is convex and inclined toward the side away from the holder.

The wand of claim 7, wherein the holder comprises a first fixing member, a second fixing member disposed opposite to the first fixing member, a connecting member connected between the first fixing member and the second fixing member, a third fixing member, and a fourth fixing member, wherein the protruding portion is disposed on the connecting member, each of the first fixing member and the second fixing member comprises a first receiving groove at one end, a pivot hole communicating with the first receiving groove, and a fixing groove disposed at an outer side and communicating with the pivot hole, wherein the first roller is disposed in the corresponding first receiving groove and at least partially exposed outside the first receiving groove, the first roller is fixed by passing through the corresponding pivot hole and the through hole of the first roller, and wherein one end of the third fixing member is connected to the first roller and at least partially disposed in the fixing groove; the second rotating shaft penetrates through the corresponding pivot hole and the through hole of the second roller to fix the second roller, and one end of the fourth fixing piece is connected with the second rotating shaft and at least partially positioned in the corresponding fixing groove.
14. The wand of claim 13, wherein the fixing groove comprises a first portion communicating with the pivot hole and a second portion communicating with the first portion and parallel to the pivot hole, and wherein the third and fourth fixing members each comprise a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion, the first fixing portion being adapted to the shape of the first portion and disposed in the first portion, and the second fixing portion being adapted to the shape of the second portion and disposed in the second portion.
15. The wand of claim 7, wherein the holder comprises a holder and a cover, the holder comprises a first fixing member, a second fixing member disposed opposite to the first fixing member, and a connecting member connected between the first fixing member and the second fixing member, one end of the first fixing member and one end of the second fixing member have mounting grooves, the cover comprises two cover portions corresponding to the first roller and the second roller, the two cover portions are fixed in the mounting grooves of the first fixing member and the mounting grooves of the second fixing member, respectively, and the first roller and the second roller are mounted on the two cover portions, respectively.
16. The stylus of claim 15, wherein each of the two housing portions includes a first receiving slot at one end and a first pivot hole communicating with the first receiving slot, at least a portion of the first roller is located in the corresponding first receiving slot of the housing portion, a first shaft passes through the through hole of the first roller and the corresponding first pivot hole to fix the first roller to the corresponding housing portion, at least a portion of the second roller is located in the corresponding first receiving slot of the housing portion, and a second shaft passes through the through hole of the second roller and the corresponding first pivot hole to fix the second roller to the corresponding housing portion.
17. The stylus according to claim 8, 13 or 15, wherein the casing comprises a second base plate disposed along the first base plate and opposite to the first base plate, an outer side plate connected between the first base plate and the second base plate, and two inner side plates connected to the second base plate and disposed opposite to each other, wherein the second base plate has a notch at an end thereof near the holder, the two inner side plates are respectively used for positioning and guiding the first fixing member and the second fixing member, and the two inner side plates are disposed between the first fixing member and the second fixing member.

The stylus of claim 17, wherein the housing further comprises a connecting bar and a transparent cover plate connected between the two inner plates, the second substrate and the connecting bar define a scanning opening, the transparent cover plate is mounted in the scanning opening, the scanning surface of the scanning element is disposed corresponding to the transparent cover plate, the two inner plates and the transparent cover plate define an inclined groove, and a groove depth of the inclined groove gradually increases in a direction approaching the first roller and the second roller; the light-transmitting cover plate and the extending direction form an acute angle.
19. A wand according to claim 18, wherein a sealing ring is further provided between the light-transmitting cover plate and the scanning opening; the other end of first mounting with the second mounting has the elastic component and accomodates the groove, the elastic component is located in the elastic component accomodates the groove and the butt in the groove bottom plate in groove is accomodate to the elastic component with between the butt piece.

The wand of claim 18, wherein the scanning element comprises a camera having an optical axis configured to be tilted toward a side proximate to a palm of a user's hand such that the optical axis of the camera has a second tilt angle with the direction of extension, the second tilt angle being an acute angle.
21. The wand of any one of claims 5-16 and 18-20, wherein the wand further comprises a circuit board, the circuit board is positioned in the receiving cavity and electrically connected with the scanning element, one end of the circuit board, which is close to the scanning element, is provided with a mounting opening, and the scanning element is arranged in the mounting opening; the scanning pen still includes button and speaker, the shell has button hole and vocal hole, the button sets up in the button hole and with the circuit board electricity is connected, the speaker is located the circuit board with between the shell, with the circuit board electricity is connected and is corresponded the vocal hole.
22. The wand of any one of claims 1-16 and 18-20, wherein the first roller and the second roller each comprise a roller body having a through-hole and a bushing mounted in the through-hole, the bushing being pivotally connected to the housing assembly such that the first roller and the second roller can roll relative to the housing assembly; the hardness of the roller body is greater than that of the shaft sleeve.
