As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a projection apparatus 100 according to the present invention includes a housing 1, a base 2 accommodated in the housing 1, a light source assembly 3, a driving assembly 4 mounted on the base 2, an interference sheet 5, a corrugated sheet assembly 6, a position limiting plate 7 located above the corrugated sheet assembly 6, and a condenser lens 8, a speaker 9, and a main board 200 mounted on the housing 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the housing 1 includes a cavity 11 and an internal thread 12 disposed around the cavity 11. The base 2 is accommodated in the inner cavity and comprises a light hole 21 penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the base, a supporting part 22 connected with the inner wall of the light hole 21, a plurality of clamping hooks 23 arranged around the light hole 21, a limiting part 24 arranged around the light hole 21, a plurality of fixing columns 25 arranged around the limiting part, and a groove 26 and a fixing part 27 positioned on the outer side of each fixing column 25. The plurality of hooks 23 are located at the outer side of the supporting portion 22, and the limiting portion 24 surrounds the plurality of hooks 23. The position limiting portion 24 includes a base portion 241, a plurality of convex hulls 242 extending upward from the base portion 241, and a plurality of protrusions 243 extending in a horizontal direction from the base portion 241, wherein the plurality of convex hulls 242 and the plurality of protrusions 243 are spaced around the light-transmitting hole 21 along the base portion 241. The convex hulls 242 and the protrusions 243 can be defined as bump structures. The groove 26 is located at the rear side of the light hole 21, and the two grooves are spaced apart from each other, and the two holding portions 27 are located at the left and right sides of the groove, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the light source assembly 3 is located right below the light-transmitting hole 21. The light source assembly 3 comprises a lamp panel 31, at least one lamp bead 32 fixed on the lamp panel 31 and a condensing lens 8 positioned above the lamp bead 32.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the driving assembly 4 is mounted to the recess 26. The two fixing lugs of the driving component 4 are fixed to the two fixing portions 27 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The driving assembly 4 includes a gear 41 of the rotor fixed thereon, and the gear 41 is located between the two fixing posts 25.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the interference sheet 5 is mounted to the light transmission hole 21 and located below the corrugated sheet assembly 6. The supporting portion 22 supports the interference piece 5 upward, and the plurality of hooks 23 block the interference piece 5 from moving upward. The interference sheet 5 may be a transparent glass sheet or a transparent plastic sheet. The surface of the interference sheet 5 is provided with finer grains similar to ripples. Of course, in other embodiments, the interference sheet 5 may also be above the corrugated sheet assembly 6, i.e. the corrugated sheet assembly 6 is located between the light source assembly 3 and the interference sheet 5.
As shown in fig. 5, 8 and 9, the corrugated sheet assembly 6 is movably engaged with the stopper portion 24. The corrugated sheet assembly 6 includes a ring gear portion 62 in which a translucent portion 61 is provided around the translucent portion 61. The light-transmitting portion 61 and the rim portion 62 may be formed separately or integrally. The light-transmitting part 61 is formed with lines of protrusions 243 with various structures. The light transmitting portion 61 is located directly above the interference sheet 5. The ring gear portion 62 includes a stopper groove 621 penetrating upper and lower surfaces thereof, a stopper 622 connecting groove walls of the stopper groove 621, an outer ring gear 623 disposed around the stopper groove 621, a rotating portion 624 formed to extend downward from the outer ring gear 623, and a flange 625 formed to extend upward from the outer ring gear 623. The blocking portion 622 is formed to extend in a horizontal direction. The rotation portion 624 and the flange 625 are both disposed around the transparent portion 61. In other embodiments, the rotating portion 624 and the flange 625 may be disposed on the transparent portion 61. The light-transmitting portion 61 is accommodated in the limiting groove 621, the blocking portion 622 blocks the light-transmitting portion 61 from moving downward, that is, the blocking portion 622 supports the light-transmitting portion 61 upward, the light-transmitting portion 61 can also be installed upward in the limiting groove 621, the light-transmitting portion 61 is fixed on the groove wall of the limiting groove 621 together with glue, and the blocking portion 622 blocks the light-transmitting portion 61 from moving upward. The light-transmitting portion 61 and the base portion 241 form a gap in the vertical direction, and the light-transmitting portion 61 abuts against the plurality of convex hulls 242 downward, which is beneficial to reducing the movement friction between the limiting portion 24 and the corrugated sheet assembly 6 in the vertical direction. The rotating portion 624 is sleeved on the periphery of the limiting portion 24, and the rotating portion 624 moves circumferentially around the limiting portion 24, but in other embodiments, the limiting portion 24 may be sleeved outside the rotating portion 624. The plurality of projections 243 are arranged toward the turning portion 624 in the horizontal direction, the turning portion 624 forms a gap with the base portion 241 in the horizontal direction, and when the corrugated sheet assembly 6 rotates, at least part of the projections 243 are brought into contact with the turning portion 624 in the horizontal direction, reducing the moving friction of the corrugated sheet assembly 6 and the stopper portion 24 in the horizontal direction.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 8, the restriction plate 7 restricts upward movement of the corrugated sheet assembly 6. The corrugated sheet unit 6 includes a main body 71, a light exit hole 72 vertically penetrating the main body 71, and a restricting portion 73 provided around the light exit hole 72. The light exit hole 72 and the light transmission hole 21 are vertically aligned, the flange 625 is fitted outside the restriction to restrict the corrugated sheet assembly 6 from excessively shifting in the horizontal direction, and a gap is formed between the flange 625 and the bottom surface of the main body portion 71 in the vertical direction. Of course, in other embodiments, the limiting portion 73 can be sleeved outside the flange 625.
As shown in fig. 1, the condenser lens 8 is located above the light-transmitting portion 61, and includes an external thread 81 matched with the internal thread 12, so that a user can replace the condenser lens 8 with different lines, and the use requirements of different covers of the user are met.
