In this embodiment, the same server may analyze the business requirements of the customers entering different banking outlets, so as to save hardware resources and cost. performing real-time demand analysis on the communication characters according to the real-time analysis instruction, and outputting real-time demand information;
and sending the real-time requirement information to the intelligent wearable equipment so that the intelligent wearable equipment switches and displays the latest service recommendation scheme according to the real-time requirement information.

In this embodiment, after the service recommendation is finished, the staff may submit corresponding task feedback information based on a communication process and trigger a recommendation feedback instruction, and the server calculates a matching degree between the task feedback information and the service demand information obtained through previous analysis according to various contents included in the task feedback information, such as whether the recommendation is successful, an actual transaction service, actual customer preference, and the like.
For example, when the recommendation is successful, whether the potential demand service in the service demand information includes the actual transaction service can be judged, and if not, the service recommendation is not accurate; if yes, service recommendation is very accurate, if not, service recommendation is more accurate, and corresponding matching scores are preset for different accuracy degrees; when the recommendation fails, whether the preference information obtained by the previous analysis has a deviation can be judged according to the fed back actual customer preference, for example, the overlapping rate of the actual customer preference and the preference label in the preference information can be calculated, corresponding matching scores are preset for the overlapping rates of different intervals, and certainly, the above-mentioned bias analysis can be performed when the recommendation succeeds, so that matching quantification is performed on the task feedback information received under different service recommendation results, feedback correction is performed on the analysis model according to the quantified matching result, for example, parameter adjustment and other processing are performed, so that adaptive feedback adjustment can be performed on the theoretical analysis model according to the actual service recommendation result, the analysis model can be more suitable for the service requirement condition of the actual customer, and the accuracy and the success rate of service recommendation are improved.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent wearable device, as shown in fig. 4, the intelligent wearable device 1 includes:
the monitoring and acquiring module 11 is configured to monitor and acquire service demand information sent by a server, where the service demand information is obtained by analyzing, by the server, behavior data of a target client who has entered a bank outlet;
the task generation reminding module 12 is used for generating a corresponding service recommendation task according to the service demand information and outputting a task reminder;
and the task displaying module 13 is configured to display a task page of the service recommendation task in response to a task viewing operation, where the task page includes a service recommendation scheme of the target client.
The modules referred to in the present invention refer to a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, and are more suitable for describing the execution process of service recommendation than programs.
In one embodiment, the smart wearable device 1 further includes:
the network point selection module is used for responding to the network point selection operation and confirming the currently selected target network point;
and the binding sending module is used for sending a website binding instruction to the server, wherein the website binding instruction is used for indicating the server to bind the target website with the intelligent wearable equipment.

In one embodiment, the smart wearable device 1 further includes:
the feedback receiving module is used for responding to task ending operation and receiving task feedback information input by a worker;
and the feedback sending module is used for sending a recommended feedback instruction and the task feedback information to the server, wherein the recommended feedback instruction is used for indicating the server to perform feedback correction on a preset analysis model according to the matching degree between the task feedback information and the service requirement information.
In one embodiment, at least one of customer information, asset information, and preference information of the target customer is also included in the task page.
In one embodiment, the task reminder includes at least one of a vibration reminder, a voice reminder, a ring tone reminder, and a text reminder.
In one embodiment, the smart wearable device is a smart watch or a smart bracelet.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a service recommendation server, as shown in fig. 5, a server 2 includes:
the acquisition module 21 is used for acquiring behavior data of a target customer who enters a bank outlet;
the analysis module 22 is configured to perform service demand analysis on the target customer according to the behavior data and a preset analysis model, and generate service demand information;
the sending module 23 is configured to send the service requirement information to an intelligent wearable device, so that the intelligent wearable device generates a corresponding service recommendation task according to the service requirement information, and outputs a task prompt, where a task page of the service recommendation task includes a service recommendation scheme of the target customer.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides a service recommendation system, as shown in fig. 6, the system 10 includes:
one or more processors 110 and a memory 120, where one processor 110 is illustrated in fig. 6, the processor 110 and the memory 120 may be connected by a bus or other means, and the connection by the bus is illustrated in fig. 6.
Processor 110 is used to implement various control logic for system 10, which may be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a single chip microcomputer, an ARM (Acorn RISC Machine) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any combination of these components. Also, the processor 110 may be any conventional processor, microprocessor, or state machine. Processor 110 may also be implemented as a combination of computing devices, e.g., a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, a plurality of microprocessors, one or more microprocessors in conjunction with a DSP, and/or any other such configuration.
The memory 120 is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions corresponding to the service recommendation method in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor 110 executes various functional applications and data processing of the system 10, namely, implements the service recommendation method in the above method embodiments, by running the non-volatile software programs, instructions and units stored in the memory 120.
The memory 120 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the system 10, and the like. Further, the memory 120 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 120 may optionally include memory located remotely from processor 110, which may be connected to system 10 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
One or more units are stored in the memory 120, which when executed by the one or more processors 110, perform the service recommendation method in any of the above-described method embodiments, e.g. performing the above-described method steps S101 to S103 of fig. 1, or performing the above-described method steps S301 to S303 of fig. 3.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for execution by one or more processors, for example, to perform method steps S101-S103 of fig. 1 described above or to perform method steps S301-S303 of fig. 3 described above.
By way of example, non-volatile storage media can include read-only memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically erasable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in many forms such as Synchronous RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM, (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchlink DRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct Rambus RAM (DRRAM). The disclosed memory components or memory of the operating environment described herein are intended to comprise one or more of these and/or any other suitable types of memory.
To sum up, in the service recommendation method, the intelligent wearable device, the server, the system and the medium disclosed by the invention, the method monitors and acquires the service requirement information sent by the server through the intelligent wearable device, and the service requirement information is obtained by analyzing the server according to the behavior data of the target client who enters a bank outlet; generating a corresponding service recommendation task according to the service demand information, and outputting a task prompt; and responding to the task viewing operation, and displaying a task page of the service recommendation task, wherein the task page comprises a service recommendation scheme of the target client. The method has the advantages that the method carries out big data mining on the customers entering the bank outlets, and sends the service demand information obtained by mining to the intelligent wearable equipment, so that the bank workers can check the service recommendation schemes of the customers on the intelligent wearable equipment very conveniently and rapidly, the targeted service recommendation can be carried out on the customers, accurate service recommendation on different customers within short outlet residence time is realized, and the customer obtaining efficiency and the transaction rate are effectively improved.
Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by instructing relevant hardware (such as a processor, a controller, etc.) through a computer program, which may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and the computer program may include the processes of the above method embodiments when executed. The storage medium may be a memory, a magnetic disk, a floppy disk, a flash memory, an optical memory, etc.
It will be understood that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but that modifications and variations will occur to those skilled in the art in light of the above teachings, and that all such modifications and variations are considered to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (13)

1. A service recommendation method is applied to intelligent wearable equipment, the intelligent wearable equipment is kept in long connection with a server, the intelligent wearable equipment is an intelligent watch or an intelligent bracelet, and the method comprises the following steps:
monitoring and acquiring service demand information sent by the server, wherein the service demand information is obtained by analyzing the server according to behavior data of a target client who enters a bank outlet;
generating a corresponding service recommendation task according to the service demand information, outputting a task prompt, specifically prompting a new task in a touch manner after the service recommendation task is generated, and prompting an incomplete task through a superscript character on an equipment interface;
responding to task viewing operation, displaying a task page of the service recommendation task, wherein the task page comprises a service recommendation scheme of the target customer, and the specific service recommendation scheme is obtained by sequencing according to the purchase possibility based on the received service demand information;
after the task page of the service recommendation task is displayed in response to the task viewing operation, the method further comprises:
responding to task starting operation, and acquiring communication voice between a worker and a target client in real time;
converting the communication voice into corresponding communication words;
sending a real-time analysis instruction and the communication words to the server, wherein the real-time analysis instruction is used for instructing the server to carry out real-time demand analysis according to the communication words and outputting real-time demand information;
receiving real-time requirement information which is generated and sent each time in the process that the server completes a service recommendation task for a target client, and switching and displaying the latest service recommendation scheme according to the real-time requirement information;
wherein, the real-time demand analysis according to the communication words specifically means:
extracting key words in the communication words, analyzing the real-time requirements of the target customers by combining the contexts of the key words, reducing the matching degree of the required services and the target customers in the service requirement information, or analyzing the required services with the highest matching degree with the target customers in the interested service types as the real-time requirement information;
the real-time analysis instruction is used for indicating the server to update the service requirement of the target client once at preset intervals based on the latest received communication characters, and outputting real-time requirement information once at preset intervals so as to adapt to the requirement change of the target client.
2. The service recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein before the monitoring and acquiring the service requirement information sent by the server, the method further comprises:
responding to the network point selection operation, and confirming the currently selected target network point;
sending a website binding instruction to the server, wherein the website binding instruction is used for instructing the server to bind the target website with the intelligent wearable device.
3. The service recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein after the task page of the service recommendation task is presented in response to a task viewing operation, the method further comprises:
responding to task ending operation, and receiving task feedback information input by a worker;
and sending a recommendation feedback instruction and the task feedback information to the server, wherein the recommendation feedback instruction is used for indicating the server to perform feedback correction on a preset analysis model according to the matching degree between the task feedback information and the service demand information.
4. The service recommendation method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein at least one of customer information, asset information and preference information of the target customer is further included in the task page.
5. The service recommendation method according to any of claims 1-3, wherein said task reminders comprise at least one of vibration reminders, voice reminders, ring tone reminders, text reminders.
6. A service recommendation method is applied to a server, the server is in long connection with an intelligent wearable device, the intelligent wearable device is an intelligent watch or an intelligent bracelet, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring behavior data of a target customer who enters a bank outlet;
performing service demand analysis on the target client according to the behavior data and a preset analysis model to generate service demand information;
sending the service requirement information to the intelligent wearable device, so that the intelligent wearable device generates a corresponding service recommendation task according to the service requirement information and outputs task reminding, specifically, after the service recommendation task is generated, a new task is prompted in a touch manner, and uncompleted tasks are reminded through superscript characters on a device interface; the task page of the service recommendation task comprises a service recommendation scheme of the target customer, and the specific service recommendation scheme is obtained by sequencing according to the purchase possibility based on service demand information;
after the service requirement information is sent to the intelligent wearable device, the method further includes:
receiving communication words and a real-time analysis instruction sent by the intelligent wearable device, wherein the communication words are obtained by converting communication voice between a real-time acquired worker and a target client;
performing real-time demand analysis on the communication characters according to the real-time analysis instruction, and outputting real-time demand information;
after real-time demand information is generated every time in the process of completing a business recommendation task for a target client, the real-time demand information is sent to the intelligent wearable device, so that the intelligent wearable device switches and displays the latest business recommendation scheme according to the real-time demand information;
wherein, the real-time demand analysis according to the communication words specifically means:
extracting keywords in the communication words, analyzing the real-time requirements of the target clients by combining the contexts of the keywords, and reducing the matching degree of the required services in the service requirement information and the target clients, or analyzing the required services with the highest matching degree with the target clients in the interested service types as the real-time requirement information;
carrying out real-time demand analysis on the communication characters according to the real-time analysis instruction, and outputting real-time demand information, wherein the real-time demand analysis specifically comprises the following steps:
and updating the service requirement of the target client once at preset intervals based on the latest received communication characters, and outputting real-time requirement information once at preset intervals so as to adapt to the requirement change of the target client.
7. The business recommendation method of claim 6, wherein prior to collecting behavioral data of a target customer who has entered a banking outlet, the method further comprises:
receiving number fetching information sent by number fetching equipment;

calculating the matching degree between the task feedback information and the service demand information according to the recommendation feedback instruction;
and performing feedback correction on a preset analysis model according to the matching degree.
