after the second user finishes grouping based on the joining information of the emergency repair group, sending a first prompt message to the first user, and sending a preset emergency investigation instruction to the emergency repair group at intervals of a first preset time, wherein the first prompt message is used for indicating that the second user finishes clustering, and the emergency investigation instruction is used for indicating that the second user feeds back an investigation result within the first preset time;
and receiving and displaying a troubleshooting result fed back by the second user through the voice operation template triggered by the module control, wherein the voice operation template comprises feedback templates of different professional types.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said sending preset emergency troubleshooting instructions to the emergency repair group, the method further comprises:
and sending emergency information to the emergency event first-aid repair group, wherein the emergency information is generated according to an emergency template triggered by an emergency control, and the emergency template comprises at least one of the following items: at least one of event category, time source, application system and event influence degree.
