the inspection terminal is also used for regularly sending a first connection application instruction with an instruction timestamp to the inspection server when the after-sales inspection is not carried out on any electronic cigarette sales merchants; receiving and waiting the return data of the inspection server according to a preset first time interval; when the first application return data which is set to be allowed to be connected is received in the first time interval, uploading the first inspection data sets which are locally stored to the inspection server one by one, and deleting the first inspection data sets which are successfully uploaded from the local;
the inspection server is used for receiving the first inspection data set sent by the inspection terminal and carrying out off-line inspection processing on commodities according to the first inspection data set; the inspection server is also used for receiving the second inspection data set sent by the inspection terminal, performing online commodity inspection according to the second inspection data set to generate corresponding online inspection return data, and sending the online inspection return data back to the inspection terminal.

5. The electronic cigarette after-sale audit system of claim 1,
